“easy to use!”
Pros
This is built around the Kanban approach and it's very easy to use. It makes it simple to organize everything clearly and keep track of items without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing about this software that I dislike.

“flexible pricing”
Pros
Having different pricing tiers is a big plus!! Working at a nonprofit, being able to stick with the free version has made it the most practical option for me and others on my team have been able to use it that way too. Even though we do not get access to every feature, we still have the core experience and the boards which cover what we need most. The setup is easy and the visual board style is really helpful for planning, prioritizing and keeping projects moving.
Cons
I really do not have any major complaints. The only thing missing is having my organization adopt it more formally since that would open up additional features and better integration with Microsoft Office 365 especially Microsoft Teams. With Microsoft Planner, a lot of the same functionality is now available and it fits more naturally with the tools we already use. That said this still feels like the better option for certain projects especially ones that involve volunteers or outside pro bono partners.

“simple to figure out”
Pros
Right away the software feels very visual and that is probably the part I appreciate most. Everything is laid out in front of you which makes it simple to understand the bigger picture depending on how your boards are organized what is due, what each team is working on and what still has not been finished. There is a bit of a learning curve at first but once you get past that stage, it becomes much more natural to use. If you rely on it every day like I do it does not take long to become comfortable and productive with it.
Cons
At the same time the broad overview this gives is also where it falls short for me. You can see all the tasks and activity at once but that can make it feel too general and too crowded at the same time. When I need to dig deeper into a task, we usually have to link out to a Google Doc or some other platform that gives us more room for editing, multitasking and flexibility. Ideally I would rather not keep switching between different apps just to manage one piece of work.

“live updates and useful features”
Pros
Feels very easy to use and the live updates make collaboration much better. One of the best parts is that they keep adding practical features that genuinely improve the site like the option to turn a checklist into separate individual cards.
Cons
A little more formatting flexibility in checklists and card descriptions is what I would like to see. For example having support for inline images inside the description would make it even better.

“very useful to have”
Pros
Being able to create boards for different activities and invite coworkers to join them has been really useful for keeping everyone on the same page. It's very clear to see what each person is working on, what still needs attention and what has already been completed. I also appreciate the deadline alerts since they help us stay on track and boost productivity. It gives a visual overview of all our tasks which makes projects much easier to organize, track and finish. The biggest highlight for me is the user experience. The tool feels accessible and its features are easy while still being powerful.
Cons
There isn't a Linux desktop client which is a problem. I'm also not a fan of the fact that it's web-based so you need to be online to use it. I'd really like to see them release a Linux client. Another issue is the documentation which can be hard for new users to follow when they're trying to understand how this works and how to set up boards.

“perfect for multi portfolio tracking!”
Pros
Managing multiple portfolios felt much more organized because I could keep a separate tab for each corporation I oversee. It gave me a place to store the notes I needed for every item and my board or supervisor could check progress and updates directly without me having to prepare a separate written report each time.
Cons
Since I still need to put together monthly reports, it would be really helpful if the software allowed all the tabs to be exported into one document that could essentially serve as the report.

“My recommendation for everyone!”
Pros
After using this tool for several years, I've ended up recommending it to more than 10 people!! Its simple setup and minimal feature set make it feel very organized when it comes to staying productive and keeping track of work.
Cons
That same simplicity is also where it falls a little short. Having fewer features keeps it clean but it would be even better if it included something like built-in document creation.

“custom boards kept us aligned”
Pros
Right from the setup, the software helped us stay focused and organized by letting us build templates and customize the user experience to fit how we work. It made expectations very clear with the who, what and when all mapped out from the beginning. We also liked being able to bring clients into the boards since it showed them how detailed our process was and gave them visibility into how we handled everything across their accounts, ad platforms and budget tracking tools.
Cons
There are probably plenty of things we could have configured better but we only really learned the basics needed to manage our work. I also would have liked access to more detailed templates whether free or paid though they may have existed and just were never presented to us. On top of that we usually ended up searching Youtube for how to help because it was faster than waiting on the help desk.

