“A lot of new features”
Pros
I've been blown away by the sheer amount of new features and UI/UX improvements they've rolled out, it's honestly impressive. I'm really enjoying the refreshed, modern feel the tool now gives.
Cons
Back when I used this tool ages ago, its appearance was downright ugly and using it was genuinely painful. I found tasks and items confusing rather than user-friendly so I avoided it as much as I could. Thankfully, that's no longer true. I went back recently to take another look and I'm impressed, they've done an excellent job overhauling and modernizing the whole experience.

“Puts all the latest project updates right at my fingertips”
Pros
It puts all the most recent updates about my current projects and tasks right at my fingertips.
Cons
There's a small learning curve to get comfortable with it though I personally find the interface pretty user-friendly once I'm used to it.

“well-organized interface”
Pros
What I appreciate most about it is its simplicity. The interface is well-organized and simple right from the beginning so I didn't struggle to get started. It also keeps its help materials current, offering updated guidance on features and recommended best practices directly on the website to assist users.
Cons
Our team saw the addition of Wrike's sub-tasks as a step forward compared with the prior version yet I feel it still requires further refinement and polish. For example, being able to filter sub-tasks within timeline views and in reporting would make them far more usable for our workflows.

“Useful project management solution”
Pros
Found it to be an extremely handy project management solution particularly when dealing with large-scale projects. It's simple to spin up a new project or hop into one that's already set up, customize a clean dashboard to my liking and allocate tasks across my team without any issues.
Cons
To be honest it feels cluttered to me with a bunch of features I rarely use and when I have several projects running at once it's easy to lose track of where things are. What also bugs me is that even for simple actions, like removing myself from a project, I have to wait for the original project creator to approve the request.

“No training required”
Pros
Its really simple to use and didn't need any special training when I was told to start using it for submitting requests to my service provider.
Cons
Only system administrators are permitted to change the titles of new projects here so whenever I create a new request it receives a generic name. I'm unable to rename it myself and only the program owner (my system provider) has the authority to modify the request titles.

“good experience of 2 years!”
Pros
Working as a contract graphic designer at Frontline Education, I've relied on it for more than two years. I really like how it supports communication and teamwork. Its interface is easy to pick up yet it doesn't shy away from managing complicated workflows.
Cons
Sometimes updates alter features quite dramatically and they frequently force me to sit through a tutorial video just to understand what changed. I find that pretty inconvenient and it feels like an unnecessary reinvention of the wheel that wastes time.

“Well designed system”
Pros
I appreciate how clean and no-nonsense this project management system is. Every stage in the workflow is clearly outlined and designated to an individual. As soon as a task appears on someone's To-Do dashboard, that person can open the attached file and carry out their assignment. After finishing, they mark the task complete and it automatically advances the project to the next person in the sequence. The whole handoff happens very smoothly and without friction.
Cons
There really isn't anything about it that frustrates or bothers me. It functions effectively as a project management solution and helps maintain a steady workflow without hiccups. I can't point to any negative, it's solid and reliable in that regard.

What I like most is the dashboard that brings together the complete employee management, the CRM features and project entries in one place.

I also appreciate being able to add more projects and the pricing is much lower compared to other options.

“Appreciate the planning tools”
Pros
I really appreciate the planning tools. Being able to lay out projects ahead of time cuts down on wasted effort later. Pages and tasks load quickly and I can easily collaborate with teammates directly inside the app.
Cons
In my experience it sends too many unnecessary notifications. I also feel the interface could be improved to better manage juggling multiple projects at once.

“Wide range of features”
Pros
This software's range of features really serves everyone across the organization. It handles task lists for creatives, provides dashboards that account managers depend on and includes workload views that project managers can use to keep things balanced.
Cons
I get flooded with notifications for minor actions. While I do see the benefit of keeping reminders and having them as a quick reference, the sheer number of alerts can end up overwhelming my email inbox.

“Integrated well into our systems”
Pros
I like how smoothly it plugged into our existing systems and how approachable it felt. Because it offers such a broad set of tools, we were able to start bringing projects under control and pushing them across the finish line on schedule.
Cons
Sadly, the cost model turned out to be our biggest hurdle. Securing enough user licenses to roll the platform out across the whole organization was restrictive so we found ourselves having to cap how many employees could be added to the system.

“easy to get started”
Pros
Everything about getting started with it was simple right from the box. It just works smoothly. I experienced no issues at all and over the past five years I've relied on this software for hundreds of different projects.
Cons
I'm not the type to list many drawbacks for paid apps unless they're truly terrible and from my experience this isn't one of those. I don't view Wrike as a junk product.

“Covers everything”
Pros
Honestly once I've been onboarded and trained, it covers everything and then some that I need to track projects organize campaigns and collaborate with my teammates.
Cons
Because it's so feature-rich, I had to invest significant initial and ongoing training time to feel comfortable using it but I genuinely think that time was well spent.

“Poor customer service”
Pros
There's nothing I can praise. After using it for a while, it only served to confuse my team.
Cons
The customer service was awful. We're a charity and the Wrike team convinced us to pay for setup work that cost a lot and turned out to be pointless. They would not refund anything, not even for licences we didn't use. It felt like dealing with a ruthless organisation. My small team were even looking for other jobs because they found Wrike so hard to use. I genuinely suggest steering clear of this software.

“Extensive set of features”
Pros
I'm impressed by how many features are built into each task. You can upload documents, delegate particular subtasks to individual teammates, set intermediate deadlines, add detailed notes and more. The capabilities feel limitless. If someone on the team is highly organized and models how to fill out each task, that really helps set standards. Ultimately, it creates a clear, manageable and well-structured to-do list that everyone in your organization can follow.
Cons
It is the kind of tool where your return is directly tied to the effort you put into it. I personally relied on it heavily to keep track of my own tasks which was fantastic. I also used it to distribute assignments among group members. However we ran into limitations because we didn't have enough paid seats so not the entire team could join and benefit in the most organized way. I really wished everyone on our team had access to Wrike and used it regularly.

“keeps us on the same page”
Pros
This tool helps me monitor how projects are progressing. It keeps me focused even when I'm juggling several assignments. I like that we can view all our projects in a single place and I no longer have to constantly remind our creative team about their status. We keep checking for updates to find out where everything stands. When it comes to staying on schedule, we're all looking at the same page and moving forward together.
Cons
It can take a while to locate the exact project I'm looking for. Some projects get hidden behind others so when I'm creating a task or project in Wrike, I try to use distinct titles. I expect it will become easier as I get more comfortable with the platform.

“Incredible Slack integration”
Pros
I get update notifications pushed directly into Slack which makes it simple to monitor everything my team is doing and what tasks they'll need to tackle next.
Cons
The program's visual design isn't very attractive which makes opening it a bit of a chore though the Slack integration itself is outstanding!
