“Complete project management platform”
Pros
Our team was on the hunt for a comprehensive project management platform and our project manager was intent on finding a sturdy solution that satisfied all of the standard PM requirements and expectations. During our evaluation of several different software packages we discovered that, while quite a few checked the boxes from a functionality standpoint, a lot of them were incredibly hard for staff who aren't project specialists to use and actually understand. That was a major concern for us because numerous employees are expected to engage with the Projects Division in stakeholder or SME capacities. So we were genuinely pleased to find that Wrike offers an approachable, user-friendly interface that makes it simple for users without a PM background to get involved and use the system effectively.
Cons
As someone with administrative privileges I sometimes find myself getting quite disoriented inside Wrike because I can see every project, task and the full suite of PM tools which makes it easy to lose track of where I am. I want to stress that this is not really an issue with the software itself but more a consequence of how we set up our workspace and the permissions we gave users.

“Quick and efficient”
Pros
I've found it very quick and simple to set up. The interface stays clean while offering a variety of features. It's genuinely user-friendly, with smooth navigation and enough flexibility for team collaboration so we can organize our workforce effectively and make good use of resources at work.
Cons
Although the app delivers rock-solid performance in our daily work, I personally couldn't find many real downsides to it. The main issue is the cost, it's pretty pricey when you look at pricing. Still, given the top-tier features we get with the purchase, I have to admit it's far better than most competing project management tools.

“Better than Astana”
Pros
It's like Asana on performance-enhancing drugs, providing extra built-in features so I don't need any third-party APIs
Cons
I feel it tries to do way too much for what it offers and occasionally I find myself craving the clean simplicity of a basic to-do list.

“Can send large files to clients”
Pros
There were so many different features in Wrike and the one that really mattered to me was the proofing tools for graphic design. I often had to send very large files to clients so they could see the visuals I was creating and Wrike made that part of my workflow far less chaotic. It truly simplified sharing and getting feedback on my design files with clients.
Cons
There were a lot of features that I never used and that didn't feel useful. Many of the options seemed unnecessary and didn't match how I work so several parts of the platform ended up being redundant for my workflow.

“Easy to share tasks with team”
Pros
I really appreciate having a digital system that helps me rank my tasks and makes it easy to sync those to-dos with teammates.
Cons
I'm not convinced that the checkbox/mark-off process for tasks is user-friendly or visually rewarding. It feels unclear and not very satisfying to use.

“gives me visibility into project management tasks”
Pros
Gives me complete visibility into all project management tasks, with the option to add checklists for tasks and to roll projects up into many different views, ad hoc, project ID, by user, by folder, capacity planning and so on.
Cons
The software runs on a real-time data cache so my ability to export data to Excel on a weekly cadence is restricted. The subscription notification feature is neat but loses value when exporting isn't feasible and I notice freelancers end up spending a lot of time manually logging their hours into the tool.

“No drawbacks”
Pros
I work alongside reliable client team members on my web design and online marketing projects. Zapier makes it simple for me to connect Wrike with my Google G Suite apps and a whole host of other tools.
Cons
After more than two years of using Wrike, I honestly can't point to any drawbacks. I haven't run into negative experiences.

“Perfect for managing high-level projects”
Pros
For managing high-level projects and milestones, I find this tool really helpful. The Gantt charts make it easy to see progress visually and help our teams stay on top of their tasks and deadlines.
Cons
I do notice that certain tabs and views are missing useful features for example, they don't automatically roll milestone dates up so while I can accomplish everything I need, I often have to switch between multiple views to get the full picture.

“broad set of communication features”
Pros
I've found the tool really supports effective project management and collaboration is woven into the workflow so team communication feels natural. It works for everything from simple day-to-day tasks to high-stakes organizational projects and it offers a wide range of features for sharing data and information in different formats.
Cons
I occasionally run into issues synchronizing data across users in real time. The mobile app doesn't feel as smooth or capable as the web app.

