The software's customization capabilities have been one of its biggest advantages. In the beginning, we were unsure of our requirements, but over time, we have been able to customize the system to meet our specific needs. We have successfully streamlined operations across all twelve of our locations which ensures adherence to our established processes. Timely information dissemination to employees and managers has become effortless. Any updates or changes to policies can be made in one place. The audit trails provide comprehensive records, and the reports function saves me hours of manual work, ensuring compliance. Employees like having access to schedules, time records, company information, paperwork and pay stubs in one centralized location. They can easily make changes to their address and tax forms. The software has also helped in improved communication between management and staff members.
