Looking at the overall setup the layout and wide range of features give me real value. It makes me feel confident that we're getting a great return for what we're paying.
Cons
For us the learning curve when bringing administrative staff up to speed is pretty steep. Our employees' experiences vary a lot and I believe there's room to make it better.

Pros
What caught my attention early on was the number of automation options available. With help from a consultant I was able to turn my ideas into actual working processes inside the system which made a big difference for me.
Cons
Setting up the automations was a real headache for me. At the beginning I found the process confusing and overwhelming because I had never used this kind of tool before. I ended up hiring a consultant to help build my initial automations which worked but that added an unexpected expense on top of the monthly subscription fee.

Pros
For my daily use accessing the app on both web and mobile works well. Handling leave requests and keeping track of attendance doesn't feel complicated and I can manage those tasks without stress.
Cons
I find the photo-based check-in a bit awkward because it doesn't give clear feedback. I can't tell if a failed attempt is due to poor internet, bad lighting or something else so I've had to try up to five times on occasion.

From my point of view this HRMS works as an efficient platform that connects well with other products like CRM and payroll. It helps me handle attendance, performance, leave and employee records in one place. I also appreciate that it fits different company sizes, offers customization and gives employees a self-service space to manage their own details.
Cons
My experience is that support can be slow to respond to queries which is frustrating when you need quick help. The interface is deliberately simple but at times the UI feels dated and not as simple as newer systems. I've also run into occasional issues when integrating with backend systems or third-party tools, these hiccups can disrupt workflows until they're resolved.
