“Brilliant drag-and-drop functionality”
Pros
There are plenty of things I appreciate about it. For me the standout is the drag-and-drop functionality, it makes managing items fast and easy. I also find the request feature incredibly handy because it lets me organize incoming work and assign tasks without extra fuss. Overall the interface feels very user-friendly and I picked it up quickly. Getting comfortable with it didn't take me long.
Cons
I do have one big reservation, the cost. I think the subscription feels pricier than it should be for what it offers and I often worry it's a bit too expensive for smaller teams or tighter budgets.

“Fun to use”
Pros
It is the most versatile and very easy to use tool compared with others. I find its design superb for managing projects packed with many useful features and strong capabilities. I am satisfied with the help and support it offers. Wrike is definitely an excellent tool for tracking tasks.
Cons
Occasionally I have trouble adjusting some project status options although that happens infrequently. Beyond that it functions without issues. I find it enjoyable to use and it makes me happy. Its simple, clean and easy-to-grasp interface appeals to many users.

“Complex processes”
Pros
I thought the onboarding and initial training were actually enjoyable and helped boost user adoption. It's a solid project-management tool that offers useful dependency features.
Cons
The processes and tasks arent as simple as I'd like and since I'm paying for this software, I was expecting more.

“Wide variety of handy features”
Pros
For my team, it offers a wide range of handy features, plus customizable folders and permission settings that support complete project oversight. I also appreciate the thoughtfully designed toolbar because it really simplifies use.
Cons
I still find the search feature lacking and incomplete. I struggled a lot with trying to configure project deadlines and it took me a significant amount of time to learn and understand some of the more complex functions.

“Can setup events quickly”
Pros
I can set up projects and events in it quickly and with ease and I'm able to track my day-to-day tasks comfortably. The built-in templates speed up report creation a lot.
Cons
Basecamp and Asana have a more easy to use interface. Getting to grips with Wrike's features felt hard and ate up a lot of my time.

“tracking tasks made enjoyable”
Pros
Using it makes tracking tasks so simple and even kind of fun! I rely on it for all of my tasks and projects so I can easily review what I've completed and show how much workload I'm carrying. It's especially useful for preparing reports to steering committees and it really helps give me the push to finish and close out a project.
Cons
I've found it can be tricky to customize some project statuses which is frustrating when I need specific workflows or unique status labels.

“setting up projects takes no time”
Pros
Setting up projects and activities is fast and simple and I can organize teams and assign tasks to people without hassle. The notifications help highlight pending tasks and the built-in templates make it quicker for me to put together reports.
Cons
The collaboration messaging feature really needs improvement when it comes to sending and receiving messages because it can overwhelm users with excessive messages and drown out less important communications which becomes confusing. Also, I didn't like the type of licensing they offer.

“Leading Pm software”
Pros
I consider it to be the clear leader in project management software. After trying out a number of alternative platforms before picking it, I found it to be the most feature-rich and stable by a large margin. What really stands out to me are its user-friendly interface, excellent collaboration across teams and smooth integration with G Suite.
Cons
For our organization, the lack of brand customization is a drawback. I can't enforce a specific visual theme or GUI to match our company branding which is frustrating when we want a consistent look and feel across tools.

“Offers a vast range of capabilities”
Pros
We stuck with a different app as our project management solution for years. When we switched over to Wrike, it didn't take long before we discovered the platform offers a vast range of capabilities. After getting comfortable using it, it became simple to roll out across multiple teams.
Cons
I found the implementation process challenging and I really wished there had been more practical, hands-on training to guide our team through the setup.

“gets the project done quickly”
Pros
Talking about the positives, I'd say it has been the most effective tool I've used for getting projects done quickly. It brings together every essential feature we needed the most. On top of that, it supports our project planning efforts very well. I really appreciate its user-friendly layout. Its mobile and desktop apps both come in handy and are genuinely useful for day-to-day work. Beyond that, it makes tracking our tasks simple. To sum up my thoughts, I feel it has significantly increased transparency, reduced mistakes and gives us the flexibility to set priorities exactly the way we want.
Cons
After switching to it, I find myself forgetting about other tools because its service is so outstanding. Complete satisfaction describes how I feel about its performance. Not a single complaint comes to mind that I could raise right now. From my point of view, it really seems flawless in every aspect.

“Lets you have a start and end date for project”
Pros
From everything I've tried, it's the only free project management tool that actually lets you assign both a start date and an end date to a task or project. That capability matters a lot to me because it forces my team and me to realistically estimate how many days something will take and it lets us plan work weeks or even months ahead. For instance, on a Wednesday I can assign something to my team to begin on the following Monday and finish by next Thursday which maps the work window clearly. With other free PM tools I've used, I would only be able to pick a single due date like the next Thursday instead of a proper timeframe. It might sound minor but it makes a dramatic difference in how we manage projects.
Cons
It's not the most user-friendly platform out there. Honestly it ranks among the less user-friendly ones I've tried. Compared to Basecamp and Asana, their interfaces feel cleaner and easier to pick up. I've struggled to get my team to use it on a regular basis because many of them say it's too confusing.

