“Recurring tasks done right”
Pros
One thing that really works well is being able to add multiple "to do" items for each day. I also appreciate that I can set recurring events and monthly tasks which makes planning a lot more convenient.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints. Everything works well and the software feels current and up to date with modern technology. It can be a little slow sometimes but aside from that, it's been perfectly fine.

“Kanban that delivers”
Pros
Getting started with Trello takes very little effort and it stays simple to manage and use over time. It offers a flexible Kanban-style setup, supports plenty of integrations and comes with a generous free plan. It also works reliably across laptop, tablet and phone, with very useful email and push notifications. Overall it handles basic project management really well.
Cons
Trello does miss some advanced reporting features, such as Gantt charts. The customization options could also be stronger and the offline functionality is fairly limited.

“flexible boards for every workflow”
Pros
Running multiple boards in Trello has been really useful for me and the layout is simple to work with. It helps me stay on top of different workflows without things getting lost.

One part that feels a little buggy is setting more specific notification preferences especially for upcoming events or due dates.

“automation boosts my workflow”
Pros
A client of mine suggested I give Trello a try and I'm really glad I did. It's very simple to use and it comes with a lot of useful features. The part I enjoy most is the Automation feature. Being able to set up rules for each board has made a huge difference for me. It's helped me stay productive in a way I honestly didn't expect.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about Trello. It keeps me organized, helps me stay on top of my tasks and a lot of that comes down to how well Trello works for me.

“Clear task flow and visibility”
Pros
At a glance, it's simple to see tasks, move cards from one stage to another and understand overall progress without needing any training.

“Versatile free plan for teams”
Pros
Using the free version was a big plus for us. It was versatile, simple to use and really helped my team stay on top of task management during our student capstone project.
Cons
The calendar and automation tools were the part I struggled with most. They were not as simple as the other features and took more effort to figure out.

“clean boards and teamwork win”
Pros
Felt polished and pleasant to work with. The system is simple to use, offers plenty of useful features and helped me put together my marketing plan and share it with the team without any hassle.
Cons
Reporting side feels a bit light and could definitely be improved. It also seems slightly limited when it comes to handling more complex tasks.

“User-friendly and always evolving”
Pros
Trello has been a really user-friendly platform for keeping candidates organized throughout the hiring process. I've tested a few other tools but Trello is the only one that hasn't given me any problems. I also appreciate that they keep releasing new features so it feels like the platform stays current and keeps up with the times.
Cons
This is a pretty minor issue but the only drawback that comes to mind is that moving between different Trello boards isn't very convenient. For instance, I use it for hiring and also for tracking storage units we rent and since those are on separate dashboards, switching back and forth can be a little frustrating. Still, it's honestly not a major deal.

“fantastic boards for teamwork”
Pros
Offers really strong value for the price especially for small to mid-sized teams that need a dependable way to manage tasks and projects. The platform is very user-friendly and the drag-and-drop layout feels simple enough that most people can get started with little to no training. Tracking work is clear and visual so it's easy to see progress as tasks move through each stage. Features like boards, lists, cards, due dates and checklists make day-to-day workflow management efficient and organized. Butler automation is also a big help for cutting down repetitive manual work and boosting productivity. The calendar view comes in handy for staying on top of deadlines and planning ahead. On top of that, the support materials and documentation are useful when questions come up. Overall Trello is a flexible and approachable tool that does a very good job of improving collaboration and keeping work organized.
Cons
Trello is simple to use and visually clear but it can start to feel limited when you're dealing with more complex projects that need advanced reporting, task dependencies or deeper workflow analytics. Handling larger projects across multiple boards can also get messy since there isn't a built-in hierarchical structure to organize everything at scale. Another downside is that some of the more advanced features and automation capabilities are locked behind paid plans which can affect the value for money as a team grows. Dashboard and reporting customization is also fairly basic compared with more full-featured project management platforms.

“Visual boards that keep work moving”
Pros
Trello's visual boards make it really simple to see how work is progressing and stay on top of tasks. Getting everything set up is simple too so anyone on the team can start using it right away without needing much, if any, training.
Cons
It handled most of what we needed really well but once we got into some of our bigger projects, we started needing capabilities beyond what Trello could offer.

