“team visibility that keeps everyone aligned”
Pros
Made my work much more visible to the whole team! Everyone can see exactly where a task stands and when it's their turn to start working on their part. Because of that, the team stayed aligned with me and I stayed aligned with them as well. It also makes it pretty convenient to answer questions like what I worked on yesterday or even a couple of days ago.
Cons
I'm a big fan so it's actually hard to point to major weaknesses but two things stand out. First there still isn't a dashboard that lets you instantly spot whether you've missed or overlooked a time-sensitive deliverable. That part still has to be tracked manually. It would be really helpful if it had a dedicated area that could alert you about an upcoming project or deadline. The second issue is that attaching files to a task isn't immediately accessible. Sometimes I'm handling smaller tasks like scripting or scheduling and in those cases I don't want to open the detailed view just to add attachments or fill in extra text that isn't really necessary.

“reliable to have”
Pros
This has been part of my workflow for a long time! From the free plan all the way up to the business tier and across everything from personal tasks to large projects with multiple teams! The biggest reason I've stuck with it is how consistent it has remained over the years. I still go back to boards I created years ago and they work perfectly across different devices without any issues. The templates are also really useful and make it quick to get a new board up and running.
Cons
If I had to point to one drawback it would be the way "power-ups" are introduced when someone is new to the software or when you're helping a teammate get familiar with a board. The concept can be a bit confusing at first especially compared with simply calling them standard add-ons or integrations for other services.

“convenient tool”
Pros
Starting with this tool is really convenient since you can either pick from pre built boards or build one completely from scratch. It works a lot like a Kanban board made of sticky notes which makes everything feel very visual and easy. You can use color coding, set due dates, assign cards and tag people so it covers the basics really well. I'm only on the free plan right now because it's just me and one client but for bigger teams, the paid version looks like a fantastic option especially with task assignment features and the added app integrations.
Cons
Something I'd really like to see is an option to disable commenting by email. When people reply that way, their email signatures and logos end up cluttering the card which makes it look messy.

“well designed workflow”
Pros
Right from the Kanban board, this tool feels thoughtfully built and simple to navigate. Tagging tasks and keeping everything organized was easy and worked really well.
Cons
It was frustrating that some of the more useful features (like Calendar view) were locked behind a paywall through "power-ups" or required connecting to another service. Getting a project set up with all of its tasks also took quite a bit of time although that's fairly normal when you're building out a task list for the first time in this kind of software. I also never really managed to find a simple way to create recurring tasks.

“helpful automation for remote teams”
Pros
With most of my team spread across different parts of the world, coordinating meetings and organizing project resources has become much simpler with this tool. One feature I especially appreciate is Butler which automates suggestions based on previous activity on the board.
Cons
I do wish there were more Power Up options available.

“limited scaling for larger teams”
Pros
With very small agile teams of around 1 to 5 people, this tool works really well and gives you everything needed to keep track of daily work.
Cons
Once you try to scale the tool to handle several larger teams (like 3 or 4 groups of 7 or 8 people) it becomes much harder to manage. It doesn't really have the depth needed to handle overlapping tasks and more complex workflows or at least it was very difficult for me to make those situations work properly.

“long terms user review”
Pros
After about eight years of using this for both work and personal projects, it's become one of those tools I rely on all the time. It's incredibly versatile and the platform keeps getting better as new features are added. On the work side, it's essential for managing a team, assigning tasks and keeping track of everyone's projects. The larger the team gets, the more valuable it becomes from a manager's perspective because it saves a lot of time. It also cuts down on having to chase people for updates which makes things easier for the team as well.
Cons
An area that still needs work is notifications. The feed-style notification menu can be slow to load when marking items off one by one. I also miss notifications fairly often because everything sits in one long list that has to be scrolled through. A better layout with more of an at a glance overview would make it much easier to see what's already been handled and what still needs attention.

“team collaboration staple”
Pros
Across my workplace, this has become one of those tools we simply can't do without. I use it to work with my team as well as people in other departments and it's pretty much a staple in our daily routine. The platform is very user friendly, integrates nicely with other collaboration tools and one of the best things about it is being able to have different screens open at the same time.
Cons
Something that really gets on my nerves is the reminder system. It sends way too many notifications and can feel constant. Also some of the power ups are a bit hit or miss: certain ones work really well while others feel awkward and unreliable.