“Breaks down complicated projects”
Pros
Back when my team relied on paper planners, we enjoyed designing layouts however we liked but that approach came with frustrating limits, limits Wrike has removed. These days I use it to schedule timed reminders for both tasks and whole projects, work closely with teammates and dissect complex initiatives into manageable, step-by-step actions.
Cons
There's definitely a somewhat steep learning curve with it and a few teammates became overwhelmed fairly fast. I think that's more a reflection of their own lack of organization than a shortcoming of the tool itself. Given some patience and basic training, I believe this platform can turn into an enormous help for any office.

“Lets us set milestones”
Pros
For our group, this program has been an excellent project management solution that helps me and my colleagues set clear milestones and make sure we're aligned with team objectives. Because we focus heavily on tasks, it's really helped us keep everything organized and kept us moving forward with our assigned work and deadlines.
Cons
The dependencies functionality can be a bit awkward and will occasionally fail when I reschedule tasks. Still, I can usually fix those issues without much trouble.

“Ability to tag teammates”
Pros
I really appreciate being able to tag a teammate directly on any task page. It helps keep communication flowing between people. It's an excellent feature for organizing and planning project work!
Cons
When I assign a task to someone or tag them in a comment, they get an email notification as well. Those emails feel redundant and can quickly swamp someone's inbox.

“makes it easy to meet deadlines”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that everyone can see what's going on with a project which makes collaboration, content reviews and sticking to deadlines so much easier. It keeps everything neatly organized and lets me consolidate materials into a single folder. I also like using the dashboards to keep my personal projects tidy and accessible in one spot. It offers plenty of webinars and other training resources so I was able to get comfortable and become proficient on my own.
Cons
All in all, it has covered our project-management requirements and I honestly haven't seen any real drawbacks or gaps in its functionality.

“simplifies coordination”
Pros
I find this to be an excellent project management tool that takes me from initial planning through assigning and tracking tasks right up to project completion. It includes features that genuinely ease coordination and collaboration making each step of the workflow faster and smoother. The interface is deliberately designed so I'm not overwhelmed when setting up information or customizing the platform to suit the projects I run, avoiding unnecessary configuration hurdles. I also value the meaningful integrations with other applications which truly help organize my day-to-day work.
Cons
There is essentially no formal training provided to help my team set the system up and learn how to use it which can be a drawback for some organizations.

“support is always available”
Pros
On the paid plan, Wrike offers every project-management capability I require. The user interface is simple to handle and whenever I reach out the support team replies quickly and consistently gives really helpful guidance.
Cons
I find the button layout awkward and not very user-friendly and the search feature still feels incomplete at the moment. I personally had to spend a great deal of time learning the many available functions before I could use them confidently.

“can set up tasks in a hierarchical tree layout”
Pros
With it, I can set up tasks in a hierarchical tree layout. For instance, when I'm organizing numerous legal matters I can create a case, then add related tasks, nested subtasks and attach files to each item so everything stays organized.
Cons
When I bring up Wrike I can't help but think of Basecamp. One thing I appreciate about BC is the ease of tagging colleagues on task updates. By contrast, Wrike's notification setup feels confusing both visually and in practice and often unnecessarily so which makes me hesitant to include colleagues on items even when I know I should.

“Powerful project-management solution”
Pros
I've found it to be a solid project-management solution for our small team. It makes structuring large initiatives into clear hierarchies surprisingly simple so I can break things down from major milestones to the tiniest tasks without much fuss. Linking tasks as dependencies is easy to do and assigning work or pinning down deadlines is typically quick and user-friendly. The platform also lets stakeholders continuously monitor task status and request updates from assignees which keeps everyone accountable. I regularly attach files with data or outcomes to specific tasks and being able to mark items "complete" gives both me and the team a tangible sense of progress on lengthy multi-week or multi-month projects. There are several ways to view the work like timelines, Gantt charts and other layouts which I use to communicate schedules to interested parties and to help pinpoint where bottlenecks might form.
Cons
I struggle with adjusting timing within a project because it can be extremely tedious especially when tasks are tied together by dependencies. Moving one item around sometimes causes other tasks to reset their dates or lose their links which often forces me to rework large portions of a schedule. That becomes really irritating on big projects where even a one-day shift can cascade into a mess. It also took me a while to learn many of the features and there are odd quirks that create confusion or miscommunication. For example, if someone forgets to add a date the task can feel like it disappears into limbo. Notifications and messages can pile up fast as well and my options for controlling them feel limited so I end up with either nothing or an overwhelming flood of alerts.

“Nothing positive to mention”
Pros
Honestly I can't recommend any positive aspects. We paid the full year up front as required, covered deployment fees and more than 80 days into using it the product still doesn't function.
Cons
Honestly this feels like vaporware. The software is effectively unusable. Even with Wrike trainers and support involved, we still can't get it to run properly and it fails to meet even basic expectations. We requested a refund or a credit for the initial months because our deployment team remains actively engaged trying to get it operational and has not succeeded. I'm frustrated that we're continuing to pay for a product that simply doesn't work, with no estimated time to resolution and Wrike's response has been lukewarm at best, offering little urgency or concrete help.
