“Top option!!!”
Pros
For managing projects, I've found this to be the most helpful project management tool available on the market, it's genuinely built for handling project work.
Cons
Honestly I consider it the best option on the market and I can't think of anything about it that bothers me.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
What I loved was how much I could customize. So many elements, like chaining tasks to trigger other tasks and controlling who's assigned each specific item.
Cons
I tried setting up an email calendar but it only showed up for the single person who was assigned to the task. Maybe I missed a setting or misunderstood how it works but I really wish there was an option to make certain items visible across the whole organization instead of only to the assigned individual.

“Easy to recall past updates”
Pros
I appreciate that every individual task displays both a status and an assigned owner which lets me track each item separately. The task's comment thread keeps a running history so I can quickly recall past updates and context at a glance whenever I need to.
Cons
The web interface often takes several seconds to load and that becomes frustrating because I hit those delays dozens of times throughout the day. It clearly has many advanced capabilities but I don't always find the workflows user-friendly or simple to use.

“Has all the features I need”
Pros
It delivers virtually every feature I'd look for in project management software and it's incredibly powerful.
Cons
Because it packs so many tools and options, I found it somewhat hard to get the hang of. I definitely experienced a steep learning curve.

“Can customize easily”
Pros
Felt highly customized and I found it pretty user-friendly when I was learning the ropes. I appreciated the responsiveness of their customer support team although I did find the available payment options somewhat unclear and a bit tricky.
Cons
I discovered there isn't a true free tier, it's only a limited trial and that caused some hesitation. On top of that, the payment methods and checkout process confused me enough that completing a purchase felt unnecessarily difficult.

“Lets me sign in from anywhere”
Pros
We rely on the free tier of this tool to organize and oversee IT rollouts for our customer sites. What I like is that it's cloud-hosted so I can log in from any internet connection without fuss. It also lets us run several projects at once which keeps things moving smoothly.
Cons
I didn't run into any real issues while I was using this app and my experience was generally positive. The only limitation I hit was that several of the higher-end features were restricted since we stuck with the free plan which was a bit frustrating at times.

“Changed the way we operate”
Pros
We've been using another project management tool for years but Wrike has really changed how our team operates. Its flexibility in letting me set up folders, projects, tasks and subtasks gave us exactly what we needed to reorganize our workflow and improve how we get things done.
Cons
Can't say there are many things I dislike about this tool. If I had to single out one issue, it would probably be the cost. Still, I feel it's worthwhile and a purchase I'd make again every time.

“Hard to learn”
Pros
Seeing what my client and her team were doing was genuinely useful. It gave me visibility into their activity and allowed me to work more efficiently so I could complete tasks with less back-and-forth and fewer delays.
Cons
Even though we collaborated for months, I never really felt comfortable using the software. I struggled to locate the features I needed, couldn't reproduce the same steps consistently and overall it was hard to learn and frustrating to pick up honestly.

“Ability to annotate repetitive tasks”
Pros
Being able to annotate repetitive tasks has been the best feature I've come across so far. On top of that, it's really simple to monitor the progress of work with Wrike.
Cons
I have noticed that some solid and genuinely useful features are missing from Wrike for example, an offline access tool isn't available which can be a real limitation.

“Versatile and modern”
Pros
It's a fantastic project management tool, versatile and up-to-date, offering user-friendly, visually attractive features that make managing tasks simple and enjoyable.
Cons
I found everything simple to operate so I really can't complain. I only used the app briefly but I enjoyed the experience during that short time.

“Customizable tool”
Pros
Honestly I can shape Wrike into whatever my team needs. I've found it to be completely customizable for how our company operates and in my experience it's the finest project management solution I've used. Numerous features feel clever and are beautifully designed.
Cons
My primary issue is that because I work with a lot of HTML, the preview tool won't natively render HTML. I have to download files and open them in a browser to see them. Beyond that, I've seldom encountered an issue support couldn't resolve though the price is somewhat high.

“Can control access”
Pros
Using it, I find adding tasks and items simple. I can customize my view to display whole projects, individual tasks, Gantt Chart layouts and so on. I also appreciate being able to control who can access each item.
Cons
I wish there was training on how to adjust the email settings because I get absolutely swamped by all the notifications. It feels like I have a ton of tasks to complete when in reality someone just edited an item.

“solid project-management tool”
Pros
It has proved to be a powerful project-management tool when my processes don't follow the standard, linear project-management flows.
Cons
I've discovered that its level of customization is so extensive that I often spend a significant amount of time learning how to configure and fine-tune it to match exactly what I need to monitor and accomplish.

“Offers variety of themes”
Pros
For my team, Wrike really helps us break projects down into clear tasks and subtasks so work is easy to follow. I also enjoy the variety of themes, they make the interface genuinely pleasant to use.
Cons
I suggest customizing your notification preferences unless you want to be swamped by a lot of irrelevant emails because the default settings can flood your inbox. Uploading files also feels slower than it should which can be frustrating.

“Helpful for organizing projects”
Pros
I use it to keep my projects organized and to coordinate with my team all from a single place. It gives multiple work views like In quote, in progress, done, on deck which makes it simple to grasp where a client's project stands. I'm also able to log time on each task and compare what I actually spent versus the time I'd budgeted.
Cons
While I'd love for this tool to tie directly into invoicing services, I find that it doesn't. Also, I had to spend some time poking around and experimenting before I really understood all of its features and workflow.

“Easy to see projects”
Pros
The tool handles agile workflows and other development-oriented roles really well and I can quickly view projects and tasks and move around without difficulty.
Cons
I'm not satisfied with its ability to track the actual time spent on project work so it's not very useful for accurate time reporting. Plus, I find the admin restrictions frustrating and they get in the way of customizing settings the way our team needs.

Pros
Its great for managing projects. I can easily track time and pull reports and having the ability to break work into subtasks is something I really appreciate.
Cons

Pros
As someone who loves squeezing every extra second out of my day, I'm always trying to accomplish more in less time. It helps me keep projects on schedule and within budget and it also lets clients collaborate easily.
Cons
I haven't run into any serious problems. Perhaps the initial setup is a touch more involved than I'd like but when you dedicate the effort up front, you get the benefits of a premium project management solution.
