“A Powerful Blank Slate Both Good and Bad”
Pros
Wrike surpasses expectations as a project management tool. Its flexibility power and comprehensive features make it adaptable to any scenario ensuring teams stay aligned and focused. The fresh and modern UI along with frequent updates that consider even the smallest details greatly enhance usability.
Cons
Wrike is like a blank slate and determining how to leverage it for a busy team requires significant effort. The interface while visually appealing can be complex to accommodate various use cases. The learning curve for teams is steep and it takes months to see the benefits making adoption a discipline. Some team members find managing the tool burdensome due to its complexity and Wrike can sometimes feel more like an obstacle than a benefit. We have also struggled with getting real-time browser notifications to work resulting in an overreliance on Wrike-generated emails or constant monitoring within the tool to stay updated.

“Works Well”
Pros
The ticketing system is highly appreciated allowing our team to track requests and refer to past inquiries.
Cons
The filtering functionality in Wrike is subpar. It only allows for general time frame filtering and does not provide the ability to view active tasks within specific dates. Furthermore changing the time frame affects the entire team rather than just individual users.

“Legal and Compliance Task Management”
Pros
We utilize Wrike for task tracking folders projects OKRs deadlines and workflows.
Cons
Creating templates blueprints and configuring spaces for OKRs in Wrike can be challenging and tedious. The building layouts should be more comprehensive and user-friendly. It would be beneficial to have a replication feature instead of starting from scratch for each task or project folder creation. Some users particularly attorneys find the software lacks user-friendliness and requires hands-on manipulation.

“Wrike - Very useful in today's environment”
Pros
The ability to use blueprints to replicate task lists for multiple clients is immensely helpful with the flexibility to make changes or assign different team members easily.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have an easier way to reassign all tasks assigned to one person when a blueprint is applied to a customer. This would avoid the need to create multiple blueprints for each project manager.