“helpful team tracking but outdated”
Pros
Gives us a practical way to set up projects and keep an eye on how the team is progressing which has been really useful. It lets my organization brainstorm ideas, assign tasks and follow progress in one place and that has been a big help.
Cons
Could use a few more features to feel more current compared with other project management tools on the market.

“appealing layout, confusing boards”
Pros
The visual design is one of the things I enjoyed most! The layout looks clean and appealing and it's simple to customize it for each project which helps give everything a more personal touch.
Cons
At the same time the different options didn't feel especially helpful to me. The boards don't seem to connect very naturally so moving from one project to another can end up feeling confusing.

“Makes things easier!”
Pros
Has been a huge help when my thoughts are all over the place and I'm trying not to lose track of ideas or tasks. The default setup with the three columns (to do, in progress and finished) is exactly what I need and it's nice that I can still edit, remove or add columns whenever I want. Having that structure really helps clear my head and makes everything feel more under control. Also the sharing and collaboration features make working with a team much more manageable.
Cons
Only issue for me is the limit on how many boards you can have. Still the free version still offers more than enough for most situations and boards can always be reused after finishing a project.

“Love it!”
Pros
During the pandemic this software really helped us stay lean and agile! It's very simple to use and the Kanban interface along with cloud storage made daily work much more manageable for our team :)
Cons
Something that would make it even better is having more automation features plus a stronger integration with a chatbot so we could connect it directly to our CRM.

“I higly recommend”
Pros
Working on a blog with multiple writers and editors can get messy pretty quickly so this tool has been a huge help. It gave our team a simple way to organize Google Drive documents, keep communication in one place and track where each article was in the process with boards like needs editing, final edit and ready to publish. That setup honestly saved us a lot of confusion. The layout is very user friendly and we were really happy with how well it kept everything moving. It's a valuable tool for teams juggling several writing projects at once or for anyone who wants better organization. I'd definitely recommend it!!
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning for some people. A few of my teammates mentioned that it was possible to accidentally drop files into the wrong category. I didn't personally run into that issue but it still feels worth pointing out.

“Great boards for task tracking”
Pros
It works really well for managing projects and tasks and the color coded tags make it simple to organize items at a glance. In my role as an ECSM, I've used it as a project management tool with customers by reviewing the board together and having them add cards that we can work through as a team.
Cons
At the same time this feels more suited to individual use than true collaboration. The interface can be hard to read and not very accessible which makes it tougher than it should be to locate the information needed for action items especially within the comments section.

“increases efficiency”
Pros
Custom labels and keyboard shortcuts are the standout features for me since they make the workflow much faster and more efficient.
Cons
What I'd change is the archiving process. It would be much better to select specific cards to archive instead of being limited to archiving either one card at a time or an entire list.

“quick onboarding”
Pros
Getting started with this software is very easy and it doesn't take long to learn how everything works. Adding new people to a board is quick and the customization options along with the add-ons make it even more useful for different kinds of projects.
Cons
A feature I'd really like to see is card synchronization across different boards. As a heavy user, I sometimes manage projects on my personal boards and need them to stay synced with my team's boards in real time.

“interface stood out”
Pros
Worked well for adding, tracking and updating our projects. The interface was honestly the highlight for us since it's very easy and makes managing tasks and posting updates quick and simple.
Cons
Handling critical details like logins, passwords or other sensitive project information became frustrating over time. Those notes would end up buried inside the project boards and later we had to dig around to find them again which got pretty annoying.

“accessible boards and checklists”
Pros
Biggest advantage is how approachable it feels right from the start! The interface is clean, accessible and pleasant to work with. It gives small and medium sized teams the tools they need to organize projects and manage tasks effectively without having to pay. It also connects well with major storage platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox and others. One feature that really stands out is the checklist system especially the progress bar that shows the percentage of completion which makes it much easier to track task progress. On top of that assigning responsibilities to different users and following the team's progress is simple and practical.
Cons
A problem is that some of the features included in the free version come with noticeable limitations even though those features themselves are very useful.
