“Free but Basic To-Do List App”
Pros
One of the aspects I love most about Microsoft To Do is its seamless integration with other Microsoft products and services like Outlook, Planner and Cortana. This allows me to synchronize my tasks across various platforms and devices that I can access from anywhere. For instance, I can create tasks from flagged emails in Outlook, manage my Planner tasks within To Do, and even add tasks using voice commands through Cortana.
Cons
It doesn't support natural language input, so I have to manually enter task details like due dates, reminders, and priorities.

“Easy way to share my lists”
Pros
One of the things I love is the ability to share lists with my partner. We can have shared lists for shopping, packing and overall tasks. It is great that these lists remain separate. As "Fixing the stove" and "shopping for milk" shouldn't be in the same list.
Cons
I believe that the items marked as complete should disappear after a month or so.

Pros
I like the fact that how easy it is to plan my day and prioritize tasks. It is fantastic that I can assign tasks to colleagues to ensure they don't forget.

“Great Free Option to Be More Organized”
Pros
Navigation is a not a problem and it is useful for consolidating items and enhancing organization. It supports all the devices we use.
Cons
I am unable to move tasks to different lists, see who completed what, or integrate with some third-party programs we use. It would be helpful to have a way to move incomplete tasks to the next day.

“Great Choice for Task Management”
Pros
I was impressed by the simplicity and ease of use offered by Microsoft To Do. The clean and user friendly interface makes it easy to locate and utilize the features. Moreover, it's free to use, available on multiple platforms and syncs smoothly across devices. The integration with other Microsoft products, such as Outlook and Teams, is also a plus. I particularly enjoyed the ability to set due dates and reminders for tasks, assign tasks to others, import tasks from other apps, utilize tags and filters for organization, and receive notifications for upcoming tasks. These features are undoubtedly valuable and contribute to staying organized and on top of my responsibilities.
Cons
In my opinion, Microsoft To Do could benefit from incorporating some advanced features that certain users might consider essential, such as subtasks and recurring tasks. Apart from that, everything else is fantastic.

“Microsoft To Do has been helpful!”
Pros
I like how this tool keeps me organized in a single location. As someone who relies on lists, it's either this option or a clutter of lists on my desk. Having everything in one place, electronically accessible, means I never have to worry about forgetting a physical list, even when I'm working from a different location.
Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind. I don't use every function available, but everything I do use has been great and very helpful.