“versatile boards for everything”
Pros
This tool has ended up being useful in almost every part of my life: business, work, home and even family stuff. I use it for nearly everything! It's not about being a complete fan, it's just that it has genuinely made things more manageable for me. I can set up different boards for different needs and share them with employees for HR processes, invoicing, project planning, with customers for advisory work and even with my family for things like the grocery shopping list :))
Cons
At times I do wish there were more plugins included for free for Gold users.

“helpful templates for quick starts”
Pros
Getting new projects up and running is much faster thanks to the project templates. They make it a lot simpler to onboard both projects and new users since people don't have to understand the whole process upfront and can instead learn it from the inside out with ready made templates already in place.
Cons
Next to some competing tools this one feels a bit dated now and seems to miss some of the more advanced features and polished interfaces they offer. I honestly don't have anything truly bad to say about it, other than it not feeling as modern as it used to.

“clean design”
Pros
Feels polished and easy to use. It also does a very good job of keeping processes connected and working with other team members feels fast and agile.

“productive across devices”
Pros
Whether I'm on mobile or desktop, this gives me a complete set of tools to work with. It's a full-featured platform with strong capabilities that really help teams stay organized and get more done.
Cons
Something that still feels lacking is the integration side especially with Jira where I'd expect a bit more connectivity.

“boards for every project available”
Pros
Helps us manage everyday tasks in a very practical way. It works well for organizing work responsibilities, travel planning, study priorities and plenty of other routines. Since it adapts to whatever each user needs, it can be just as useful for personal organization as it is for team collaboration. The platform makes it possible to plan several projects at once while keeping the whole team aligned with their goals. Its boards and interface can be shared with anyone who has an account and you can tag people on different cards. For instance each team member's role can be assigned on a separate card so everyone on the board can clearly see what others are working on at any given time which is a very effective way to track progress and responsibilities. After spending a little time learning how it works, it becomes a really helpful tool for organizing daily activities.
Cons
The hardest part is at the beginning because the software's layout and the way information is structured are not very accessible right away. It takes some time to understand where everything is and how the system is organized although after getting used to it, it becomes much simpler to use.

“Overall good experience”
Pros
Right from the start this feels very minimal and easy to use. The interface is clean and the built-in guide during signup walks you through nearly everything you need to understand about the app.
Cons
One thing that seems to be missing is a way to set up recurring tasks. If that feature exists, it definitely wasn't obvious to me. It would be really helpful to have for tasks that repeat on a regular basis.

“visual boards, missing timeline”
Pros
Using the card based boards makes project management feel very visual and well organized. The drag and drop setup works nicely and the team customization by project is well structured. Integrations with other resources are also good and keep things organized plus it feels secure overall.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to having a Gantt view or a full project timeline. There's also no desktop or offline version which can be limiting at times.

“boards help us stay organized”
Pros
Working with this software has been a big help because it's simple and the mobile app makes it even more convenient. Creating boards keeps both me and my staff organized and honestly, I think every business could benefit from using this application.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about, aside from the app glitching once in a while. I've also accidentally deleted content from a board before and couldn't recover it but other than that, I don't have any major issues.

“Perfect for work and personal life”
Pros
One thing I love about this software is how well it fits both work and personal use! I first started using it at my very first job and I've been a fan ever since. It's a really effective way to manage projects and keep coworkers updated on progress without jumping between different tools. The card customization is also fantastic and I've ended up using it in my personal life too for staying on top of my own tasks and projects.
Cons
The part I like least is how effortlessly tickets can be moved around. Dragging and dropping cards across the page is helpful most of the time but it can also be a little too sensitive so things sometimes get shifted by accident. Luckily there's a way to trace those changes and see who moved which ticket and where.

“can be used for anything”
Pros
At first glance this feels incredibly simple and easy but that's exactly what makes it so useful for just about anything. Once you dig into the extra features, it becomes surprisingly powerful. Even with such a basic core idea, it offers plenty of customization so every board can have its own look and workflow depending on what you need it for.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about for my personal needs since it covers pretty much everything I want. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say the free version could include a few more features but that's honestly just a minor nitpick because it already feels very complete.
