strong feature set at a fair price

Pros

From what I've seen the range of features it covers is really impressive especially for the price being charged. And their YouTube guides have been a huge help.. they walked me through setting things up properly and showed me how to fix common issues on my own which saved a lot of time and back-and-forth. It feels like a platform that�s committed to helping users succeed independently.

Cons

Because the platform includes so many features I often need a little while to get comfortable navigating it and that can make the user interface feel somewhat complicated. It can be a bit overwhelming at first when I'm trying to locate certain tools.

From my experience no technical background was needed to get started. The way features are arranged makes sense to me and moving from one task to another feels natural.

Cons

When I tried to subscribe from overseas it proved rather awkward I couldn't complete payment with international cards unless I was physically located in the country where the license was issued.

Free plan that meets small business needs

For my small business the free plan covers everything I currently need. I feel it offers more useful tools than most other free options I've tried.

Cons

Flexible HR setup with smart integrations

Pros

While building a new HR structure the flexibility of this tool really worked in my favor. After a short learning period, adjusting leave rules, workflows and roles felt manageable. Connecting it with Google Workspace saves me time and keeps everything in one place which matters as our team grows.

Cons

Some elements of the interface come across as dated and feel a little hidden away. I've noticed a handful of settings are spread over different menus which made the learning curve steeper than I expected. The default automation rules can also act too aggressively if you don't adjust them for example labels that get applied too forcefully. Nothing that's a deal breaker for me but there are definitely spots that could use some refinement.

Cons

During the initial setup and implementation I felt a bit swamped because so many configuration options exist. Some modules still have a slightly dated user interface which I notice during daily use. What stands out to me is that almost every feature I need is already included. Having things like geo-based login and all tools grouped into one central place makes my work feel more organized.

Cons

Pros

What caught my attention early on was the number of automation options available. With help from a consultant I was able to turn my ideas into actual working processes inside the system which made a big difference for me.

Cons

Setting up the automations was a real headache for me. At the beginning I found the process confusing and overwhelming because I had never used this kind of tool before. For my daily use accessing the app on both web and mobile works well. Handling leave requests and keeping track of attendance doesn't feel complicated and I can manage those tasks without stress.

Cons

From my point of view this HRMS works as an efficient platform that connects well with other products like CRM and payroll. Cons

Pros

Handling PTO feels detailed and controlled for me. Submitting requests for team members is easy and everyone can quickly see how much time they have left.

Cons

I wish it could automatically detect which team members are already scheduled out and even block or reject conflicting requests. Right now I always need to manually verify if someone else is away, then decide whether to approve or deny the new request which is time consuming.

Centralization of task management in a single software.

Pros

Zoho People has proven to be a valuable human resource management platform at Chevron. I like the fact that how it centralizes all employee-related information, including time management, attendance tracking, vacation management, and performance evaluation. The design is excellent, and the UI/UX is pleasant. I highly recommend it for these reasons.

Cons

Personally, I don't think there are any major difficulties that would make me dislike Zoho. Its problem-solving system is quite accurate, and I can't think of anything negative worth mentioning.
