“so useful!”
Pros
Navigating the app feels very easy and it has been extremely useful for online meetings and video conferencing. It also comes with plenty of features and services that have been really valuable for my work.
Cons
A limitation is the number of participants it can accommodate for a webinar or online meeting.

“makes things manageable”
Pros
Teaching online comes with plenty of challenges so being able to see, hear and interact with students all on one screen has been amazing. Features like polls, collaboration boards and private breakout rooms for tutoring really made teaching during the pandemic much more manageable.
Cons
The downside is when the screen freezes because the app needs an update.

“free and simple to use”
Pros
Using it feels easy and the fact that it's free makes those two features especially valuable.
Cons
Help section could be better. Even when I'm looking for something simple, it feels overly detailed. Since free users depend on it a lot, it would be much better if it were more user friendly.

“affordable and simple meetings”
Pros
Pricing is tough to beat and the platform makes it very simple for people to join meetings. Setting up and hosting sessions is easy too so it works well for organizers as well as attendees.
Cons
What would really help is having this software automatically send reminder emails with the meeting links so we wouldn't need to do that manually before every session. It's not hard to handle but when you're running 10 or more meetings a day, it definitely starts to eat up time.

“great for online classes”
Pros
Using this for classes has worked out really well. The reactions feature is especially helpful because it gives you a quick, simple way to communicate with your professor without interrupting. The video and mute controls are also very easy to use. The raise hand feature is another one I appreciate since it recreates that classroom feeling of being called on by the professor. Breakout rooms are also very useful because they make it possible to talk one-on-one with professors or classmates. Another feature that stands out to me is being able to hold the spacebar to temporarily unmute yourself for a moment or two which is incredibly convenient.
Cons
An area that could use some improvement is screen sharing even though it works well most of the time. As an animation student, it can be difficult to share my screen and have the other person see my work in real time and at the correct frame rate. I have also noticed that the volume sometimes changes on its own without me realizing it which makes it impossible to hear the speaker. For instance, there was a time when I was sharing my screen and suddenly could not hear my professor while he was giving feedback. On another occasion, after changing my profile photo, a setting was switched off without me knowing so I was no longer automatically muted when joining meetings.

“My choice!”
Pros
For nearly three years, the platform has been the meeting platform I keep coming back to. I started out on the free plan for catching up with friends and staying connected with my women's study group after I moved away from them. Later, when I launched my coaching practice, I switched to the paid version and have really appreciated how user friendly and dependable it is. It consistently works without crashing and I honestly never run into issues with it.
Cons
At this point, there really isn't anything I feel is missing. That could always change as I begin using more features or as my business grows and my needs shift but right now I still prefer this platform over every other option I've tried.

“well developed platform”
Pros
Starting a meeting takes hardly any time and the app feels polished and well-developed overall. It comes across as a mature platform and recording meetings is easy, with a format that's very convenient to work with.
Cons
It would be even better with integrations for common workplace chat tools like Teams. Also, longer meeting recordings can take a bit of time to finish processing after the meeting ends.

“accessible platform”
Pros
The tool feels very accessible right from the start. Most users can jump in and use it the first time without much guidance because the interface is simple, clean and easy. It also has a few extra tips and tricks to pick up over time once you get more familiar with it. Overall, it's a really strong tool for business use.
Cons
Every now and then it can crash or the internet connection struggles to keep up with the demand but that's something you run into with pretty much any software.

“helpful support when needed”
Pros
Something that really stood out was the tremendous help and support this tool provided during the pandemic. It was especially valuable at a time when reliable communication tools were essential.
Cons
On the downside, it needs stronger safety and security measures. The video and audio quality could also be improved and it would be better if the platform included more features overall.

“no trouble at all”
Pros
The system lets me run both one-on-one and group meetings without any trouble. It also makes screen sharing with everyone in the meeting really convenient. Another feature I appreciate is the option to record meetings and when I'm hosting, I can assign other participants as co-hosts which helps a lot with managing the session.
Cons
I don't like that you have to log in before you can create a meeting. Also, if one meeting is still in progress, it won't let you access the next scheduled meeting until the current one has ended.

