Amazing tool for designers

Pros

The software is not just easy to manage but implementing on a website under development is also a hassle free task. Moreover it is equally simple for clients to use in providing feedback. Userback has proven to be incredibly valuable to us since we started using it.

Cons

It forces administrators to be added to each project, resulting in them receiving notifications. Not all administrators are project managers and this is an unnecessary requirement.

Pros

The ease of use is remarkable. Even our clients can easily handle Userback.

Cons

Currently, I haven't identified any dislikes in the product. It is constantly improving and the communication with the creator is excellent. I have nothing to complain about.

Simple effective user created feedback and issue monitoring.

Pros

Userback has truly delivered on its promised pitch by providing a platform that simplifies the collection of user inputs regarding the CX/UX experience. The use of visuals always tells a better story when it comes to positive or negative CX experiences and Userback excels at providing that ability in an extremely user-friendly manner. It's remarkably easy to teach a new user how to engage with the platform.

Cons

There isn't much to say here. The system was easily deployed and has continued to evolve throughout my own startup journey.

Excellent for support and user feedback

Pros

Integrating it into our web application was straightforward. It effortlessly integrates with our support and development products, making the downstream integration easy and efficient.

Cons

Some Userback screenshots fail to capture the correct pixels on our highly dynamic web pages. Nonetheless we still generally get sufficient information for the support ticket to be useful.

Pros

Userback is open to suggestions and consistently adds new features. The simplicity of use for both clients and employees is also commendable.

Cons

Currently I cannot view the email notifications that have been sent and I am unsure of when they are sent such as when a feedback is resolved.

One of the best Feedback tools out there

Pros

With Userback, I can easily identify the content, image, video or section on a webpage that needs to be changed. Making modifications to those sections is a breeze. Additionally, I can add comments to tasks, further enhancing the collaborative process.

Cons

Honestly, there is not much missing in this software but sometimes, when working with multiple screens and the window is not maximized, the screenshot or selection might be missed in the final task. However, this issue can be easily resolved by maximizing the window.

Keeps context with all feedback

Pros

Allowing clients to provide feedback on their websites during development, with the ability to comment per page and annotate, ensures we fully understand and keep their comments in context. No more guesswork!

Cons

I would like more integrations with the other apps I use, so when feedback is added, for example it can be automatically pushed as a task. This feature exists but it's not available for a wide range of other apps (yet?).

Userback is really helpful and fun to work with!

Pros

I will keep it short and simple. User back offers Seamless integration - Smooth usability - Convenient connection between customers and the agency - Visually appealing - Fully responsive and many other abundance of features (with planned additions).

Cons

The customer group should be separate from the team members since we have a limited number of users and customers are only providing feedback. However customers should have a better overview of the feedback in the backend. It would be beneficial if customers could view their tasks consecutively to avoid duplicate tasks.

Simple to use, clear feedback that avoids the back and forth.

Pros

To be honest, there are numerous advantages to using Userback and I could write in detail about them. This software has been an immense help to our business. The feedback received is clear and concise which saves us a significant amount of time by understanding exactly what our clients want and making adjustments promptly. The integration process is straightforward and allows us to match our branding seamlessly. Also our Clients are genuinely impressed when they see how easily they can provide feedback. The feedback submission process is quick and simple. Users spot something amiss, click a feedback button and we receive feedback that is nearly perfect and definite. Rarely do we need to ask for further clarification. Furthermore the Userback team is very active in developing new features and enhancements. We required a system that could be seamlessly integrated into our products, making it quick and easy for our clients and us to receive feedback. Userback has truly excelled in that aspect and continues to improve. The software has far surpassed our expectations, now handling feedback for client designs, offering video feedback, and even providing console logs and browser events. It fulfills our intended needs, and they keep adding new features that greatly benefit our business.

Cons

Some of the initial pain points I had included: - User notifications when replying to feedback were opt-in and often not enabled. This meant I had to follow up via email to ensure they checked my comments. - I had to create the feedback widget from scratch for each project, even with the same settings. - While it was easy to use, the interface felt a bit clunky and required some initial training for clients to understand clearly. Userback has addressed all of these issues now: - The reply mechanism functions more like a ticket system to resolve issues. - It's possible to clone the feedback widget from similar projects. - The user interface is much more refined and clear, making it simple to provide feedback. My biggest challenge now is finding time to evaluate some of the new features Userback has developed and deciding whether to integrate them into our workflow.

My go to choice for eveything that needs feedback

Pros

It is simple and straightforward to use and set up. Whether it is getting instant feedback on a clients website or receiving feedback on uploaded videos, Userback accelerates the approval process for all creative work. It's an awesome all round feedback tool!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. I am just happy that I got an early bird pricing!

Pros

Understanding and getting feedback has never been so easy

Pros

I like this software because it is so user-friendly for my clients. There is virtually no learning curve. They can simply click and type.

Cons

Although we use this globally for all our sites, it would be nice to have a section on each site where developers can directly view the feedback instead of going to the main Userback account to read and reply.

Easy to implement, looks great and customers love it

Pros

Userback is incredibly easy for me to install and customize in my application. It allows me to gather detailed user feedback with screen annotations which allows users to visually communicate their issues. We also utilize it internally for QA testing new feature releases within our team or organization, and it proves to be highly efficient and effective for this purpose.

Cons

Considering the price point, the features offered are extensive compared to more expensive alternatives. An excellent additional feature (which we would greatly appreciate) would be the ability to include micro surveys for specific features we are testing.

Really helpful tool

Pros

Having my customers comment on my work directly on their website without leaving the page is fantastic. Userback provides all the necessary information to address any glitches that may occur on their browsers.

Cons

It would be fantastic to integrate Userback into my workflow using webhooks but I'm still unsure how to do that.

Cons

Most of the things I didn't like have been resolved through updates. However, the initial process of onboarding clients was a bit clunky. Thankfully, it's much more straightforward now even for clients who aren't technically adept.

Lots of great insights from users

Pros

Userback allows users to easily provide feedback within the app which is incredibly useful. It has provided us with valuable insights that would be difficult to replicate without Userback. The ability to draw and take screenshots while giving feedback makes it even more helpful for users to express their ideas effectively.
