Easy to assign tasks

Pros

Appreciate how simple it is to use for tracking who is responsible for what and assigning tasks.

Cons

When our organization grows, I find the tool becomes harder to use and manage effectively which is frustrating. It also often demands a deeper understanding of the platform than I expected to get everything running smoothly.

Pros

Its an excellent tool for managing projects and keeping everything organized. I also appreciate that my team can work together inside the platform by tagging one another in comments.

Cons

When I use the mobile app, it feels like it needs improvement because I'm not able to access some of the features that are available on the desktop version.

Helpful gantt charts

Pros

One feature I frequently rely on is the ability to create tasks and assign them to various team members. It connects with our company network users and even provides Gantt charts and other useful views.

Cons

I haven't been able to find any real drawbacks. For me the interface is clean and user-friendly and everything feels pretty simple to use.

Expensive integrations

Pros

Found it to be highly flexible and able to be customized for a wide range of functions.

Cons

Although it handles certain tasks fairly well, I'm not satisfied with its overall performance unless I invest a considerable amount of money to connect it with other tools such as Microsoft Outlook or virtual meeting platforms like Zoom. Those integrations can be done but in my experience they're expensive. Also, I wish the system supported the concept of time-of-day when setting up scheduled tasks because it currently doesn't.

Attractive UI

Pros

My team finds the interface user-friendly. We particularly appreciate being able to assign requests or projects directly to colleagues so they show up automatically in each person's work folder. Because we've rolled out Wrike across other departments we collaborate with, coordinating between groups has become much more smooth.

Cons

I don't have any serious complaints. The latest interface update is impressive and gives me the flexibility to customize the tool to fit our specific needs.

good customer service

Pros

I really appreciate all of it's features. It's the project management tool that has made my life more comfortable. It offers a fantastic drag-and-drop dashboard where I can manage my everyday tasks just by dragging them into place. The interface feels distinctive and is very simple to understand.

Cons

Honestly I can't find anything to complain about with Wrike as it's a solid platform. The performance has been excellent in my experience and their support team reliably handles issues and provides very good customer service whenever I need assistance.

Pros

What I really appreciate about this software is how effortlessly it helps me organize and manage projects. It makes prioritizing tasks simple, lets me check team workload at a glance and supports making important decisions about any project. Team members are immediately notified whenever something changes on a specific project which keeps everyone aligned. I also trust that data is securely stored for future reference whenever I need to look back. Sharing files is far less complicated now and the whole team can quickly see which projects are finished and which still need attention. That clarity makes it easier for me to work out solutions to potential roadblocks. On top of that, there's an automation feature that reminds me to finish tasks and alerts me when deadlines are approaching. Because of these reminders I can plan my day more effectively and stay productive at work.

Cons

I found that it takes quite a long time to get comfortable using this project management tool. Learning all the features and workflows is time-consuming and setting everything up initially was fairly complex. It would be really helpful if the platform included a built-in video conferencing feature since that would organize communication without forcing us to switch between different apps.

my go-to project management tool

Pros

It has become my go-to project management tool. We rely on it to monitor the tasks assigned across our department. I like that we can sort items by due date and priority which keeps everything organized. What stands out to me is how user-friendly and team-friendly the interface feels. The email integration is handy too, we often reply to notifications straight from our inboxes. Overall it really simplifies project planning for us.

Cons

The main limitation I've noticed is lack of Google Calendar integration which can be inconvenient for our scheduling. I'm really hoping the developers add that feature in a future update.

Perfect for large companies

Pros

It works really well for rolling out across a big organization. I'm able to keep track of and control the status of every project we handle through this platform.

Cons

There's a pressing need for the comment feature to be improved. I find it clunky to post comments and teammates frequently miss them because the way text blocks are laid out makes the notes easy to overlook.

tasks don't get overlooked

Pros

It significantly lightens the project-management load and stops tasks from falling through the cracks. It also helped me set a clear baseline for project capacity so I can prioritize work more effectively.

Cons

What I dislike is that subtask dates don't roll up to automatically update the parent task's dates which forces me to manually adjust the main task every time subtasks shift.