“my review”
Pros
One of the best parts of this app for me is how much control it gives over the meeting view. When I'm sharing my screen, I can shrink the participant videos so they don't pull my attention away and once it's time for questions, I can bring their videos back up and see everyone clearly. It's very user friendly and really helps make meetings and collaboration feel smooth.
Cons
Honestly there's not much I'd change about the software at this point. A lot of the problems seem to have been identified and resolved during the pandemic when just about everyone was relying on it. The platform has improved a lot compared to its earlier versions.

“meeting access can be frustrating”
Pros
This software is extremely useful for teleconferencing whether I need video meetings, audio calls or both at the same time.
Cons
Getting into an invited meeting is often frustrating and I regularly have trouble joining sessions I've been invited to. That said, once I'm in, the controls and features tend to work without any issues.

“I recommend”
Pros
When it comes to online meetings, the platform has been an excellent tool to have. It includes features that make virtual meetings feel as close as possible to being in the same room face to face. Screen sharing is especially valuable because it keeps everyone aligned on exactly what is being discussed. The option to record meetings and watch them later is also incredibly helpful for accuracy and for confirming what was agreed or authorized during discussions. Since in-person meetings are not always recorded, this really feels like a game-changing feature. This platform is also very simple to figure out which was especially important during the pandemic. It creates a professional virtual setting while still being flexible enough to use from almost anywhere because it is so user friendly.
Cons
One thing that was less appealing with the tool was that meetings could sometimes be limited by a set time or by how many participants were allowed to join. Paying extra to remove those restrictions was not very convenient.

“Useful features”
Pros
There's a clear reason this tool went from barely being known before Covid19 to becoming one of the most widely used tools for video calls. Before the pandemic software like this was mostly used for basic calls, usually on Google Meet and if an in-person meeting was possible, that was almost always the better option. Now that remote work has become essential for companies, it's no longer enough to have just any video meeting platform, you need one that really delivers. The system does that well. It's very stable and comes with a lot of useful features including tech support, breakout rooms, a solid messaging system and file sharing.
Cons
The free plan is where it gets frustrating. It works without limits for 2 people but once you move to group calls, you only get 40 minutes. That's a real issue because even a simple conversation with 3 people gets treated the same way as a meeting with 100 participants. It would make much more sense if smaller groups, maybe 3 to 5 people, were allowed something like 2 hours instead of being cut off so quickly.

“Enjoyed using it”
Pros
The original audio feature is a standout and I really enjoy using it. Another nice perk is that on the free plan, meetings become unlimited when only two team members are on the call.
Cons

“makes work efficient”
Pros
The software is very user friendly and does a really good job of bringing teams together for collaboration which helps get work done more efficiently. It makes it possible to include everyone even team members working from remote locations. The platform supports excellent full HD video along with native VoIP audio calls. It's thoughtfully designed in a way that covers all the necessary requirements.
Cons
There's really nothing to complain about in terms of how it works since it manages to cover everything needed in one place.

“Try it yourself!”
Pros
Teaching online felt much more manageable with this software. Even beyond the Covid situation, I'd still recommend it for regular virtual classes and video conferencing because the platform works reliably and includes just about everything both presenters and participants might need. From a teacher's perspective, it was especially helpful to access attendance reports, require students to register for meetings so participation and usage could be tracked and control cameras and microphones when needed to help maintain a productive and meaningful learning environment. It was also really convenient for meeting with other faculty and staff through the platform.
Cons
Using the poll feature was a bit outdated and frustrating even though it has a lot of potential for exit tickets and formative assessments.

“Simple setup”
Pros
Getting started with this platform takes almost no effort. Even if the host is new to video meetings, setting one up is very easy and people with limited computer skills can join without any trouble. On top of that, the call quality is excellent. The video looks sharp and the audio comes through very clearly.
Cons
I wish the tool would improve the way meeting links are shared. A lot of the time, copying the invite also pulls in a long block of extra details like dial-in numbers and passwords that may not even be necessary to join. It would be much better to have a quick option to copy only the meeting hyperlink so it can be sent by text or email without removing all the extra information first.
