Life Is Easier With Userback

Pros

As a web designer/developer, I often find the final approval process and making last-minute corrections to be a never-ending task. However, thanks to Userback, I can now easily incorporate a feedback button that allows my clients to provide direct feedback with images in a simple and prompt manner. Deploying this feature on a website is a breeze and takes less than a minute, especially with the new Wordpress plugin.

Cons

While it's not an issue for me, some of my clients have been confused about how to use it. They click on the floating button and then don't know what to do next. If there was an automatic tooltip or walkthrough popup for first-time use, that could make it easier.

Userback - A fast and convenient way for clients to comment on your work

Pros

It is incredibly user-friendly, and after showing my clients a quick 30-second video on how to use it they were able to leave notes everywhere. The softwares features helped me understand the issues they were referring to accurately.

Cons

Some graphics and fonts don't transfer very accurately from the screenshots, which makes it slightly difficult to showcase issues especially when it involves problems with fonts, etc.

One of the Best buys. Gets appreciated by clients

Pros

It's very intuitive which makes it convenient for clients to use. It saves a significant amount of time and eliminates the need for extensive back-and-forth emailing with clients for making changes.

Cons

The only con I can think of is its inability to capture full-page screenshots.

If you are a developer or designer, you need this tool!

Pros

Obtaining client feedback is crucial for developers and designers but it has always been a challenging aspect of every project. Emailing back and forth is outdated. With Userback, clients can send feedback directly from the web, create notes and attach screenshots without the need for any additional software.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with this software.

Stop the Come and Back Madness. Move to Userback

Pros

My workflow underwent a complete transformation when I started using Userback about 6 months ago. Previously, we had to capture screenshots of projects, send them to customers, wait for feedback, make changes and then capture screenshots again. Multiply this process by multiple products, and you can imagine the frustration and stress it caused. However, with Userback, our workflow is now as follows: Install the snippet, send the link to the customer, the customer takes notes on the screen then I review the notes, Userback automatically uploads everything to our project management tool, like Basecamp. It's incredibly straightforward to use, and even customers who are not tech-savvy appreciate it. At eikonikos, we absolutely love Userback and highly recommend making the switch!

Cons

I can't find anything negative to point out. Perhaps, I would request the team to add more integrations.

Great product for User Experience feedback and surveys

Pros

The ability to annotate a page in various ways, including using technology, notes, emails and more is a powerful feature. This versatility makes it suitable for surveys and other applications.

Cons

It would be great if there was a plugin available on ASP or WordPress that allowed me to view the admin dashboard from there. This way, I wouldn't have to log in separately to their site to access everything. Maybe they already have this option, but it would be convenient to have it integrated.

The Best Screen Feedback Tool We've Used So Far

Pros

Userback is very easy to use and for further customization, it offers a JavaScript API that allows us to create links or images to bring up the widget. The simplicity of the feedback interface is particularly important for non-technical users. It's a great feature.

Cons

It would be nice to have a wider range of templates for different use cases. Currently, there are only two but I believe the more options, the better.

Silky Smooth UX for both Users and Implementers

Pros

Implementing Userback in our web app and collecting feedback through screen annotations is very simple. While Userback is commonly used for web UI design, we have successfully utilized it for our mockups and 3D drawings to communicate with our overseas clients. We introduced this tool to our clients and they found it relatively user-friendly and easy to initiate the feedback and change process.

Cons

Considering the features and price, we have no complaints whatsoever.

Save lots of working hours

Pros

As a website developer and designer, I find Userback incredibly useful and it has become one of my favorite tools. It saves a significant amount of time by automating the feedback process which would otherwise be time-consuming. Clients can easily send website feedback, whether they are using WordPress or HTML sites. The best part is that it seamlessly integrates with Trello, so all feedback goes directly to Trello. Give it a try, and I'm sure you'll love it too.

Cons

Currently, this tool functions by taking screenshots, editing and sending them. However, it could use some improvement. I would love to see a feature where users can provide feedback for the entire page at once instead of in sections.
