Pros
Uploading and linking our development sites, and then sharing the link with our customers for review or even internally with our QA team is not a problem anymore with Userback. Userback is one of the best software packages for saving time and ensuring accurate customer feedback.
Cons
There isn't much that I dislike about the software but I do have one suggestion. The alert emails should include a preview image so that you can quickly identify what you are looking at. This would be especially helpful for businesses that receive multiple designs for review each day. Otherwise, everything else is awesome.

Pros
The facility to quickly deploy a tool that allows clients to easily provide feedback on different aspects of the website has been invaluable. It saves a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent going back and forth with clients, trying to understand the exact part they are referring to. It is almost as good as being able to sit in the same room with the client as they navigate the site. Additionally, I appreciate the option to leave it in place but hidden on a live site until someone follows a specific link to activate the feedback widget.
Cons
I am not fond of the fact that the whole feedback widget loads in hidden mode.

Getting feedback from my clients has become remarkably easy with Userback. Within minutes, I receive clear feedback, and the option to customize the feedback widget with my logo adds a professional touch.
Cons
I am really enjoying every aspect of this software. It would be great to have some alternative options when adding comments and perhaps a slightly more intuitive dashboard.

“Make It Easy for You to Get Feedback”
Pros
The feature I particularly love is the versatility of Userback. While many websites are built with WordPress, Userback integrates seamlessly with it. Moreover I can gather feedback on non-WordPress websites as well. The ability to customize the feedback form is fantastic for obtaining detailed feedback, which is priceless in website design.
Cons
I genuinely have no complaints about Userback. It has greatly evolved since I first started using it.

The ease of obtaining clear client feedback through the screenshot and comments function is exceptional.
Cons
The "general feedback" comment can be misleading as people might assume it refers to general feedback on the project they are reviewing rather than feedback on the Userback application itself. It could be clearer and easier for users to understand that they need to add a comment after selecting "take a screenshot." We sometimes encounter individuals who take screenshots but do not follow through with adding their comments.

Pros
The setup process is very straightforward. I have never encountered any issues. All you have to do is simply create the project, add the code to the website and you are good to go. Also it offers great customization options which allows me to tailor the feedback tool to match the brand and specific feedback requirements for each project. Moreover its versatility is impressive as it allows feedback on both websites and PDFs. I am also intrigued by the video feedback tool, although I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. I can see how it would be beneficial for certain types of clients.
Cons
The only minor issue I have is the client account creation and usage. I have noticed that clients struggle or have no interest in setting up accounts and managing their feedback. Providing a more simplified and streamlined sign-up process and backend for clients would be highly beneficial. However, I don't believe any feedback tool has perfected this aspect yet. Fortunately, there are no issues with actually providing feedback as that has been a positive experience for clients.

Userback reduces errors, stress and prevents you to waste time. It simplifies the process of achieving 100% accuracy, whether it's with printed proofs, apps or websites. Clients no longer have to switch between different apps since Userback integrates smoothly with various project management tools like ClickUp which we use.

Obtaining feedback from clients used to be a lot of hassle. Emails coming in at all hours and trying to compile all the information was a challenge. Once I introduced my clients to Userback, everything fell into place. The saying "a picture says a thousand words" holds true and I could use Userback to review and implement the necessary changes. I mark them as complete and move on to the next one. I've been using this software for over a year and have witnessed improvements in usability. The developer truly listens to feedback.
Cons
Initially, it wasn't clear to clients what they had to do. They also had to click a save button to send the feedback which has all been improved over time.

Cons
