“Lets us monitor project timelines”
Pros
it really helps us stay organized, letting us monitor project timelines, scope and file updates easily.
Cons
Every so often I can't find projects I've created and sometimes notifications arrive late or not at all.

“Free of cost”
Pros
Creating and organizing projects has become really simple with this software. It's provided free of charge and is very user-friendly. This application has made managing projects and planning tasks much easier for me.
Cons
I do wish there were more customization options added. Aside from that, I haven't found any other issues with this software.

“simple to operate”
Pros
My team and I began using Wrike to get all our events, content and articles in order. We needed a way for sales, customer service and other marketing folks to know what was being published and when so they could see what resources were available. The tool itself is fairly simple to use though I knocked off a star because the look and feel feels a little dated. Still, I find it user-friendly and a solid aid for keeping large teams and cross-departmental work organized.
Cons
The one thing I would change is the visual design of the interface. I think it could be cleaner and more organized to improve clarity.

“Well structured”
Pros
I found it to be very well-structured and thorough for coordinating our team's projects. It reminded me of other platforms yet its interface felt refreshingly user-friendly and easy to use.
Cons
Maybe it was more about my team not giving it enough of a chance to stick but I kept getting the same impression I've had with every project management tool we've tried. In practice it ended up being simpler to push our project forward using email chains, calendars and face-to-face meetings, the old-fashioned approach. We increasingly felt like we were spending more time administering it than actually making progress on the work itself and eventually we decided to stop using it.

“Brings our team together”
Pros
It has pulled everyone onto a single platform. It's much easier to communicate outside of email and to keep track of projects, team members, due dates and other details. I also like the Outlook add-on.
Cons
I've noticed some members of my team get confused and I don't know of many training resources to help ramp the team up.

“simple to set up tasks”
Pros
I appreciate how simple it is to set up tasks and map them into various folders and projects so the workflow is visible.
Cons
What bothers me is the app lets folders have identical names which becomes confusing when many teams across a large organization are using it.

“Helps us share ideas”
Pros
I'm using it for project management and it really helps my team and me share ideas, align on goals and track progress in a clear way. What I like most is how i is interlinked, when one task must be finished before another, changing the due date for the first automatically shifts the date for the dependent task. Assigning someone to a new project or swapping people out shows up in reports that reflect how many projects each person is handling or has completed. There's an incredible amount of information available and a lot of value lives in the small details. I really appreciate that.
Cons
The first time I logged into it, I felt overwhelmed by how much there was to learn. I had assumed I could dive right in and muddle through it on my own but instead I found myself following several tutorial videos just to get comfortable with the layout and features. No judgment, it's manageable once you invest the time but I'd warn people to be prepared to spend a little while learning the ropes before you become fully productive.

“sleek interface”
Pros
What really sets it apart from other apps is its sleek and attractive interface. I absolutely enjoy how the dashboards are presented and I like that I can organize them in numerous different ways.
Cons
I had trouble figuring out how several of the features function. Honestly some parts felt confusing making Wrike one of the least user-friendly collaboration tools I've used.

“Amazing ease of use”
Pros
The user interface is extremely user-friendly and I always know what I'm doing inside the platform. It helps me keep my tasks organized and lets me monitor every activity linked to each specific project.
Cons
Although some teammates mentioned that the initial setup felt somewhat confusing to them, I've otherwise had a very positive experience and the tool has worked really well for my workflow.

“simplifies daily tasks”
Pros
Quite easy to use which really simplifies day-to-day tasks. With it I can keep everything in a single hub--my projects, whether small or large and all related activities--so nothing gets scattered.
Cons
For users like me, the abundance of features becomes a headache to configure and I find it difficult when I'm the one responsible for managing the setup.

“Can tag multiple people on a task”
Pros
I really like that I can map out projects, tag multiple people on a single task and keep a running comment conversation inside each project.
Cons
We're finding the search a bit hit-or-miss at times and we're still figuring out the best way to organize and categorize our projects.

“Offers multiple perspectives”
Pros
I like it because its interface is very simple which makes handling the app painless. It delivers a solid workflow by offering multiple perspectives like lists, tables, Gantt charts and even workload views. And everything runs within the same platform as part of a largely automated process. The built-in chat feels extremely well organized so communicating inside the tool is quick and uncomplicated. What I appreciate most is how fast it is to set up. Getting it up and running for our team did not require much time which made the initial rollout much smoother than I expected and overall quite efficient.
Cons
The design feels a bit dated and I struggle to show some of the core features because they aren't always user-friendly. I'd love to see a refreshed UI since users like me spend a big portion of their time inside the app managing tasks and better visuals and clarity would make that experience much more pleasant and efficient.

“Huge array of functions”
Pros
Found it to be an incredibly full-featured project management platform packed with a huge array of functions. Although getting up to speed can feel daunting, I think the advantages far surpass the initial effort to learn it.
Cons
I feel this software requires a solid amount of practical experience and comes with a fairly steep learning curve.

“gantt chart is great for planning”
Pros
It is a very user-friendly project management tool packed with features and ready-made templates. I really appreciate the Gantt chart which is excellent for planning and scheduling and makes tracking timelines simple. I also like the customizable automated workflows and I can connect it to a wide range of popular apps for better integration.
Cons
I do run into a few limitations that slow me down: I can't assign start and end dates to tasks that belong to different projects and there's no way to set an overall project end date. It also won't let me specify project months when a project has both a start/end timeframe and a required number of hours so tracking overall progress becomes a bit more difficult.

“Provides comprehensive reports”
Pros
The reporting outperforms every other PM tool I've used. It's really user-friendly and provides deep, detailed reports. The mobile app is fantastic and simple.
Cons
We think it's expensive. A lot of our team is on the free tier which blocks us from adding users to tasks, editing tasks and more. It can also feel a little complicated when you're getting started.

“solid platform”
Pros
It's a powerful platform that helps my team and me keep track of projects, collaborate on tasks and plan work ahead of time. The user dashboard is something I can tweak to match how I like to see information and I've noticed each teammate can personalize their view to suit how they process things. For instance, five people can be assigned to the same project but it allows each of us to present tasks in a layout that's easy for our own workflow. It also sends automatic notifications and reminders about upcoming due dates or when someone shares a file with me so I don't lose sight of important items.
Cons
I appreciate Wrike's flexibility but I struggle with how accessible and simple those customization options are. Not only do I have to be careful I'm editing my personal dashboard rather than a team-wide one but I also then need to set up my personal view so I actually receive updates coming from the team. That process feels a little muddled if you're not already comfortable with the software or aren't especially tech-savvy or patient. In my opinion, this particular quirk could be fixed with much clearer guidance and a simpler interface that removes some of the guesswork when people are creating custom boards.

“Useful for monitoring”
Pros
I've found it to be an excellent project management platform that makes it easy to organize work and collaborate with many people across an organization. When I used this system at a marketing agency, it proved really useful for monitoring all the various projects we were running for several clients.
Cons
Occasionally the app has bugs yet whenever I ran into problems the support team from Wrike responded perfectly and helped me fix things fast.
