“feels effortless for the most part
Pros
It's really simple and takes very little effort on my side, I only need to send them an email and the vendors are set up immediately.
Cons
I find it confusing that I'm asked to guess how many hours someone might spend on a particular task and then that estimated number automatically appears as the default on their invoice which tends to cause mistakes, simply entering the hourly rate should be sufficient and less prone to errors.

“Completely changed contractor management
Pros
I've seen Worksuite completely change how we talk to and involve our contractors, it's made contractor engagement much smoother. The platform is highly customisable and meets all our needs for data storage, compliance and process management while providing a clean, easy-to-use interface. Naturally no system is without flaws and there are areas that could be improved but the support team consistently helps us troubleshoot problems and builds practical solutions.
Cons
Getting the system integrated was tricky because so many stakeholders were involved and much of the information we needed wasn't presented in a user-friendly way which ironically is exactly why we turned to Worksuite in the first place. At times the range of features overwhelms our administrative staff and causes confusion yet the support team is excellent and responsive.

I liked that everything could be organized by project, it made sense to me and I appreciated being able to assign multiple freelancers to a single project.
Cons
For me the process for paying people was confusing and it wasn't clear which payments had already gone through or what the next steps were.

From my experience so far I find it highly customizable and it's refreshingly simple and user-friendly to navigate.
Cons
I found that implementing some customized features took longer than I expected, the rollout for certain tailored options stretched beyond the timeframe I had anticipated.

Pros
I've found customer support to be extremely responsive and the platform supports complete contractor workflows, from onboarding and payments right through to assigning tasks.
Cons
Some features did take a bit of time for me to get comfortable with, understanding how certain functions operate required patience although I don't think it's any tougher than learning other similar software.

Pros
We use it as a central hub where our freelancers can update and upload the latest details which helps us track IR35 commitments, maintain a contact database and see availability.
Cons
I find we only tap into a small portion of what it can do so many of the platform's more advanced features remain unused by our team.

“eases onboarding but implementation was baffling
Pros
At first I thought Worksuite would be the tool to simplify onboarding freelancers and contractors. In practice I've found it has made the process a little easier by letting the contractors themselves fill out their details and upload required documents directly, instead of having another team chase them down with email requests.
Cons
Honestly the implementation is baffling and doesn't feel transparent to me. I've had to contact customer support a few times when parts of the workflow didn't make sense. On several occasions the response I received was that I needed to perform an unsimple step, copy and paste the freelancer's or contractor's email into a seemingly random text field, just to advance to the next stage. That kind of workaround makes it feel like we're still cleaning up gaps in the product, even though we've been using it for almost a year. It bothers me because Worksuite markets itself as offering greater visibility, yet I'm unable to actually see who is responsible for the next approval step for a new worker. At times, it comes across as more opaque than it claims to be.

I've found the customer service to be truly outstanding, we consistently receive excellent help from everyone on the customer service and payment operations teams and I want to give a special shoutout to Chelsea Ellis, who is always prompt in assisting us.
Cons
Being a startup, we face tight budget constraints so we aren't able to integrate Worksuite's APIs with our systems at the moment. I really wish the pricing were more affordable and cost-effective so we could make that integration happen.

Pros
After switching from a decentralized, manual workflow to Worksuite, our team has found it incredibly helpful. We rely on the added transparency and automated features to stay productive and efficient and those changes have made a big difference.
Cons
I've run into a few screens that feel awkward and sometimes I can't immediately figure out how to navigate or locate the same piece of information twice, I'm confident the data exists but I have to hunt for it occasionally.

“teamboard simplifies communication
Pros
Using the tool I find communication between the requester and HR/Legal much simpler, being able to chat directly in the platform/request stops extra emails and reduces follow-up confusion.
Cons
When I'm drafting agreements I can't save changes from the preview and then return to the original request for further review which interrupts my workflow. Also, the stage view displays every workflow regardless of relevance so it becomes cluttered and confusing about which stage applies. I'd like a cleaner, more focused stage display. Finally having two separate TeamBoards causes me to miss messages between teams.

I really appreciate that I can search the contractor database to quickly find people who've already completed onboarding.
Cons
Sometimes it's confusing to make sure I've pressed 'complete' and tagged the correct person across multiple projects and I've seen this occasionally cause payments to be sent late.

It is extremely simple to onboard freelancers, consultants, and vendors on the software thanks to its simplicity. It is easy to navigate and allows me to access all the necessary features without any hassle. The dashboard provides a clear overview of all ongoing projects, deadlines, and team members progress.
Cons
One of the limitations that we have faced with Worksuite is its clunky integration with other business applications. It is possible that this is not a common issue and only unique to our systems. However, we are yet to receive any valuable solution from the customer support team.

“WorkSuite has simplified my daily work!
Pros
Worksuite has a unique approach to keeping everything in one place. I used to have information (emails, Adobe cloud, paper files, Sharepoint, word/excel files, and so on) scattered everywhere, which was not only difficult for me but for my team as well. My team constantly needed my assistance when accessing information about certain projects but not anymore. They can now have access at a touch of a button. It has substantially expedited our projects and is less expensive than hiring another individual to assist me.
Cons
One thing Id want to see improved is the search option. I think it would be fantastic if we could search for specific keywords in specific areas of a profile. In the resume, description, or internal notes, for example. My team would also benefit from being able to preview a document without needing to download it.

Pros

I found setting it up to be extremely simple and uncomplicated. Kevin stepped in to help us get everything off the ground and he continued to be available after launch to answer any follow-up questions that popped up. His support made the whole implementation process feel effortless.
Cons
Although I appreciate that it offers many capabilities my team and I only require it to handle one task: maintaining our contractors database. Because of that, it feels like we're paying for a lot of functionality we don't use. I would love to see pricing tiers or the option to turn off features we don't need so we could reduce costs accordingly.

I appreciate the payment process and the simplicity of communicating with freelancers, we really like how effortless it is to chat with our freelancers whenever we need to.
Cons
A few small annoyances bother me, like fiddly formatting options and having to hit Shift + Enter to move to the next line, also, it's frustrating that you can't sort freelancers alphabetically in lists.

Pros
What I like most about Worksuite is that I can browse creatives organized by their portfolios which makes assessing previous work simple. I also love being able to categorize freelancers by skill set or genre and then compile them into a list that's simple for the person requesting talent to view.
Cons
Sometimes I feel the interface could be smoother, the workflow gets a little clunky at times which slows me down when I'm trying to move between tasks.
