“Wrike has transformed how we manage our daily tasks.”

Upon completing the initial part of a project it seamlessly transitions to the next group ensuring efficient organization and demonstrating accountability every step of the way. The user-friendly interface has been instrumental in helping our division stay organized and maintain transparency throughout the process.

Some members of our team have encountered challenges in adapting to the system.

“Wrike for Marketing and Creative Teams”
Pros
Wrike is incredibly user-friendly keeping our entire team connected and focused on incoming projects and tasks. From a management perspective it facilitates time and workload management across different teams. The ability to share and edit files directly on the platform is also a great advantage.
Cons
I have no negative feedback about Wrike. The platform has successfully addressed all our needs.

“Helpful for Small Agency Business”
Pros
Setting up projects is effortless although we haven't fully explored all of Wrike's features. Time tracking works well but there are occasional glitches when a time entry is left incomplete. Overall it is user-friendly but additional initial support would be beneficial to maximize all the features.
Cons
It would be more convenient if time entry could be done in a grid format. Currently searching for the appropriate task for entry is laborious especially when time is not entered daily. Additionally the inability to purchase individual seats is frustrating for small agencies resulting in wasted resources.

“Great tool for small teams getting started with online project management”
Pros
The abundance of features and the platform's customizability are impressive. As an online workplace Wrike allows you to personalize your workspace.
Cons
The extensive functionality of Wrike contributes to a steep learning curve. Team members who are accustomed to collaborating primarily through email or have limited experience with online collaborative tools may find it harder to adjust.

“Wrike is up there in comparison to competitors but there's still work to be done”
Pros
Wrike is utilized for employee onboarding tasks providing visibility into their training progress. The ease of setting up blueprints automations and workflows is commendable. It is beginner-friendly and the blueprint option is a nice feature. Although automation offers some advanced functionality it may not be as robust as other software. Workflows are useful but not as comprehensive as in other software. Dashboards help users get a quick overview and prioritize while reports facilitate identifying past due tasks efficiently.
Cons
The reporting and customization of reports in Wrike could benefit from some improvements. Currently there is a limitation in using if and or statements to drill down further into the reports. It would be helpful to have the ability to drill down to the task title using "if contains" type statements. In terms of training tutorials and offerings there is a lack of advanced training on automations workflows forms and blueprints. While there are basic tutorials available the focus of live sessions appears to be more on upgrades and sales rather than providing comprehensive guidance on advanced functionality. Additionally the import function could be enhanced to provide better formatting options as the current import places all tasks in a single line of text without the ability to format them.

Custom fields are essential for tracking specific data required by my team. Wrike offers multiple views depending on task management preferences. Wrike Proof is excellent for reviewing assets and tracking comments/feedback. The overall ease of use is fantastic as my team quickly adapted and became proficient.
Cons
Additional custom display options such as conditional formatting of task titles and Gantt chart colors would enhance the ability to view and track large projects efficiently.

“Program Manager review”
Pros
Table and board views are preferred and straightforward to use. The customizable dashboard is a valuable feature.
Cons
It would be preferable to add a blueprint directly at the project level rather than accessing a separate blueprints section. Additionally the ability to duplicate tasks is currently unavailable and there is inconsistency in the default columns. All tables should include effort and predecessors.

“Our All in One Project Management System!”
Pros
The flexibility and customizability of Wrike are my favorite aspects. We have tailored the system to fit our unique workflow seamlessly.

“Project Management in Higher Ed”
Pros
The request form system in Wrike is a game-changer for our district which consists of three community colleges. As the hub for customer service to the colleges we can now efficiently direct requests to the appropriate person using the request forms feature in Wrike. It has greatly streamlined our processes and improved overall efficiency.
Cons
The calendar feature could use improvement. It would be convenient to add tasks directly to the smart calendar option similar to the classic version without excessive manual work.

“Top Tier Project Management for Marketing Teams”
Pros
Having used several project management tools I find Wrike to be the best so far both from a project manager and frontline worker perspective. It simplifies the setup of complex projects with multiple task layers and review processes. The task view keeps the entire team focused on the necessary work.
Cons
Like with most project management tools the notifications from Wrike can become overwhelming and feel like background noise. Simplifying the notification settings would be beneficial as the current options can be cumbersome to manage.
