“Nothing gets missed :)”
Pros
I found it to be an excellent platform that let me collaborate with other departments in a really efficient way. Its set of tools organized communication and helped make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
Cons
It took me quite a while to get comfortable with it and to weave it into the weekly routine I shared with my teammates. Adopting it as part of our regular process didn't happen overnight.

“Helpful analysis tools”
Pros
I signed up for free trial so I could try out the features and see how the platform works and after putting it through its paces we ended up subscribing to the software for more than two years. Wrike's analysis tools are extremely helpful for giving me an overview of project progress using pie charts so I can quickly skim through all the information at a glance.
Cons
We don't have many things to complain about with this software. It has helped me reach my project objectives and allowed me to manage all resources and track progress effectively right up through completion and deployment.

“Accessible from any device”
Pros
It has a distinctive approach that's uniquely theirs. The layout branches like a tree which makes organizing projects much more visual and simpler to manage. I also appreciate its strong connectivity. I can get to it from any device and it provides native apps across different platforms so I don't have to rely on a browser alone.
Cons
Regarding the pricing, I found it's based on the number of users registered which makes it economical for a small team or organization but can become very expensive as headcount grows. I also feel that to unlock Wrike's full capabilities you need integrations with other services and those add-ons tend to increase the overall expense, often quite significantly.

“Valuable tool”
Pros
It comes across as an incredibly powerful tool and honestly I only tap into a small portion of what it can do which I think actually underscores its value. For me and my team it serves mainly as a project management platform. What I appreciate most are the collaboration features, task organization and the transparency around project progress, all things that are especially important when everyone is remote and we still need to act like a cohesive unit. I genuinely feel it could be the single hub for project-driven teams. Right now we're working to mirror SCRUM within Wrike and once Spaces and Forms are fully configured we'll be able to operate together much more quickly and smoothly, without the dozens of emails and phone calls we used to rely on. Even though I haven't explored every feature, that depth makes it flexible for different workflows and teams which I find encouraging.
Cons
The biggest downside I've run into is that the set-up and deployment can be somewhat complicated, at least based on my own experience. If you're comfortable with tech then this won't be an issue. In fact, it becomes a really rewarding system to use. For people in the organization who aren't comfortable with computers or digital tools though, it will require a careful roll-out plan and likely ongoing support to get them up to speed. Because Wrike is so feature-rich and highly customizable, it can sometimes feel less simple. I'm addressing that by designing a clear organizational structure across my Spaces, Projects, Folders and so on to reduce confusion as much as possible but it does take thought and effort to keep things user-friendly.

“Simple to create tasks”
Pros
Creating tasks and subtasks is simple and I can easily assign owners and monitor each task's progress as well as the completion percentage. Adding new users and granting them ownership or specific permissions for features is simple. I can also share resources and documents through the platform. Tweaking the configuration and rearranging the dashboard layout speeds up my workflow because I quickly know where all my tools are located.
Cons
They keep rolling out new features but unfortunately none come with video walkthroughs. I have to figure things out on my own and experiment to learn how a feature works. While it's possible to connect the app to other services or software, those integrations typically require paying an extra fee. Aside from these two drawbacks, I'm generally very happy with the rest of the functionality this software offers.

“Can check updates”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to access this tool to check updates on projects I'm collaborating on with colleagues. I can open it in my web browser without installing any additional software which is really convenient. The app's visual layout is simple and clean and it doesn't strain my eyes even after long stretches of looking at it so it feels comfortable to use for extended work sessions.
Cons
I can't add every employee in our company to have access because licensing is charged per user which ends up increasing costs. In other words, it becomes prohibitively expensive for small and medium-sized organizations to adopt. I also notice there haven't been meaningful new features introduced lately and some existing bugs take months before they're resolved which can be frustrating for our team's workflow.

“Clean interface”
Pros
I find it extremely simple to handle, has a tidy interface and because many other organizations use it, collaborating with partners is far simpler.
Cons
My only real issue is the lack of responsive support. I hope this gets better over time. Also, the color palette is overly vivid and ends up being somewhat hard on my eyes.

