Connecting from different devices works really well and the platform feels secure while still being accessible to use.

It's missing a caption feature. When meetings include people from different parts of the world and a variety of accents, that becomes really essential.

I like how simple it is to manage. Creating a meeting happens very quickly whether it's for work or just something casual and the meeting link is generated right away. On top of that, it comes with a variety of useful features like screen sharing, recording meetings, chatting through text messages and several other tools.

Cons

The part I like least about the system is the delay when opening a meeting link. It usually takes a little time to process and quite a few times I haven't been able to join the meeting because the application still hadn't finished loading.

Pros

During the Covid era, this app became an incredibly valuable tool for me because it lets me run meetings from practically anywhere and work remotely without much trouble. Screen sharing is simple and it makes communication feel efficient and direct. It's also a really effective platform for hosting webinars across the whole company, with the ability to bring in thousands of attendees at once. On top of that, the virtual backgrounds are a great feature and make it much more convenient to join or lead meetings from any location.

Cons

Customer support could definitely be better especially considering we're paying for the service. Every now and then, connection issues come up even when the internet is working perfectly fine and the usual fix is to leave the meeting and start it again. Breakout rooms also aren't the strongest feature if that's something you plan to rely on heavily.

The software works well for work, school and personal use which makes it useful for people of all ages. It makes group meetings much more convenient and safer and the interface is simple enough that even kids can use it without trouble. It also includes all the features you need right at your fingertips.

The only thing I'd change is the meeting ID since it feels a bit too long to remember and share.

Pretty much anyone can figure out how to join my webinar without needing much help. It also makes all kinds of remote work accessible and as a webinar tool it's convenient for sharing and recording sessions.

Limited control over participants is a bother. At times, they end up doing random unnecessary things and managing that can be frustrating.

The platform has been great to use. It comes with screen sharing, waiting rooms and plenty of other helpful features. Being able to schedule meetings ahead of time is something I really appreciate too.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. I haven't run into any problems while using it. The only thing worth mentioning is that if your meeting goes beyond 40 minutes, you'll need to upgrade to a paid version.

What I appreciate most is that the software is free, quick to use and, above all, very accessible. I rely on it for my work meetings all the time and it consistently performs really well.

The limitation on video conferences with 3 or more participants isn't ideal and that part could definitely be improved.

Everything about it feels professional and privacy-focused. It's very simple to use and the overall design and style look really good.

I honestly don't have any complaints. It feels like a perfect app to me and I absolutely love using it.

With so many meetings packed into my day, the notifications are really helpful because they keep me from forgetting them. Another thing that works well is the meeting reminder link which makes it much simpler to join on time. I also really value the screen sharing and video recording features especially for my educational platform. My students can clearly follow what I am explaining and they're able to record the session content from the day so they can review it later and improve.

Cons

Whiteboard needs updates since it isn't expandable. It would be more useful if it were wider because that could improve interaction between teachers and students.

Right from the start, this platform feels very user friendly, with plenty of extra features and settings you can adjust to fit your needs. The personalization options are something I really enjoy and the technical performance is excellent. Both the video and audio quality are top-notch.

Cons

I'm still missing a more extensive dark mode and deeper personalization options. I usually prefer platforms with stronger dark-themed features and the tool doesn't offer as much customization in that area as I'd like.

Working together on projects with colleagues feels secure, efficient and much more cost-effective with this application than dealing with the logistics of arranging face-to-face meetings.

There have been times when the audio cuts out or the internet connection drops and getting back into the meeting with the team can take a while. It would be good to see occasional updates to the audio quality.

Almost everything about it works for me. It's really entertaining and fun to use especially the video filters that let me adjust things like my eyebrows and lips. I also enjoy being able to customize my virtual background and the option to record the entire meeting is a big plus.

Cons

The only thing I wish they would change is the time limit for free users. It would be much better if they extended it from 30 minutes to at least an hour.

Running online meetings with this platform really lives up to the name. The video stays clear, the audio is clean and the overall conferencing experience works very well. It lets people in a meeting exchange important files and documents without trouble. On top of video calls, screen sharing is available too which makes it a very suitable option for presentations, classes and lectures. Since it works across both desktop and mobile platforms, access is very convenient for users. Hosts also get full control over the session including deciding who can speak and who can share their screen. Contact management in the platform is simple as well.

Cons

Having used both the free and paid versions, the only limitation I noticed is with the free plan. Meetings usually end after around 40 to 45 minutes and participation is capped at up to 100 people per session. Other than that I have not had any issues with the fully licensed version.

Pros

This has become one of the platforms I use most in my business. Ever since Covid, it has played a big part in helping me grow without having to meet people face to face. It's really useful that people can join from practically anywhere and we're able to have meetings or discussions at any time of day. I also appreciate having the option to turn video on or leave it off when someone is busy but still wants to listen in.

Cons

My biggest issue with the software is that it can be difficult for older people to use at times. Explaining how to download the software and set up an account can be a bit confusing for them. I do wish the setup process were simpler or that there were an option for someone to watch or join this software without needing to create an account.
