Youtrack has helped make our office workflow more efficient.
Pros

It is almost unimaginable how difficult it can be to handle an organization with 1000s of employees but YouTrack has made it so much more manageable. It is an excellent tool for keeping track of tasks and projects. The software allows us to be more collaborative with each other, which actually helps get stuff done quicker. I am able to easily delegate assignments to specific team members and track their progress. This enables structured work.

Cons

I have experienced trouble with the user interface (UI) of YouTrack. Sometimes, the software lags because of the workload. Some users in our company have expressed dissatisfaction with the way the customer support team handles reported bugs and glitches.

It has the potential to be the best tracking software out there.
Pros

As compared to other tracking software (especially for bugs) that I have used, this one is quite simple to set up and use. The simple UI aids in keeping sprints clean and organized. Performance is good as long as the setup is done correctly or else the users will forever be plagued with unusual lags. It is ideal for small teams that do not want to deal with the complications of using JIRA. Pricing is based on storage, which is really convenient. Custom queries may be created to search for defects, and my team utilizes it every day during agile meetings. It is quite useful.

Cons

We have faced a few consistent issues with the software. We have noticed that the vendor constantly changes and even removes the features that we use regularly. Only recently, they removed the Assigned to me tag from the main menu. Forcing us to manually navigate and find that specific tag now. We have also registered our complaint about this specific issue.

Robust, efficient, and affordable solution
Pros

I cant express how useful the combination of features provided by YouTrack has been. The different features have significantly improved our project outcomes. The smart search tool also helps our team save time. It allows searching for more than one criterion at the same time. I also like that the cost of the software is based on how much storage you want. This means I can always expand the storage as needed. The software interface is also easy to navigate, and there is no hassle in configuring the system as per different project needs.

Cons

To be honest, the benefits of the software outweigh the problems that we have come across. If I need to talk about a drawback, I would mention the user interface. While it is minimalistic and no hassle to navigate, it gets slow occasionally. We have reported the issue to the customer support team, but so far there has been no permanent solution to it. But it does not happen frequently, so it is a problem we can ignore for now.

One of the most simple, adaptable, and user-friendly software programs available
Pros

I can say with full confidence that we have received the right value for the money spent. YouTrack provides powerful features that have streamlined our project lifecycles. It is easy to use and flexible enough to customize according to different project needs. It is evident that the developer has invested in making a user-friendly software interface and design. This makes it easy to administer the software. Additionally, my team has benefited immensely from the reporting and smart search tools of the software.

Cons

Overall, I am more than satisfied with the software and the functionality it provides. One problem my team has faced is that the software runs slowly at times. This also brings me to another issue, which is the lack of responsiveness from the customer support team. They do get to resolving any issues that arise, but it takes a long time to do so. This becomes frustrating because it disturbs our workflows. I would really like to see some improvement in this regard.

The software is suited for agencies of all sizes.
Pros

Unlike other software, this bug tracking program is straightforward to set up and use in comparison to other bug tracking programs that I have used. Moreover, initially, I was a little worried about whether the application would suit the organization best or not due to its small size. Thankfully, it did suit our company with our small team, and, thereby, we didn’t have to cope with the complexities of JIRA. Similarly, I was relieved to learn that the softwares pricing was based on storage space rather than having fixed pricing quotations for small and large businesses alike. This proved to be beneficial for the company as well.

Cons

In my opinion, the only thing that needs to be worked on is its constantly changing features. This is because even though the application is easy to use, the constant changing of the functionalities does not set a working pattern for us that we can follow regularly. For instance, earlier the software provided the option to search "Assigned to me," which is no longer available in the main menu. It has just disappeared. Now we have to navigate to find the tag. Although this is still simple and easy to do, there are several similar things like this, which is why we have to constantly adjust these alternately changing features.

The web-based application has solved my proximity issues
Pros

I am glad that I was introduced to this application. What I like the most about YouTrack Software is its ability to allow users to access the software from any location without the need for a VPN connection. As this application is web-based, it has really solved the issue of proximity for several employees in our organization, including me. In addition to this, the agile boards and dashboard widgets are both incredibly helpful and simple to use. Also there are many fields that are effortlessly adjustable which allows for a highly unique integration.

Cons

Although I am satisfied with the application there are still some issues that the developers need to get fixed as soon as possible. Firstly, there is still some room for improvement in the user experience as there are some issues that need to be resolved. Besides, the software still has some glitches and bugs that need to be fixed. Sometimes, the software hangs or slows down a little, which gets a little frustrating, especially when I have to meet deadlines. Therefore, I am looking forward to the upcoming version of the software with these issues resolved.
