When adding new tasks, setting the sequence in the project view can be a bit cumbersome. The due date and task completion time automatically reorganize the sequence, causing confusion if a mistake is made. The Gantt chart view is more user-friendly, but individuals uncomfortable with Gantt charts may find it challenging initially. The automatic project numbering feature is restrictive, hindering adaptation for existing project numbering methods. Maintaining a separate database/list of project numbers remains necessary.
