“Great for sharing files”
Pros
I've found it to be an excellent tool for sharing files with coworkers and handling project management, offering a wide range of useful features.
Cons
When I update one task, the deadlines for linked or related tasks don't automatically shift which forces me to manually adjust each dependent item.

“amazing dashboards”
Pros
The dashboards are absolutely amazing. I can fully customize them and choose the exact view I need to follow my projects. I can also adjust layouts and widgets to suit different needs and I'm able to monitor my team's progress through this product so I can keep track of everyone's work.
Cons
I've found it works great overall. The main issue I ran into was changing schedules within a project, that felt a bit confusing at first but after using it a few times it becomes familiar and feels normal.

“Keeps data protected”
Pros
With this project management tool, I store project files in separate folders so I don't end up with duplicate copies and I also appreciate the many ready-made templates available. Plus my data feels protected thanks to two-factor authentication.
Cons
The pricing feels a little steep to me and I wish the service included more features to match what other competing tools offer.

“easy to use interface”
Pros
Because one of our departments uses it, I'm sometimes required to jump into it. I find the interface simple and it makes it easy to get a high-level view of other projects.
Cons
I have limited visibility into what my colleagues are working on though that might just be due to permission settings.

“Lets me track my team”
Pros
Using Wrike makes linking tasks and assigning due dates simple for me which proves really helpful when managing larger projects. I can also comfortably monitor everything my team is doing in real time through the platform daily.
Cons
When I first started, there weren't nearly enough tutorials to help me pick up Wrike quickly and easily. Also, the trial period is only a handful of days which felt too short to really get comfortable with the system.

“Outstanding customer care”
Pros
The program offers outstanding customer support and a wide array of user-friendly tools that I rely on constantly when coordinating projects with multiple remote team members.
Cons
At times I struggle to move tasks which causes some of them to get accidentally disabled or reset and the iOS app also tends to freeze on my device periodically.

“easy to get in touch with team members”
Pros
After getting comfortable with the platform, my projects become a lot more organized. It also makes it easy for me as a team leader or project coordinator to get in touch with team members without having to track them down in person. I appreciate the wide range of useful features it offers for managing teams effectively.
Cons
The training videos aren't always helpful. The best way to learn is by using it directly and getting hands-on practice until I feel comfortable using everything.

“crashes frequently”
Pros
What I noticed was that it scaled effectively, letting me manage hundreds to thousands of projects simultaneously. It made it simple to organize projects by individual clients, spin up new projects, monitor client resources and log the time my team spent on tasks, among other things.
Cons
Unfortunately, I ran into frequent crashes and numerous bugs and performance degraded significantly. It became extremely slow once we were tracking hundreds to thousands of projects.

“Requires effort to learn”
Pros
What I like is how customizable this platform is. I write scripts so my spreadsheet changes now automatically push updates into Wrike.
Cons
I found that it takes an enormous amount of training. I couldn't dive in and figure out where things live or how to use features like in other PM tools.

“solid reporting”
Pros
The reporting and dashboard are probably the feature I like most about this software.
Cons
I don't find it as user-friendly as I had hoped and there are definitely other project management tools that are simpler for the whole department to use and offer more capabilities.

“Heavy reliance on Custom Fields”
Pros
I've known it for years and lately it feels like they've shifted focus toward supporting agile project workflows which is exactly what we were after. It comes with a lot of out-of-the-box features yet it pushes you to use Custom Fields to bend Wrike to your processes. That flexibility is helpful but in my experience it also leaves quite a few loose ends to address.
Cons
What I liked least was the heavy reliance on Custom Fields for things I believe should be built into a project management system for example time estimates, notifications, project budgets and changes to those budgets and even story points. These capabilities end up feeling tacked on because you have to create fields just to capture them.

“Convenient collaboration features”
Pros
I find the collaboration features really convenient and they make it simple to stay updated on projects involving multiple remote team members.
Cons
During their sales process, I felt pressured into opting for their setup service even though I didn't need it and I'd also prefer a more flexible or affordable user seat option.

“Cooperative support team”
Pros
The support team was fantastic. When I began using it they helped me quickly configure the interface and build a customized workflow that really fit my team's needs.
Cons
I get reminders that keep popping up even after projects are marked complete. I'm also struggling to drag tasks. When I move one, the others either reset or shut down.

“Easy to understand and fairly priced”
Pros
Our team used Trello for a while before switching over to Wrike and we found Wrike to be a lot more user-friendly. It's something you can get the hang of in just a couple of days and start moving the business forward right away. I also appreciate the subscription's low price and the wide range of plans available.
Cons
I don't have sufficient tools within Wrike to build the answers I need so we've been assembling them in Google Sheets instead, even though it would be much handier to manage that data directly inside it. On top of that, the iOS app can be unstable and occasionally freezes.

“Useful templates”
Pros
As an event-management program, I've found its templates really useful for shaping our marketing strategies. I also rely on its task-management features which play a central role in keeping workflows efficient and on track.
Cons
Although it provides integrations with Box, Google and Outlook, I've noticed those connections don't always work properly and can be unreliable. Also, I feel the interface could be organized more clearly.

“more than happy”
Pros
At our company, we use Teams for communication and rely heavily on Office 365 for daily work. I thought it would be great to link those services with our CRM so we decided on Wrike. In the end, we're more than satisfied with the results.
Cons
I can't post a comment directed at a particular user, the only option I have right now is to open my email client and send a message. Wrike doesn't offer full email integration and as a result, a number of related features are missing as well.

“user setup simple but minor features irrelevant and adoption difficult”
Pros
Setting up users was simple for me but the minor features felt inaccessible and weren't really relevant to day-to-day project management.
Cons
Found it difficult to drive adoption of this program, despite it being available across many platforms.

“Helpful for document management”
Pros
For my team, I use it to manage documentation and our marketing workflows and it handles those needs reliably. Each project includes a handy RSS feed and after some training I find the interface quite user-friendly.
Cons
At first I found the platform a bit overwhelming and while I'm learning it the layout doesn't always feel user-friendly. That said once I got comfortable with it, it actually works pretty well for our needs.

“Difficult to get the hang of”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages I notice is how well the platform enables cross-functional collaboration among different users and teams across our organization but I find it's not very user-friendly. Because it tends to confuse many colleagues on my team, I see some people using it regularly while numerous others choose to operate outside of it.
Cons
I find it really hard to figure out how to use the tool. A lot of people at my organization haven't fully committed to it because it's not clear where to enter information, what the system does after you input something and I often can't retrieve that data later if I exit Wrike and return days or weeks afterward.
