The software is not just easy to manage but implementing on a website under development is also a hassle free task. Moreover it is equally simple for clients to use in providing feedback. Userback has proven to be incredibly valuable to us since we started using it.
Cons
It forces administrators to be added to each project, resulting in them receiving notifications. Not all administrators are project managers and this is an unnecessary requirement.

Userback has truly delivered on its promised pitch by providing a platform that simplifies the collection of user inputs regarding the CX/UX experience. The use of visuals always tells a better story when it comes to positive or negative CX experiences and Userback excels at providing that ability in an extremely user-friendly manner. It's remarkably easy to teach a new user how to engage with the platform.
Cons
There isn't much to say here. The system was easily deployed and has continued to evolve throughout my own startup journey.

Cons
Some Userback screenshots fail to capture the correct pixels on our highly dynamic web pages. Nonetheless we still generally get sufficient information for the support ticket to be useful.

With Userback, I can easily identify the content, image, video or section on a webpage that needs to be changed. Making modifications to those sections is a breeze. Additionally, I can add comments to tasks, further enhancing the collaborative process.
Cons
Honestly, there is not much missing in this software but sometimes, when working with multiple screens and the window is not maximized, the screenshot or selection might be missed in the final task. However, this issue can be easily resolved by maximizing the window.

Cons
I would like more integrations with the other apps I use, so when feedback is added, for example it can be automatically pushed as a task. This feature exists but it's not available for a wide range of other apps (yet?).

I will keep it short and simple. User back offers Seamless integration - Smooth usability - Convenient connection between customers and the agency - Visually appealing - Fully responsive and many other abundance of features (with planned additions).
Cons
The customer group should be separate from the team members since we have a limited number of users and customers are only providing feedback. However customers should have a better overview of the feedback in the backend. It would be beneficial if customers could view their tasks consecutively to avoid duplicate tasks.

To be honest, there are numerous advantages to using Userback and I could write in detail about them. This software has been an immense help to our business. The feedback received is clear and concise which saves us a significant amount of time by understanding exactly what our clients want and making adjustments promptly. The integration process is straightforward and allows us to match our branding seamlessly. Also our Clients are genuinely impressed when they see how easily they can provide feedback. The feedback submission process is quick and simple. Users spot something amiss, click a feedback button and we receive feedback that is nearly perfect and definite. Rarely do we need to ask for further clarification. Furthermore the Userback team is very active in developing new features and enhancements. We required a system that could be seamlessly integrated into our products, making it quick and easy for our clients and us to receive feedback. Userback has truly excelled in that aspect and continues to improve. The software has far surpassed our expectations, now handling feedback for client designs, offering video feedback, and even providing console logs and browser events. It fulfills our intended needs, and they keep adding new features that greatly benefit our business.
Cons
Some of the initial pain points I had included: - User notifications when replying to feedback were opt-in and often not enabled. This meant I had to follow up via email to ensure they checked my comments. - I had to create the feedback widget from scratch for each project, even with the same settings. - While it was easy to use, the interface felt a bit clunky and required some initial training for clients to understand clearly. Userback has addressed all of these issues now: - The reply mechanism functions more like a ticket system to resolve issues. - It's possible to clone the feedback widget from similar projects. - The user interface is much more refined and clear, making it simple to provide feedback. My biggest challenge now is finding time to evaluate some of the new features Userback has developed and deciding whether to integrate them into our workflow.

Userback is incredibly easy for me to install and customize in my application. It allows me to gather detailed user feedback with screen annotations which allows users to visually communicate their issues. We also utilize it internally for QA testing new feature releases within our team or organization, and it proves to be highly efficient and effective for this purpose.
Cons
Considering the price point, the features offered are extensive compared to more expensive alternatives. An excellent additional feature (which we would greatly appreciate) would be the ability to include micro surveys for specific features we are testing.
