strong feature set at a fair price

Pros

From what I've seen the range of features it covers is really impressive especially for the price being charged. And their YouTube guides have been a huge help.. they walked me through setting things up properly and showed me how to fix common issues on my own which saved a lot of time and back-and-forth. It feels like a platform that�s committed to helping users succeed independently.

Cons

Because the platform includes so many features I often need a little while to get comfortable navigating it and that can make the user interface feel somewhat complicated. It can be a bit overwhelming at first when I'm trying to locate certain tools.

Cons

Pros

From my experience no technical background was needed to get started. The way features are arranged makes sense to me and moving from one task to another feels natural.

Cons

When I tried to subscribe from overseas it proved rather awkward I couldn't complete payment with international cards unless I was physically located in the country where the license was issued.

Seeing staff move around the platform without confusion has been reassuring for me. The attendance tools are something I rely on daily and the employee records are just as important for staying organized.

Cons

Having one system to manage onboarding and leave has been useful for me. I also track monthly remote work and connect that data directly to payroll which saves time.

Cons

Free plan that meets small business needs

Pros

For my small business the free plan covers everything I currently need. I feel it offers more useful tools than most other free options I've tried.

Cons

I wish there was phone support because when we run into technical issues handling everything over email is slow and inefficient so having real-time telephone help would be much better.

Pros

What helps me most is being able to manage all HR tasks from one consistent place. Handling user accounts and pulling reports doesn't require jumping between different systems.

Cons

Great tool but right now I'm having trouble locating the correct documentation or helpful video guides to get around the portal. Aside from that obstacle everything else is working fine for me.

While building a new HR structure the flexibility of this tool really worked in my favor. After a short learning period, adjusting leave rules, workflows and roles felt manageable. Connecting it with Google Workspace saves me time and keeps everything in one place which matters as our team grows.

Cons

Some elements of the interface come across as dated and feel a little hidden away. I've noticed a handful of settings are spread over different menus which made the learning curve steeper than I expected. The default automation rules can also act too aggressively if you don't adjust them for example labels that get applied too forcefully. Nothing that's a deal breaker for me but there are definitely spots that could use some refinement.

What stands out to me is that almost every feature I need is already included. Having things like geo-based login and all tools grouped into one central place makes my work feel more organized.

Cons

Personally I'm frustrated that we have to pay separately for every small module. I'd much rather see a single, slightly higher-priced subscription plan that unlocks every feature at once instead of forcing users to buy multiple add-on modules piecemeal over time.
