“Fantastic customer service
Pros
Workzone filled a void in our work environment by introducing a project management system and a user-friendly intake process for design projects. The system's features, such as dependencies and automated notifications, ensure an efficient workflow and outstanding customer service.
Cons
The markup functionality, particularly with numerous comments/edits, can be cumbersome. However, Workzone is open to suggestions for improvement. Issues with approval status retention and navigation complexities are being actively addressed.

“Ease of use
Pros
Workzone's ease of use extends to the creation and utilization of complex schedules by various stakeholders, with convenient revision options.
Cons
Some schedules are challenging to interpret when tasks overlap with multiple dependencies. While the schedule creator comprehends the logic, not all users find it easily understandable.

“Functional & Dependable for Review/Markup
Pros
The PDF markup feature is valued, serving as a boon for copy editors by streamlining tasks and eliminating the need for additional download/upload steps.
Cons
The absence of a "highlight" function stands out as a limitation, and the markup box constrains selecting text blocks over line breaks.

“Makes assigning and completing tasks simple
Pros
Workzone simplifies the process of creating and assigning tasks for projects. The Files tab within each task allows for the easy upload of relevant information, and the software's assignment of project numbers proves beneficial for tracking and recording each project, especially when multiple versions are required for different channels.
Cons
There exists a learning curve, and the UI lacks the most intuitive design. Assigning responsibility at certain project levels doesn't automatically add it to the individual's To-Do list, potentially causing issues. Ensuring correct usage took time, and a personalized system was created for organizing projects.

“A Lifesaver for Project Management
Pros
The software's capability to consolidate all Creative Requests in one place, identify assignments, and track progress proves beneficial. Communication is seamlessly tracked within the software, offering valuable metrics for resource and workload assessment, especially given the high volume of work handled each month.
Cons
Desired reports are unavailable, and workload tracking doesn't display cumulative hours on a person's plate when projects are delayed. Updating the timeline during stalled reviews/approvals requires effort, typical of any project management software.

“Crucial for everyday use
Pros
Workzone is recognized for its organization capabilities, making it ideal for teams working on diverse tasks. Features such as notifications, document sharing, collaborative editing, and clear visibility into the to-do list for the entire week are noteworthy.
Cons
Dislike the potential for anyone on the team to accidentally mark your task complete. It would be preferable if only assigned individuals could mark a task complete.
