“continues improving”
Pros
Found it to be an outstanding tool for mapping out projects with precise timelines, multiple tasks, clear dependencies and the ability to assign several people and manage different workflows. The platform gives me a range of task views so everyone on my team can work the way they prefer, plus fully customizable dashboards, calendars and other options to control exactly what I see and what I don't.
Cons
Every so often I run into situations where rescheduling a task causes its dependencies to break and then I have to manually reconnect them all. That said I appreciate that Wrike pushes frequent updates and continues to refine and improve its features over time.

“Useful for handling communication”
Pros
I find it really handy for handling communication, ongoing activity and task updates all in one place on the platform.
Cons
I don't find the time-tracking feature very user-friendly or easy to use.

“Missing customer support”
Pros
What I appreciated was the platform's ability to support collaboration with teammates and outside partners. I also enjoyed the Trello-like task boards, the option to @mention people and how that smoothed out communication. Overall the rollout was fairly solid.
Cons
I found the scheduling tools to be extremely unstable, the drag-and-drop controls felt rigid and there was basically no customer support when I needed help. My billing was inaccurate, they rarely reach out except when they need something and everything this product does can be reproduced with tools like Monday, MS Project or Excel/Trello.

“enjoyable experience”
Pros
I rely on it to keep my work organized. The interface is beautiful and I actually enjoy using it. It enables me to arrange every one of my projects while collaborating smoothly with teammates.
Cons
The app can be fairly complex and requires a substantial amount of setup before it truly performs well. I've found that having a capable implementation team is crucial.

“allows clear feedback”
Pros
I mainly used this platform while working with a video editing company where my job was to review edited clips and suggest changes. It made communicating feedback much clearer and far more visually organized which sped up the whole process.
Cons
I'd like the app to include a place where I can jot down notes and come back to them later because right now there's no built-in spot to save quick thoughts or reminders.

“Outstanding reporting and analytics”
Pros
Wrike gives me everything I require. After years of hunting for the ideal project management platform, I'm convinced this is finally it. My role involves planning very large initiatives that involve dozens of contributors and I lead a group of project managers who all rely on Wrike as their central source of truth. I'm really impressed by the reporting, analytics, customizable dashboards and the Gantt timeline features.
Cons
I do think dedicated Scrum platforms can outshine Wrike for teams following strict Scrum practices but in my experience Wrike still performs solidly and meets most of our needs.

“Offers large number of integrations”
Pros
One thing I really like is the large number of integrations available. I can highlight and comment on files (including videos) and the interface is simple and easy to use.
Cons
I miss having an integrated chat feature and I wish there were more solid private board controls and a built-in note-taking tool. Plus, custom Kanban labels are only available on the pricier, more advanced plan.

“Offers variety of views”
Pros
What I appreciate is that the variety of views in this tool makes it useful for people across different roles and I have a lot of flexibility to customize it to suit our needs.
Cons
I can duplicate events only when I'm in the list view, not when I'm using the table view.

“effective program”
Pros
It functions effectively in any team setting where we need to communicate remotely, much like similar project tools.
Cons
Compared with other project management communication tools, it lacks a broad range of connectors for corporate enterprise platforms which makes certain tasks harder to complete.

“allows large teams to work together”
Pros
I find it simple to keep track of products and my large teams can work on the platform simultaneously without running into problems.
Cons
Their mobile app is really poor so I don't keep it installed on my phone. Plus, the platform doesn't include an integrated chat feature which is frustrating for quick team conversations.

“Displays data in a clear way”
Pros
We rely on it to manage every one of our projects. Within the platform I'm able to set up single tasks or task groups, assign them to team members and easily monitor how work is progressing. The app displays data in a very clear, visual way.
Cons
It doesn't include built-in phone calling so we have to handle team conversations either through its internal chat feature or by switching over to external messaging apps which can be a bit inconvenient.

“Feels confusing”
Pros
Their customer service was helpful and I received an initial walkthrough from an employee when I started.
Cons
I never really managed to get comfortable using this software because it felt so confusing. A Wrike representative did walk everyone through how to use it before I began working here but over time those sessions stopped because people felt they weren't worth the effort. Now I'm unable to teach myself since it's too bewildering so our team is moving over to JIRA for task tracking.

“Too many features for my liking”
Pros
It looked like an ideal all-in-one solution for anyone who needed virtually every project feature. It offered GANTT charts, to-do lists, task and project management tools, calendars, portfolio views and much more.
Cons
I found the sheer volume of features in Wrike overwhelming. There was so much packed in that it felt complicated and intimidating to use and I wish the software had come with a clearer, more helpful onboarding or introduction.

“So many ways to organize tasks”
Pros
What I absolutely love is how many ways I can organize tasks and projects. To me it's like a digital version of a beautifully organized file folder system where everything makes sense and nothing ends up buried. I can bring in notes, documents and images, literally everything needed to get a task done. Setting deadlines and recurring tasks is simple. Tagging items for temporary lists or status updates is also easy. For example, I maintain a folder called "Waiting For ..." The ability to switch between lists, the popular boards, spreadsheets and Gantt charts gives me flexibility. I originally chose this software because of the Gantt chart feature and being able to view an entire project laid out on a timeline with dependencies shown is far more useful to me than a mind map.
Cons
There are really only two downsides I notice. The interface doesnt look good and I haven't dug into how customizable the UI is yet. That aesthetic issue doesn't bother me much though. It does represent a decent investment for a solo entrepreneur so it makes the most sense when you're working with a team. I've started bringing my most involved contractors into the platform recently and that collaboration is beginning to improve the ROI.

“Unparalleled features”
Pros
Honestly I can't pick a single feature to praise above the rest because, in my experience, they all perform exceptionally well. It's obvious why their client roster looks so impressive and high-end. The cross-platform synchronization, real-time analytics and strong communication features all help its attractive UI stand out even more.
Cons
One limitation I notice is the scale. In my view, a small team of around ten people probably won't need the full breadth of Wrike's capabilities. That said the advanced features remain available if you ever face more complex projects or grow beyond that size.

“Useful email reminders”
Pros
Setting up the folder structure, creating forms and adding projects was simple for me. When I design a form it can automatically create a project and even provide a template or duplicate an existing project. My team members can be assigned tasks and they receive email reminders.
Cons
I find the report writer too limiting. It won't let me customize details the way I need, like multi-level sorting, precise font sizes or color-coding. It only offers a few basic sort options yet my reports must use multi-tiered sorts and be formatted to fit on legal-sized paper. Also, the default column spacing is excessive, leaving too much white space between columns and there's no way for me to reduce it.

“Most user-friendly software I've ever used”
Pros
After trying many team collaboration tools, I think Wrike offers one of the most user-friendly user interfaces I've seen which makes cross-team communication noticeably simple and very efficient.
Cons
I'd like it to support integrations with other software too, that would simplify my workflow a lot. For example, integration with Litmus would be really helpful.
