“Eliminates Redundant Calls with a Comprehensive Task View
Pros
Effortlessly update completed tasks and ongoing work through check-ins. Easy task editing and addition for missed items. Simple tracking of task completion. Yoobic makes keeping up with work effortless for us.
Cons
A little polish to the user interface and some tooltips to guide new users through the dashboard would make a big difference. It can be a bit tricky to navigate at first.

“Range Truly Has Range!
Pros
Standups without the grind, just one quick post that keeps everyone in the loop. Bonus: daily sentiment updates make it easy to check the team’s vibe.
Cons
There are extra features like meetings and OKRs that we don’t really use, which makes me feel like I’m paying for things we don’t need. While it’s worked great in the past, team participation can be inconsistent.

“Ideal for Keeping Virtual Teams Connected
Pros
Facilitates our team members in staying informed about daily priorities offering easy check-ins through Slack or the Range platform. And unique daily questions makes our team bonding better.
Cons
It’d be helpful to have a mix of company-wide check-ins along with smaller, team-specific ones to make sure everyone’s on the same page.

“One of the Best Communication Resources I’ve Used
Pros
Staying connected with the team is effortless, whether it’s quick updates or just checking in, it keeps everyone in sync.
Cons
Some features are hard to find, so it takes more time to access them. Also, the calls ringing on different platforms at once can be pretty distracting.

“Best Solution for Remote Stand-ups
Pros
It is ideal for daily standup replacements offering transparency into team activities when face-to-face meetings aren't necessary.
Cons
The way we track objectives and progress could be smoother. The use of hashtags can be a bit of a hassle, so simplifying that would help a lot.

“The Missing Tool for Team Collaboration
Pros
I find it super easy to use, and it really helps build a strong team culture. I also appreciate how the Range team listens to feedback and is open to new ideas, it makes the experience even better.
Cons
I really appreciate the developers and designers, they’ve done great work. However, the weekend-related questions don’t always align well for teams spread across different time zones.

“Improves Team Morale
Pros
I like how it gives me a quick snapshot of what my colleagues are working on, plus the mood ratings and daily questions add a nice touch to keep morale up.
Cons
For my team’s needs, the software is mostly useful for the daily check-ins, but we don’t get much use out of it beyond that.

“Perfect for Remote Teams in Today’s Workplace
Pros
It helps me and my team kick off the workday with a clear focus, and the culture questions actually make us feel more connected.
Cons
The UI could be simpler. I find myself toggling around too much just to see all the answers from the team, which gets frustrating.

“Excellent for Managing Stand-ups and OKRs
Pros
The daily standup summaries in Slack are a lifesaver for keeping track of remote and WFH teammates without constant check-ins.
Cons
Some of the team members who are used to older systems are a bit resistant to switching, but they don’t have any real issues with the software itself.

“Clean UI That Maximizes Efficiency
Pros
The UI is super, and I picked it up quickly. I also love how well it integrates with Calendar, JIRA, GitHub, and Slack. The drag-and-drop updates make tracking progress no big deal.
Cons
Some settings are tucked away and could be easier to find, especially when it comes to removing users, it’s a bit confusing.
