“Streamline Projects and Boost Efficiency”
Pros
Wrike offers a wide range of features that benefit numerous teams helping us work more efficiently with transparency. As a project manager it is an incredibly effective tool for managing multiple projects and teams. The flexibility and customization options allow me to tailor my workspace by creating custom workflows templates and reports. The collaborative nature of the platform is excellent for communication between projects. Additionally the BI tool provided by Wrike is impressive. The customer support from sales to the CSM is top-notch.
Cons
At the moment I cannot think of any negatives but that's a positive sign!

“nice API gets the job done”
Pros
The API is impressive as it fulfills all our requirements.

It's difficult to gain insights into larger scopes beyond the "stream" tab which lacks filtering. It feels like an overwhelming stream of information.

“Wrike Review”
Pros
Blueprints are my favorite feature making project and team task management easy.
Cons
The customer support is my least favorite aspect of Wrike. We contacted our CSM for a demo on scheduling tasks to notify the next person upon task completion and to manage project timelines. During the call another Wrike team member shared their screen to demonstrate the process but they moved too quickly for us to retain the information. It felt like they were rushing to end the call. As a result we haven't reached out to Wrike for assistance since then.

“Great Resource but Not Easy for Beginners”
Pros
Wrike offers numerous impressive features that continuously expand.
Cons
When trying to learn more about Wrike I sometimes feel lost and unable to ask questions to advanced users. The available "free resources" are limited in helping me deepen my understanding. It would be beneficial to have free courses instead of more paywalls allowing users to gain a better grasp of this valuable resource. It seems illogical to keep users in a learning rut when offering advanced courses could encourage companies to invest in Wrike's higher-tier plans. Otherwise many of us will stick with basic plans due to limited knowledge of Wrike.

“Couldn't do my job without it!”
Pros
Wrike consolidates everything in one place: due dates discussions and files.
Cons
I wish I could assign one task to multiple people with different timelines. For example one person could have the task as new while another is in progress and another completed. Sometimes a task involves multiple people but they complete it at different times. Some tutorials can be hard to understand such as duplicating tasks from one year to the next and ensuring due dates translate correctly. Having the ability to shift due dates based on a new timeline would be helpful. For instance if a task was from April to June last year but would be from March to May this year the due dates could automatically adjust.