“Pleased with this software”
Pros
We regularly rely on Wrike to handle our projects. It's an excellent program for planning, handing over, tracking, executing and archiving every project we run.
Cons
Really pleased with the software. For the things I use it for managing projects, scheduling tasks and keeping up with follow-ups, it performs excellently.

“All-in-one tool”
Pros
Found this tool to be uniquely comprehensive, giving me everything I need for project management with user-friendly features. Sharing comments to communicate with the team, obtaining approvals and logging them has never been so easy and accessible.
Cons
What I dislike about this app is how it handles large files. I've run into issues with heavy uploads although I trust they'll address this limitation in the near future.

“Tidy interface”
Pros
I really like the interface. It's clean and easy to use yet not overly simplistic so I genuinely feel like I'm working with a modern, capable tool.
Cons
The free tier feels extremely restrictive. There's no time tracking, no way to create subtasks and the storage allowance is really scant.

“best project management tool”
Pros
Hands down, this is the best project management tool I've ever used. I can delegate tasks to teammates and easily share documents with the team. I really appreciate the wide range of views available so I can look at my tasks and assignments in different ways. The Gantt charts are a particular highlight for me. I've never seen Gantt diagrams look this polished in any other project management solution.
Cons
My main drawbacks are the cost and a few missing features. It gets expensive quickly when I have to pay per user which makes it difficult for small businesses like mine. I also can't seem to find a way to add multiple reminders for a single task which would be really useful. On top of that, the Android app's interface feels dated and could definitely benefit from a cleaner, more user-friendly UI.

“Simple to get started”
Pros
One thing I really like about this tool is how simple it is to learn and to configure for new projects. Getting everything up and running feels simple and user-friendly.
Cons
My least favorite aspect is that it struggles to pass through our corporate firewall which means I can't access it when I'm on VPN. I often have to disconnect or work around the network restrictions to use it.

“Keeps the project organized”
Pros
Can collaborate with my international colleagues online and keep the entire project organized in one place. I also find that configuring and using the platform is pretty simple and user-friendly.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues. The only thing I'd mention is that the visuals could be improved since it takes a bit of time to fully understand how all the features work.

“Well-structured software”
Pros
I find the software to be well-organized and pretty simple to get the hang of but I always keep an eye on exactly what the contract covers and what it doesn't.
Cons
For me some features are unclear, like how the links to third-party apps work and I noticed that many useful functions are paid extras which end up being quite costly.

“Adaptable according to my needs”
Pros
It adapts to whatever workflow I need and offers a huge amount of flexibility in how tasks and projects are handled. There are so many ways I can look at the same work, list, table, Kanban-style boards and more which makes it easy to switch perspectives. I also find the dashboard setup, workload scheduling, handling of complex projects, time tracking and the reporting tools all to be powerful and practical for everyday use. Collaboration is simple thanks to personal inboxes, @mentions, the option to assign multiple people, built-in document proofing, rich comments and descriptions and easy file attachments. My company has also appreciated the community-driven suggestions area where users propose and vote on features. We've made recommendations that actually influenced product development.
Cons
Getting started requires a fair bit of training and coaching before it feels comfortable. I had to schedule multiple sessions with a Wrike specialist to learn the features and get our initial setup right so the tool would work for us. Occasionally we encounter sluggish performance or a function that acts up for a day but in my experience those glitches are temporary and support usually sorts them out quickly and reliably.

“Friendly UI”
Pros
What I really like is the task management because it keeps the communication on-screen constantly so I don't have to hit 'submit' and wait through multiple page loads just to view, grasp and act on my tasks. The UX/UI feels extremely user-friendly and avoids unnecessary, overcomplicated details, everything I see is relevant and ready for action. It's simple to assign or unassign tasks and the way projects can progress through the project-management stages feels well thought out. Overall, this is a practical tool for the everyday agency worker that doesn't try to be cleverer than necessary.
Cons
I find the time-tracking to be somewhat heavy-handed and because of that it's easy for me to overlook some procedural items for example a notification or an in-page nudge to update recorded time and the task's process stage would help. I've missed deadlines when I forgot to move a task out of 'QA' and back into 'In Progress'. I really wish the system would prompt me before I move on.
