“Wrike helps my small team excel”
Pros
Wrike seamlessly facilitates collaboration with people in different locations. Its user-friendly project management and timeline review features are highly appreciated. The newly introduced form builder presents numerous possibilities for utilization.
Cons
The user access function in Wrike is not as helpful as I expected. While having a variety of users is beneficial I find it challenging to ensure everyone sees what they need and doesn't see what they don't need. Additionally I am unable to manage access for collaborators who typically have less familiarity with the system. It would be great to have the ability to assist them with their settings to prevent them from receiving too many unwanted emails.

“Easy to use but some functions can be improved”
Pros
User-friendly interface easy task setup simple role assignment convenient to-do list management.
Cons
The sorting capabilities of tasks and projects in Wrike could be enhanced. Currently there is no option for alphabetical or numerical sorting and the order of tasks can be confusing. For example the number 10 should appear after 9 not 1. Additionally the search results lack a sorting system which would be helpful for organizing them alphabetically or numerically. Furthermore sharing projects and tasks with individuals who do not have licenses for view or contributor roles is not a straightforward process.

“Wrike review”
Pros
Effective communication functionality with effortless user management.
Cons
It is currently not possible to compare time entry and effort/budget in the same report within Wrike. Additionally the ability to include estimates similar to other project management software would be beneficial. There was also a discrepancy when switching plans as the billable/non-billable function was lost despite being initially assured of continued access to that feature.

Pros
The design and user interface of Wrike are unparalleled setting it apart from other platforms. I have never encountered any difficulties in understanding its features and the documentation provided is clear and comprehensive. The support team is exceptional with prompt assistance available within seconds. Their ability to resolve issues effectively during a single call is remarkable.
Cons
Assigning bulk tasks to someone takes a few seconds but it should be optimized for quicker assignment.

“Easily manage projects across multiple departments”
Pros
Wrike effectively breaks down the silos often created by business departments and encourages open communication across all aspects of the organization. The ability to assign projects to multiple departments such as Marketing Shared Services and Creative Services empowers teams to work independently while maintaining visibility into each other's ongoing work. This collaborative approach enhances productivity and fosters a cohesive working environment.
Cons
Although Wrike is relatively easy-to-use there is still a learning curve that may result in users breaking protocols or incorrectly assigning tasks and projects.

“Wrike Review”
Pros
The ease of creating forms and assigning blueprints for incoming project requests is impressive. Wrike offers great flexibility and functionality in this aspect. Additionally the automation feature although currently limited has been a time-saving asset by automating repetitive actions.
Cons
The interface could be improved particularly the three-pane display which can be difficult for new users to adapt to. Custom fields in projects are presented inconsistently making it challenging to locate specific fields. Organizing custom fields in rows similar to task views would be preferred. Additionally the ability to mass edit projects would be highly beneficial.

“Great Organizational Tool”
Pros
Wrike has been an invaluable tool for project planning internal comms planning and event planning. It provides a holistic view of projects from start to finish while allowing me to focus on individual tasks within larger projects. The platform's visualization capabilities have greatly aided in understanding the "big picture" and collaborating effectively with colleagues on shared tasks.
