“Complicated at the beginning”
Pros
The tool is pretty simple once you wrap your head around how it structures information. After that it feels quite user-friendly. I also appreciated being able to build my own reports as a normal user (not needing admin rights) which really helps keep a steady rhythm.
Cons
There's a noticeable learning curve to figuring out the layout and I sometimes struggle to see how things are grouped. I also think the interface looks fairly plain and lacks visual appeal.

“Issues with bills”
Pros
This software provides a large collection of tools and features that cover many different needs and use cases.
Cons
What bothers me is the discrepancy between how the bill is presented on the website and how it is actually carried out because I often find the two to be inconsistent and confusing.

“Horrible customer service”
Pros
I like the detailed task management features. They help me organize tasks precisely and the workload management tools make balancing assignments across my team much easier.
Cons
I've experienced several problems, not least of which is very poor customer service.

“Fits my needs!!”
Pros
For my projects, tasks and product launches, it delivers everything I need. It documents every detail so I can be sure I won't overlook anything.
Cons
I find that some of the integrations should be much simpler. It's not very simple when I'm trying to configure everything.

“clunky interface”
Pros
I find this to be a solid tool for project work. It offers nested task lists resembling a project plan, board views beyond the free tier and customer-facing dashboards.
Cons
The Pro plan's description promises "Full project planning and collaboration" and the business tier advertises "Robust work management with customization and exec reporting," yet I found that neither actually sums up a project's total work by rolling up sub-task effort estimates. They market full project planning but don't calculate the project's expected total effort automatically. You can obtain that capability, however, only by purchasing the Resource Allocation add-on for an extra 15 per user. From my perspective, resource allocation is actually not the same as core project planning (which should include level-of-effort calculations). Also, I feel the interface is somewhat clunky when doing quick edits or rapidly adding sub-tasks.

“makes information accessible”
Pros
For companies whose staff are scattered across multiple countries, I find this platform really useful because it lets everyone easily get the campaign-related information they need whenever they need it.
Cons
I struggled quite a bit with the search features and it just didn't behave how I expected. On top of that, the project layout felt cluttered and unclear since there were often numerous subfolders beneath a main folder which kept throwing me off.

“Useful for communication”
Pros
I find it extremely useful for staying in touch with different people while we work on a project. The interface has strong visuals that make it easy for me to spot each project stage and monitor milestones as they happen.
Cons
While the tool is packed with helpful features, I've noticed that people who aren't very tech-savvy often need extra time to get the hang of using the system. Fortunately, there are excellent training resources available to smooth the learning curve.

“Complex software”
Pros
When I brief my creative teams on projects, I make sure to outline a comprehensive scope, set firm deadlines and clarify expectations in detail. It also provides many ways for me to create detailed briefs and offers multiple templates and options.
Cons
I find the software rather complex when I'm trying to set up project briefings myself. Many times I could accomplish the same results with much simpler tools or organized processes.

Pros

“Scalable solution”
Pros
It is an outstanding project management platform and a highly scalable solution. For a remote company, it remains a vital part of our operations.
Cons
Its breadth of features can feel overwhelming at times and using them takes time. I would welcome more proactive, hands-on support directly from the Wrike team.

“Well organized system”
Pros
I rely on it for many capabilities yet what impresses me most is its outstanding organization which keeps every element of the program right where it should be. The search feature is incredibly comprehensive and supports a wide variety of entries so I can usually pull up whatever I need quickly. Between those two strengths, it's practically guaranteed that I find the item I'm after inside it. It pairs wonderfully with Apple's ecosystem too, my Mac and iPhone sync smoothly which helps me stay connected no matter where I am. The interface feels very approachable and user-friendly so even when I'm logging long hours it doesn't wear me down or raise stress levels for the team. And the workflows are fantastic, offering full customization without having to be a power user.
Cons
Although I think the software is feature-rich, there are a few aspects I'd like to see improved, like adding a quick-edit capability so I don't have to open each task just to change something small. The way tasks link together isn't great in my experience. It can be confusing and requires a long adjustment period before things feel natural. I also wish the Gmail integration were smoother because at the moment it's noticeably sluggish and could use some fine-tuning to speed things up and improve reliability.

