Zoho is the best case management tool ever!
Pros

We are a SaaS provider and need to be very adaptable in our product. All of the changes and issues must be recorded frequently and rapidly so that we can respond effectively. Which was difficult to do manually since we have so many projects going on and at least 10 different teams working on them. That’s why we opted for Zoho Bugtracker as our case management software which has been a lifesaver. It is a simple yet effective solution for managing issues, bugs, and changes. UI is very straightforward, and customer support is amazing as well.

Cons

Unfortunately, Ive discovered that as the comments/notes or screen continue to accumulate in a case, the page behaves strangely. For example, we had a very long email that contained a lot of details, and when this email was delivered as it was to the case via email, the page at the bug tracker became very long and hard to manage. The scroll bar also disappeared and ultimately required a restart in order to work properly. However, the software is generally very reliable for routine work so I can overlook such small issues.
