“Fantastic for team collaboration!”
Pros
It's excellent for coordinating a single project across our whole team. It's really easy to adjust the setup to fit the way I want it to operate and overall it's fantastic for team collaboration!
Cons
It does take me quite a bit of time upfront to shape the tool the way I prefer. I have to experiment and tinker with features to discover what configuration works best for my team.

“Can see project status”
Pros
Thanks to Gain Visibility, I can quickly and easily see project reports and clearly grasp the overall project completion status.
Cons
The interface is simple yet I don't find it particularly friendly for newcomers. Also, I need a reliable internet connection for real-time syncing.

“Checks all boxes”
Pros
A good project management tool has to be practical, uncluttered and easy to use and Wrike hits all of those marks. I especially enjoy the way the interface looks and how smoothly the app flows from one task to another which matters a lot because I'm a designer. As someone who runs a business, I also appreciate that I'm able to manage every project detail, stay connected with clients and keep information flowing efficiently from start to finish on every single project.
Cons
I genuinely can't find any real downsides to it. The platform behaves exactly as it should and I rely on it every day without fail.

“Incredible process automation”
Pros
Compared to other project and task management tools I've tried, it feels far more feature-rich. It handles basic lists and team communication yet where it really shines is in its workflows and process automation. Tasks can advance automatically as steps finish and I can quickly glance to see the status of everything across projects and teams in one consolidated view.
Cons
I'm finding it a bit more complicated to get going than simpler apps. In my experience you really need a dedicated power user to serve as a reference point during onboarding someone who stays on top of new features and handles changes for the team.

“Reasonably priced”
Pros
I use it to keep our marketing initiatives organized across the whole team. It helps me manage calendars so assignments are finished on schedule and coordinates task responsibilities with each team member.
Cons
We haven't come across any real drawbacks. For us it's an excellent tool, priced reasonably and simple enough for everyone to pick up and use without hassle.

“encourages teamwork”
Pros
Really appreciate how it encourages teamwork and how it lays out projects and tasks in a clear structure. As I grow more familiar with the platform, I'm discovering new ways to adapt it to fit my workflow and specific requirements.
Cons
One major issue I have is that the overall project administration feels clunky and requires an unnecessarily long time to learn and use effectively. What frustrates me most is the inability to set up recurring tasks that include subtasks which limits automation.

“Helps me meet deadlines”
Pros
This tool really simplifies keeping track of dozens of projects across our whole team especially when multiple stakeholders are involved and it helps us stay on top of milestone deadlines. We tried a few other project management platforms and none of them handled it well. Although Wrike takes a bit more time to learn initially, once I'm comfortable with it it's simple and can accomplish everything our team requires.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the comment timeline inside projects, I wish it offered a bit more flexibility. For instance, it would be great to have an option that shows every comment across all tasks in a single unified timeline for a project or a toggle to reverse the order so older comments appear at the top.

“capable but pricey”
Pros
I've found it to be a really capable project management platform that handles a lot of different tasks. It's easy to get the hang of and feels user-friendly to use. It connects and integrates smoothly with the other tools my team relies on.
Cons
In our case, the pricing felt very expensive compared to other project management systems so we ultimately chose not to move forward after the trial period because it didn't make financial sense for us.

“excellent project management tool”
Pros
It is an excellent project management tool that I rely on daily. It's helped me a lot in keeping track of everyone and making sure our team is staying on task. With multiple clients and projects running at the same time, those small details really matter and Wrike makes it simple for me to record and attach those little but important pieces of information to our projects.
Cons
I'd like the free tier to include more capabilities than it currently does because the limitations can be frustrating. Another thing I'd change is allowing each project to open in its own window instead of being confined to side tabs, that would improve my workflow.

“customizable calendars”
Pros
When I'm handling complex projects with detailed timelines and a large number of tasks, I use it because it simplifies organizing and building those workflows. I also really like that the dashboards and calendars are highly customizable so I can tailor them to fit how I work.
Cons
I wish Wrike provided an easy way to publish or share projects on the internet since there isn't a direct sharing option right now. I also find the drag-and-drop functionality somewhat inflexible and the planning features can be glitchy at times which ends up causing me avoidable friction.

“too many alerts for incomplete items”
Pros
I've found it really handy for tagging teammates on the specific tasks they're responsible for because it ensures they receive reminders for the relevant dates.
Cons
It ends up sending far too many alerts whenever an item isn't finished. Even after programs conclude, if tasks aren't formally marked done, Wrike keeps pinging me about their incomplete status and I also find many of the platform's different components and interfaces awkward and confusing.

“Different ways of organizing tasks”
Pros
The tool offers several different views for organizing tasks which made it easier for me to approach projects from multiple angles. It also includes a calendar that visually tracks time spent on files, individual tasks or specific clients. Another neat feature was being able to reuse past tasks as templates to set up future work which I found really helpful to organize my workflow.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform was a slow process for me. It required a long learning curve. I ended up spending several months learning how to use all of its features which was especially frustrating since this happened in the middle of our company's calendar year and disrupted normal workflows.

“notification system clarifies task ownership”
Pros
What I appreciate about it is its notification system. I can assign people as owners of specific tasks and they get alerted both via email and inside Wrike which makes it very clear who is responsible. It's especially handy when working with an IT or web team handling site fixes. I can submit requests through the platform and they immediately appear on the team's dashboard, keeping things visible and organized so nothing slips through the cracks.
Cons
I've noticed the per-user pricing can be a downside for larger companies or organizations since you end up paying for every individual account. On top of that, there's a bit of a learning curve. I had to spend time training each employee because the software isn't as user-friendly as some other management systems I've used.

“effortless bug tracking”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was how user-friendly it felt. Uploading images was fast and simple and keeping tabs on bugs was effortless. I noticed it offers capabilities much like the custom tools I used during my time at Electronic Arts so I picked it up very quickly.
Cons
There wasn't much I disliked about the tool. While its functionality is somewhat narrow, it handled tracking and triaging new issues in game development very effectively for my needs.

“Functions smoothly”
Pros
When everything is set up well, this becomes an excellent tool for keeping work flowing between different teams. I like that its dependency feature lets me mark tasks complete and then automatically notifies the next person in line which keeps momentum across departments.
Cons
The platform offers a huge amount of flexibility but that freedom can easily feel overwhelming. In my experience you can probably address most of it by reorganizing or reconfiguring tasks though the interface can still become cluttered and a little confusing. I make a point of archiving old tasks so my workspace doesn't become unmanageable.

“awesome built-in features”
Pros
I'm really impressed with the built-in features like dependencies, Gantt charts, task management, time tracking, timelines, plus the way everything is structured and laid out. I also find it very simple to move around and use.
Cons
Sometimes it does feel a bit overwhelming. Mostly because I'm the one learning all the new features, not because the app is broken. I will say there's definitely a learning curve to get comfortable with everything.

“Manages complex projects”
Pros
I've spent a good amount of time working with Wrike managing complex projects and it packs many useful features like a convenient user interface, a wide range of task dependencies, time tracking, Gantt charts and Kanban views.
Cons
It frustrates me that I can't share projects online with Wrike and on top of that the pricing feels pretty steep for what I get.