“ease of use”
Pros
Really come to appreciate its interface. Over time I've grown fond of this tool because it's so simple to manage. In my opinion it's a strong option for team collaboration. Working on projects together is easy and tagging colleagues across the business in each task makes coordination effortless. I particularly enjoy the tagging and in-app chat. The conversations are easy to follow. To be honest the color palette also appeals to me. The bold hues help orient me quickly. It's nice that you can personalize your Wrike background as well. I also find it simple as an admin to tweak features inside it. I've been able to propose and help adjust a handful of forms and other features that needed updating and those changes were implemented in a matter of seconds.
Cons
Since our company uses it across the country, we depend on each local market to properly set their projects and forms to private for that market alone. Every so often somebody leaves a form public and then it shows up on our dashboards as well. It would also be great if individual users had the option to customize their own dashboard views. Right now only admins can configure the dashboard for an entire market but I'd really like the ability to adjust my personal dashboards for my own use.

“Happy with it”
Pros
I'm really glad I can team up on projects with colleagues who are off-site or in our branch office without needing to schedule a sit-down. Using the project tracker lets us spot bottlenecks in our workflow quickly so we can address delays and keep progress moving forward right away.
Cons
There aren't clear instructions explaining what each feature does so I had to figure things out on my own through trial and error.

“Extremely flexible”
Pros
I really like how flexible it is because there are several different ways to look at projects and tasks depending on how each person prefers to view their work. For example, I often switch between a simple list, a Gantt chart, a table layout or Kanban-style boards which has been super useful since our designers and programmers have very different ways of working. Part of why we chose Wrike was that it allows external collaborators to join the workspace easily which makes coordinating with freelancers painless. I also value the option to create custom fields so I can capture the specific information our team needs. The variety of views makes it easy to see tasks by project, by individual, by folder and so on. Being able to track time against each task is clear and convenient for everyone. New features arrive regularly and Wrike is quickly addressing the gaps I noticed at the start.
Cons
Because the system offers so much customization, getting started felt a little overwhelming and I discovered that our initial configuration wasn't ideal. This was our first time adopting a project management tool at this scale so some of the mess-ups could easily be on us rather than the software. In my opinion the 'CRM' workaround is more trouble than it's worth. What bothers me most is the pricing structure. I see why there's a minimum of five seats but charging in five-seat blocks after that is frustrating. For a small company like mine, those jumps in cost become a real problem. The same issue appears with add-on features, many are only used by admins yet the billing applies per seat which feels unfair and adds up really quickly.

“Beginner-friendly”
Pros
It's extremely easy to use. I'd never tried it before yet I got everything set up and running within a minute or two. We relied on it to record bug tickets while working on a development project.
Cons
I might be unaware of every feature but after we had a significant number of people QA-ing the backlog of bug tickets, keeping track of everything felt a bit overwhelming for our team.

“Bad experience with support staff”
Pros
I find the software user-friendly and simple to use. Migrating from other project management suites is simple and quick
Cons
My experience with customer support has been disappointing and I would be extremely cautious about any mid-contract changes to service levels or SLAs since there appears to be no recourse.

“Organizes documents”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is how it lets me organize a wide range of documents directly within projects. I can link files from other services like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, our servers and so on which is a huge benefit for us since all our project assets live in Dropbox. Because those files are frequently edited or changed, having a single canonical save location matters a lot. By linking the files into the relevant Wrike projects, any update made in the original storage automatically flows into the Wrike project folders. That auto-update behavior keeps everything synchronized and avoids duplicate versions. I've come to rely on this feature heavily. It's become an essential part of my team's daily workflow and has saved us time and confusion.
Cons
I find the biggest drawback with it is the amount of setup work required to get projects organized well. That said, this isn't unique to Wrike, most project-tracking tools need effort to configure if you want thorough project management. For me it can be a pain but there's a silver lining. You can control how detailed each project is and build templates so launching new projects becomes quicker and less tedious.

Pros
Collaborating with teammates on this app really works well for me. I appreciate being able to assign deadline dates and edit tasks whenever necessary, with all edits recorded. Plus, I'm a fan of the status buttons and the ability to add sub-tasks.

Pros
Honestly not much. Over the years I've tried many project management tools and this actually ranks as my least favorite.

Pros
I'm finding it simple to use, it's accessible online with virtually no downtime and our team can reliably monitor deadlines and manage dependencies across departments.

“The number of features gets overwhelming”
Pros
At first, I was really impressed by how it seemed to include everything imaginable, the proverbial kitchen sink and our direct report was especially pleased because he hardly had to change his existing workflow.
Cons
We found that the very richness of Wrike's feature set became its Achilles' heel once we scaled because we began losing track of certain tasks and people on the team started creating wildly different workflow structures which hurt overall visibility and consistency.