“Fantastic task tracking flexibility”
Pros
IT has been incredibly useful for keeping everything organized and it comes with plenty of extra options to manage items the way I want. The platform is very user-friendly and flexible, letting me build lists with images, text, labels and even numbers to rank how important a task is. It makes task tracking really simple since I can mark things complete or archive them so they disappear from view without actually being lost. It's also very responsive so moving tasks between lists is quick and it still performs well even when a board is packed with information. As a free user, it feels like I get a really complete experience so it offers excellent value and gives a strong sense of the features before deciding whether to upgrade.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see is the ability to move entire lists between boards and adjust the width of the task cards. I do appreciate the visual design but having a wider view of a list would make it easier to see the bigger picture without constantly scrolling up and down. A feature that lets you zoom in on a single list at a time could also be really helpful.

“organized teamwork and helpful boards”
Pros
Out of all the project management apps I've used, Trello has remained my favorite because it keeps everything organized and moving in the right direction. My team can quickly see what's happening with each project which makes staying aligned much easier. Working together inside the app feels natural and communication is simple since we can share important details and leave useful feedback on projects without any hassle. I also really enjoy the deadline, calendar and analytics tools. The color tagging and sorting options are especially useful for keeping team boards very well organized.
Cons
The analytics tools could be a little stronger, although it's not a major issue since most of the app's features work really well for everyday use.

“Boards and automations are fantastic”
Pros
Tagging works well enough that I can call out my team without even leaving my desk. The boards let you set up and manage things without any coding which is a big plus because I do not have time to deal with that. A few automations are still running reliably and I was honestly surprised that the email-to-task feature actually sent things exactly where they were supposed to go. I mostly use Trello in the browser and at least today it has not crashed my computer.
Cons
The mobile app is a complete mess and when I am out somewhere like the deli, I still cannot find the copy and paste option. It feels slow overall. Exporting files has been painfully frustrating because the formats come out wrong and I really dislike that the pricing for admin seats changed without any notice to our team.

“clear boards for teamwork”
Pros
The visual layout makes task management really simple. Boards and cards are laid out clearly so it's simple to track project progress and see what's moving forward at a glance.
Cons
Once a project gets bigger, things can start to feel a bit cluttered. Also some of the more useful features are locked behind the paid plan and while that makes sense, it's hard to know whether they're worth paying for without being able to properly try them first.

“Hard to scale across boards”
Pros
One thing Trello does really well is the visual drag-and-drop setup. Moving cards from one list to another makes it instantly clear where everything stands without needing to open each item. The board layout also makes it very simple to see what's currently in progress, what's coming up next and what's already finished. Another plus is how adaptable it is. We originally used a single board for tracking blog post ideas and later stretched that same setup to manage our full onboarding workflow and client deliverables. The recurring task automations have been helpful too especially the option to renew tasks weekly or monthly and assign due dates automatically.
Cons
our team expanded and we started using more boards, keeping track of the bigger picture became much more difficult. There isn't a good built-in way to get one unified view across several boards for a high-level status check. We end up bouncing back and forth between boards all the time and it's easy to lose track of where something was. The free plan also comes with some annoying limits especially on attachment sizes and automation capabilities. Features like calendar views and more advanced automations are locked behind a paid upgrade sooner than expected.

“flexible boards for teamwork”
Pros
One of the best parts is the free plan, along with the visual Kanban boards and drag-and-drop setup. Trello fit our project management needs really well and made organizing work feel simple.
Cons
Things can get a bit harder to manage when a lot of team members are involved and more boards become necessary. I also wish it included an option for team members to chat with each other in real time.

Pros
Keeping projects organized became much easier with Trello. Being able to sort tasks into categories and share them with other team members made a huge difference and saved us a lot of time in how we worked together.

“helpful mentions for teamwork”
Pros
One feature I really enjoy is the mention option when I need help from someone on the same shared board. I just type @ and I can quickly call a colleague over to show something or ask a question.
Cons
Once the number of boards starts piling up, managing everything becomes pretty difficult. I sometimes rely on filters to hide the boards I'm not working on at the moment.