“Messy and expensive”
Pros
The platform's overall layout and the range of tools it packs is really well-suited for managing teams and projects. The interface looks pleasant enough. I'm also happy they introduced a free tier so people can test things out before signing up. The feature I appreciate most though, is the templates. They genuinely shave off a lot of setup time when launching a project. Given how much you can tweak and adjust the platform, getting things configured otherwise can be time-consuming so templates are a major win for many users. That practical benefit is exactly why my team chose this service.
Cons
It feels pretty chaotic. My colleagues and I struggled a lot at first because features seemed scattered across the app. Even with significant design updates some interface decisions still don't feel as user-friendly as I'd prefer. Pricing isn't the lowest either. I wouldn't say it's sky-high but you can definitely find cheaper alternatives if budget is a priority. Overall the learning curve and some UI choices made adoption harder for my team despite the platform's strengths.

“One-stop shop”
Pros
Wrike has really helped my team function as a cohesive unit especially once we needed to work from remote locations or switch to working from home (WFH). Collaborating on projects in a virtual environment has never been easy but by taking advantage of all the features and integrations with other tools, this platform effectively becomes a one-stop hub for my project-management needs. When launching a new product using it, there are clear advantages and the whole process can be sped up so we can bring products to market faster.
Cons
When I was setting everything up, it didn't feel particularly simple especially since I had to connect so many third-party tools like JIRA and Okta. A number of those integrations worked without any hiccups but several others required help from customer support to get fully integrated into my system.

“still a new user”
Pros
I've been using this tool for about a week now and, overall, I'm liking it. I'm still exploring the features and getting comfortable with how everything works so I expect to have a more detailed review over the next few months.
Cons
Right now, I'm having trouble moving tasks from the list view to the board view. They don't appear on the board when I try that and I'm wondering if it's a provisioning glitch or some setup issue on my end.

“Gives me visibility”
Pros
I really like the clear visibility across the board. It lets me monitor which tasks my team members are handling and gives me advance notice of other projects that are queued up in the pipeline so we know what we'll have to take on next.
Cons
The interface is a bit complex and I've had a hard time figuring out the UI. I've struggled to understand how projects are structured and how subtasks fit into the workflow which has been frustrating.

“Adaptable solution”
Pros
Found it to be extremely adaptable, offering a variety of ways to view projects and tasks depending on how our team likes to organize work. For instance, switching between a simple list, a Gantt chart, a table or Boards is really useful because our designers and developers prefer very different workflows. What tipped the scales in favor of choosing it was also being able to add external collaborators to the team easily. The ability to create custom fields makes it simple to include the precise data we need for each item. Having multiple perspectives means tasks can be viewed by project, by person, by folder and so on which keeps things organized for everyone. Tracking time on individual tasks is also easy and genuinely helpful for our reporting. I appreciate that new features are released regularly and Wrike has been rapidly improving the areas I initially thought were missing. Overall, this is a solid tool for students and professionals alike.
Cons
I did find the platform's flexibility and customization a little overwhelming at the start and our initial configuration wasn't great. Since this was our first time using a project management system at this level some of those problems may have been user mistakes rather than product flaws. The makeshift "CRM" solution, in particular, felt like more trouble than it's worth to me. Pricing is the thing that I believe hurts Wrike the most. I understand why there's a minimum five-seat requirement but the fact that every additional purchase must also be in five-seat blocks becomes impractical. For a small business like ours, that is the single biggest issue I encounter. The same applies to add-on features. Many are only used by administrators yet billing is charged per seat across the whole team. That approach makes certain useful extras feel disproportionately expensive compared to what we actually use.

“supports real-time collaboration”
Pros
I appreciate that tasks support real-time collaboration and I can capture baseline snapshots at any stage of a project's timeline.
Cons
One annoying pattern I've noticed is that managing tasks behaves differently across views like Gantt, list and table. For instance, I can select several items in the list view and change their status all at once but that bulk-action option doesn't exist in the Gantt chart. I keep running into dozens of small inconsistencies like this that interrupt my workflow.

“Customizable workflow”
Pros
Being able to adjust every single stage of our workflows matters most to us. Also, their support team being reachable, responsive and genuinely ready to help has truly completely changed how we operate.
Cons
Calendar scheduling could use more features. For our workflow, every teammate has their own deadline for their portion of a project but right now the only method to show all those deadlines on the calendar is to break a project into several sub-projects and that rapidly creates an unwieldy, massive folder. This approach also scatters the relevant conversations and files making them harder for me to locate because they can end up buried across any of those subtasks.
