“Makes planning easy”
Pros
I'm really fond of Wrike's waterfall management view as it makes planning simple. Also, the detailed pricing charts and the solid integrations with third-party apps are something I appreciate.
Cons
On certain parts of the interface, I find there are so many features and options that it becomes cluttered very quickly.

“Well thought-out”
Pros
I find it to be very well thought-out as a project and task management tool. The usability stands out to me, thanks to a clean layout where the tools are easy to find and use. Its workflows are powerful, they can automatically move things forward when tasks are completed and I can see the status of everything at a glance. I also like that I can upload photos and track issues quickly and efficiently. It packs features that fit almost any department and I appreciate the calendar and email integrations, the real-time updates and the way it brings all pending work together.
Cons
People need to be invited before they can access a specific task which can be a bit inconvenient when I'm onboarding collaborators. I've also noticed the volume of notification emails. Some users, myself included at times, end up getting lots of messages that aren't directly related to the projects they're involved with.

“Can see conversations tied to tasks”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is being able to see the conversations tied to completing specific tasks and I enjoy having multiple dashboard views to track progress.
Cons
I wish I could customize the forms to better fit my needs. There might be a way to do that but I haven't been able to find or figure it out yet.

“Pleasant interface”
Pros
What I appreciated most about it was its clean, easy-on-the-eyes interface and it felt simple. I found it user-friendly and locating or using most tools and features wasn't particularly difficult.
Cons
The sole problem our team faced was that they couldn't import our historical data from the previous project management software which forced us to migrate some information manually.

“Detailed reporting”
Pros
It ranks among the top solutions for organizing team tasks and it's easy to see why. Although it includes the usual feature set found in many task management platforms, what I value most are the comprehensive reporting tools that let me evaluate my team's task progress across a week or an entire month.
Cons
The interface feels clumsy at best and the mobile app suffers from the same shortcomings. Over time I adapt yet I can tell the product was developed with the desktop application as the primary priority.

“Less complicated compared to Asana”
Pros
I've been exploring it as a possible Asana alternative lately. In my view it's a more simple task manager that doesn't offer some of Asana's spreadsheet-style capabilities yet Wrike stands on its own as a solid, user-friendly option when you want something less complex.
Cons
Doesn't provide a complete, native Gmail integration. It does let me create tasks using a Gmail add-on but beyond that functionality there isn't much more to rely on.

“Cool features but complicated interface”
Pros
Impressed by the feature set for sure. It contains so much functionality. It's incredibly powerful. I had to spend 6 months learning everything it can do!
Cons
It's clunky and complicated. The interface doesn't feel very modern. It takes me a long time to learn and do daily tasks.

“Logical interface”
Pros
I like the clean UI and I can expand subfolders and keep them neatly organized.
Cons
I've found their customer support to be neither helpful nor responsive. I even read another reviewer who said they only reach out when they need something and that matches my experience. The product itself feels overly complicated and you'll likely have to pay extra for training to learn how to use it. I don't see anything particularly impressive that sets it apart from alternatives like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello or even Excel. There's a real lack of flexibility. Since every organization operates differently, if you need a tool that adapts to your workflow rather than forcing you to adapt, you might want to consider other options. The description field also doesn't support Markdown which is baffling to me. I can't figure out why they left out such a basic capability (to be fair, Asana omits it too).

“Has everything I need”
Pros
It includes everything I'd expect from a solid project management platform. The ability to create folders for neat organization, then spin up projects, assign the right people, create tasks, set milestones, manage statuses and send alerts. Beyond the essentials, it also offers features that really stand out, like generating Gantt charts from entered milestones, presenting work in a SCRUM-style board and building custom dashboards so I can monitor team workloads and other key metrics in one place.
Cons
You have to be extremely careful with permissions. They cascade downward through the folder hierarchy so if I accidentally tag someone on a task higher up than intended, Wrike will quietly give them access to everything nested beneath that item. Careful structuring usually prevents most problems but this quirk still trips us up occasionally. Also, plan on dedicating time to their tutorials. Without that, expect a long, unpleasant learning curve that can be frustrating at first.

“Multiple ways to view projects”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was having multiple ways to view a project, my go-to views were the list layout and the Gantt chart. I also really appreciated that it integrates with our Adobe tools and lets me track the progress of every task so I can quickly see what stage each item is at.
Cons
it takes a bit of time to get everything configured and to understand all the features. Once I got the hang of it though, setting up projects became simple. I also appreciate the ability to duplicate projects because that really speeds things up when I'm entering data.