Quick help from support team

Pros

Offers a huge set of features that I regularly rely on. Its in-app resource management gives me the ability to define roles for task scheduling, set milestones, manage workload capacities and durations and track items in list views. The dashboard and Gantt-charting are both user-friendly and easy to use. I genuinely appreciate how it brings together features I used to have to cobble from multiple apps into a single platform. It includes widgets, leaderboards and integrations with cloud services and other apps. Support has been solid too, customer service responds quickly and there are plenty of online resources to help when I need them.

Cons

The main downside I would mention is the steep learning curve when getting into all of Wrike's features. That's really only because the platform is so feature-rich and deep which means it takes time to master. Even so, Wrike has become my go-to toolbox for product management.

Helps break projects down

Pros

We don't have a large staff at our company yet trying to manage work without a cloud platform would be tough. Using Wrike, we set up projects and break them down into smaller tasks. Each team member is assigned one or more tasks and the managers can keep track of progress and ensure tasks are carried out.

Cons

I find the mobile app far less capable than the web version when it comes to features. From my phone I can mostly only use the chat to communicate with colleagues and task performers, whereas other important functions are unavailable or too limited to be practical.

Revolutionized our business

Pros

I've seen it completely change how our team operates and honestly it has boosted our efficiency in ways I didn't expect. As someone on a small-business team, we used to outsource projects to two different companies so they could monitor our work and that rack-up of extra costs was really hurting a business that was already fighting to stay competitive. Once we discovered Wrike, we started handling those tasks in-house, stayed within our own company oversight and cut costs while getting more efficient across the board. It has noticeably cut down on miscommunication, cleared up misunderstandings and reduced the usual small mistakes between team members which in turn created more transparency and better mutual understanding. One feature I appreciate a lot is that it's web-based. I can log in from anywhere to see what everyone is doing. The weekly notification reports I send out are invaluable when I'm juggling multiple projects. I also love that I can build custom folders and subfolders, create tasks and subtasks, add users and set due dates. All of that makes managing projects much simpler. For me it feels like a single place for everything project-management related and that's how much it has transformed the way we run our business.

Cons

One issue I run into is that the initial setup isn't particularly simple. In today's environment, where we need tools that help us be more effective, user-friendly setup and day-to-day operation should be a priority and Wrike could be friendlier in that respect. I also wish there were an offline mode so people wouldn't always have to be connected to the internet to use it reliably. It does take a bit of time to get comfortable with all the features so any company planning to adopt it should allow for a learning period and train team members accordingly. Overall these are relatively minor hurdles and with some time and patience most teams can work around them.

Anyone can use it

Pros

I like it because it's a tool any company or person can use. It doesn't matter if someone is a programmer or works in finance. Anybody can jump in to plan and organize business projects and most of the time I just drag and drop the files or info that matter. Its interface is simple which helps a lot and it gives me the right tools to track each project so I can see exactly how far they've progressed or whether I need to make adjustments. I appreciate the clarity when checking status updates and the platform also makes integrations with other apps easy so I can connect tools without headaches. That flexibility helps me get better outcomes and keeps project management running smoothly. Overall it feels adaptable for different roles and company sizes and I find it useful for keeping projects organized and pushing them to successful completion.

Cons

I do think the software still needs some work. One issue I hit is the annual billing which feels relatively high and at times I struggle to understand why the cost is so steep. It would be helpful if the company provided clearer, more detailed breakdowns for each pricing plan.

Phenomenal customer care

Pros

Can't say enough about their support team, they were phenomenal. After just a handful of training calls, they guided my team through building a tailored workflow and helped set up the interface for our cross-functional groups so the rollout felt completely smooth. I absolutely love the way you can link dependents within project timelines, it's my favorite feature by far. The platform removes so many manual project-management steps and connects smoothly with InVision which makes getting creative approvals so much faster and less painful.

Cons

For a small team like ours, we discovered that it was notably pricier than other project-management options. We felt it was a pretty big investment for our size and getting upper management to approve the spend ended up being a real challenge.
