Good Product

Pros

Tracking ongoing projects and gaining a team-wide overview is effortless with Wrike. It offers the flexibility to pivot and adjust priorities seamlessly.

Cons

I wish there was more available storage without any additional cost. As we frequently upload large files we often have to delete old files which can cause issues later on.

I don't know how I'd do my job without Wrike

Pros

Wrike serves as a comprehensive tracking system for my company. As a Project Manager having a centralized location to schedule tasks and projects as well as easily check their progress without constant updates is highly valuable.

Cons

The most essential feature that I believe Wrike needs is the ability to attach screenshots/files in Wrike Proof. This is crucial for external proofs so that we can avoid emailing images every time we want to make changes.

Wrike is a great Project Management Tool for Affordable Price

Pros

The ability to track projects and tasks assign them to team members and receive streamlined notifications through email integration is fantastic. Wrike enhances our collaborative efforts ensuring project and task discussions are accessible within a shared space rather than scattered in private emails.

Cons

The speed of movement and loading is occasionally slower than my preference.

Wrike Review

Pros

The simplicity and ease of use make Wrike a go-to tool in my daily work. I rely on it to efficiently save and manage information related to client's architecture projects maintaining an organized structure. Managing accounting and the customer database are particularly beneficial.

Cons

Occasionally there is a need for system upgrades which can affect work productivity due to the time it takes to perform them. It would be beneficial if these upgrades could be completed more efficiently to minimize the impact on users' workflow.

PMs Love This Tool!

Pros

The scheduling and proofing tools in Wrike are outstanding. Our team relies on Wrike as the central hub for everything except for our financials. (We handle purchase orders separately.)

Cons

Presently there are a couple of key areas in Wrike that require improvement. Firstly the ability to generate purchase orders within the tool is currently unavailable which poses challenges for users. Secondly for in-house agencies having the capability to generate reports based on effort rather than relying solely on timesheets would be highly valuable in evaluating team performance. Additionally a find-and-replace function is sorely needed for efficient renaming of project steps. The current process of manually copying and pasting the new name into each row can be time-consuming and tedious especially for projects with numerous steps. Furthermore the calendar view could benefit from a more streamlined approach resembling the simplicity and intuitiveness of a Google Calendar view. Instead of displaying each individual step a creative-friendly stretch of active time similar to a Gantt chart would provide a clearer overview of the agency's schedule at a glance. As a devoted user of Wrike I have successfully implemented it in previous organizations. However to enhance engagement and user satisfaction it would be valuable to make the platform more creative-friendly. I have a wealth of tips and tricks to share if there is interest in exploring different ways to improve engagement.

Increase Project Efficiency with Wrike

Pros

Wrike significantly enhances collaboration among project team members offering ease and efficiency. The dynamic project-based live stream ensures real-time updates on critical developments keeping all team members informed. Additionally the platform facilitates streamlined team discussions directly related to specific tasks at the project level consolidating project-related activities in one centralized location.

Cons

One downside is the incomplete submission form capabilities and the lack of synchronization with resulting tasks or projects. Compared to other platforms the interface is visually less appealing and navigation can be more challenging. However the tool's robust capabilities compensate for these shortcomings.

Wrike for Small Hospital Marketing Department

Pros

One of the standout advantages of Wrike is the comprehensive record keeping of all communications ensuring easy reference and promoting accountability. This feature has significantly reduced instances of miscommunication and "he said she said" situations within our department. Since implementing Wrike it has become a valuable tool for maintaining transparency and fostering effective collaboration with external parties using the application.

Cons

It would be beneficial to insert documents like Word files or photos into the markup area of online proofs. This would be more helpful than referencing attached documents in the library.

Wrike offers an impressive array of features including request forms dashboards and automation. Working efficiently with colleagues is effortless and the scalability of the platform meets our needs.

Cons

The interface could be more user-friendly. Setting up request forms and automation rules should not require navigating to the settings page. Additionally the reports tool would benefit from improved views.

It's great for Marketing Project Management

Pros

The review/approval module multiple available views for tasks/projects and the ease of duplicating projects for similar events/campaigns are standout features in Wrike.

Cons

Bugs in the approval feature result in the Wrike Bot incorrectly "rejecting" a file that was actually approved. Delayed email notifications of activities occurring in Wrike by two days are also common. Reporting is not intuitive leading to manual and tedious tracking processes.

New to Wrike...getting the swing of things

Pros

Wrike has greatly empowered my team to work both independently and interdependently. As a projects team it is crucial for us to have the ability to organize our projects effectively and provide support to one another when necessary. Wrike enables us to achieve this by offering seamless project management and collaboration features.

Cons

This system can be cumbersome for individuals who are not tech-savvy or familiar with technology. While the concepts of Spaces projects folders and tasks seem straightforward the unique features of the site make it more challenging to learn and adapt.