“Comprehensive project management solution”
Pros
It's a very comprehensive project management solution. I really appreciate the built-in calendar sync because it keeps everyone on the same page about the tasks that matter.
Cons
The drag-and-drop feels like it could be smoother. The default notification settings are somewhat irritating though they can be adjusted without much trouble.

“Made us more efficient”
Pros
Since we started using it, my team has gotten noticeably more efficient. In it we map out timelines for every project, add team members and keep tabs on progress. For complicated tasks I build Gantt charts and for smaller initiatives we rely on handy templates. Overall, working in Wrike feels much faster now.
Cons
The amount of cloud storage we get is frustratingly small. We're stuck with only 50 GB even though we're on their priciest plan. We're currently talking with the developers about an upgrade but I don't hold out much hope they'll increase our quota.

“Simple to get the hang of”
Pros
A few months back I gave Dynamics 365 a try and found that platform really complicated so I was worried Wrike might overwhelm me in the same way. To my surprise, using Wrike turned out to be quite simple. I found its interface extremely user-friendly. Honestly I think practically anyone could learn to use it with little effort.
Cons
I can't use the mobile app at all; it locks up on the main screen every time. Because of that, when I'm on my smartphone I have no choice but to access Wrike through the browser version.

“Keeps projects on track”
Pros
I've really been enjoying it. It's a neat organized way for me to collaborate across different departments and keep projects on track.

“Satisfied with it”
Pros
I really like that it's browser-based because that means the vendor handles maintenance for me. It's well organized, supports simultaneous multiple entries and even includes a built-in communication hub which together make it an excellent fit for managing my projects.
Cons
Because each user has to be configured separately, the setup can eat up a lot of time when my team is large. Aside from that, I'm satisfied overall.

“Can share documents”
Pros
With this app I can manage my tasks and projects smoothly. I organize everything around communication so teamwork actually flows and stays productive. It comes with features that let me participate actively and take initiative in my responsibilities. I can create task lists with subtasks, upload and share documents and delegate duties across the whole team. Plus the interface offers a clean, user-friendly and attractive visual board that works well on any device.
Cons
I've found some of the tracking features quite confusing to use at times. These are areas I'd like to see refined and fixed in future updates so the experience becomes more user-friendly.

“Offers multiple ways to monitor projects”
Pros
I really like the full set of tools Wrike provides. It feels like they carefully designed multiple ways for users to monitor and visualize projects, accommodating different tracking and viewing preferences.
Cons
The sheer number of functions can be intimidating and occasionally overly complex. I appreciated the initial walkthrough for account setup yet it didn't go into the depth I'd expected given just how feature-rich the platform is.

“Smooth transition”
Pros
After I adjusted from our previous system, I found it pretty easy to get the hang of and its communication tools are excellent. Approvals, comments, reactions, status updates and the like which help every team maintain a reliable record of work we can return to if something gets overlooked. The ability to customize dashboards has been great and lets me arrange tasks in a layout that actually fits how I work, rather than forcing me to view things the same way my colleagues do.
Cons
This is a pretty specific issue but when I 'Star' a project it pops up at the top of the left-hand sidebar. The odd part is that starred tasks don't get the same treatment. I used to rely on that sidebar list to quickly scan every project I had submitted so losing that behavior forced me to adapt and start using the Dashboard instead. Thankfully the Dashboard gives me what I need so it's not a major issue, just an extra click and a small annoyance when I'm trying to move fast.

“Huge range of features”
Pros
It works really well because it offers a huge range of features and so many different ways to approach tasks and projects. Users can customize how they use it to match their individual workflows and preferences. I especially appreciate being able to upload files and leave comments directly on documents inside Wrike. Having all edits and feedback centralized within Wrike itself is a big plus.
Cons
All the different settings and choices can end up feeling really overwhelming and I often suspect there are smarter ways to organize things in Wrike but I'm unsure how to do them. The other frustrating part is how many notifications I receive for projects where I'm tagged, it can get pretty intrusive at times.

“Attractive interface”
Pros
I'm impressed by the modern interface, it really attracts users. The platform feels simple and most people can learn to use it without much difficulty.
Cons
One annoying omission is that it doesn't include spellcheck by default. There is a spellcheck option but every person has to individually sign up for the beta which feels odd given how standard it should be by now. Notifications for @ mentions are sent via email but those messages often take around twenty minutes to land in my inbox. If I want an instant alert, the desktop app has to be open and running, otherwise I miss things. The built-in review feature is quite primitive and surprisingly difficult to use. We ended up abandoning it entirely at our company and now rely on a different piece of software for reviews.
