strong value for the feature set

Pros

Looking at the overall setup the layout and wide range of features give me real value. It makes me feel confident that we're getting a great return for what we're paying.

Cons

For us the learning curve when bringing administrative staff up to speed is pretty steep. Our employees' experiences vary a lot and I believe there's room to make it better.

Powerful automation with flexible setup

Pros

What caught my attention early on was the number of automation options available. With help from a consultant I was able to turn my ideas into actual working processes inside the system which made a big difference for me.

Cons

Setting up the automations was a real headache for me. At the beginning I found the process confusing and overwhelming because I had never used this kind of tool before. I ended up hiring a consultant to help build my initial automations which worked but that added an unexpected expense on top of the monthly subscription fee.

Easy web and mobile HR management

Pros

For my daily use accessing the app on both web and mobile works well. Handling leave requests and keeping track of attendance doesn't feel complicated and I can manage those tasks without stress.

Cons

I find the photo-based check-in a bit awkward because it doesn't give clear feedback. I can't tell if a failed attempt is due to poor internet, bad lighting or something else so I've had to try up to five times on occasion.

Reliable support, reporting and integrations

Pros

Based on what I've seen the support team, reporting tools, security measures and HR-related features all perform really well for me. I also value the integrations and access controls which help keep everything structured.

Cons

From my experience the initial setup can be time-consuming if it's not approached carefully. That's really the only drawback I've noticed with this tool.

Pros

From my point of view this HRMS works as an efficient platform that connects well with other products like CRM and payroll. It helps me handle attendance, performance, leave and employee records in one place. I also appreciate that it fits different company sizes, offers customization and gives employees a self-service space to manage their own details.

Cons

My experience is that support can be slow to respond to queries which is frustrating when you need quick help. The interface is deliberately simple but at times the UI feels dated and not as simple as newer systems. I've also run into occasional issues when integrating with backend systems or third-party tools, these hiccups can disrupt workflows until they're resolved.

Pros

What helps me the most is how easily repetitive HR tasks can be automated. Having all employee and candidate information on one detailed page saves time, while attendance, benefits and scheduling tools work together without conflicts.

Cons

complete solution for daily HR needs

Pros

In my daily workflow the platform feels very complete and functions as a true all-in-one solution. Attendance tracking, leave handling and team monitoring are all covered in a way that works well for me.

Cons

For me the web version doesn't have many issues but the mobile app is very limited in features. Also sometimes the web logs me out unexpectedly.

Cons

One thing I truly appreciate when I'm collaborating with colleagues is the tool's easy, transparent pricing, no hidden fees which is very flexible and fits different needs. Another standout for me is how well it plays with the company's other products, integration is smooth and reliable making teamwork much easier.

Cons

When I first started setting it up I found the sheer number of options and features can be overwhelming, there are just so many choices. When it comes to cost the pricing has been dependable for me and I haven't run into surprises. Automated HR tasks have lightened my workload and planning employee schedules around key dates feels much easier now.
