“secure video meetings”
Pros
The software is an excellent platform for video calls, letting me communicate clearly while feeling confident that conversations stay safe and secure.
Cons
I honestly don't have any issues to state about this software.

“Impressive video quality”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was very easy! I began using it before the pandemic for work meetings and weekly branch huddles and it quickly became a dependable option. As a host, having full control over what participants can and can't do makes running meetings feel much more confident and manageable. The video quality is genuinely excellent especially when compared with some other platforms.
Cons
One area that has given me trouble is the breakout rooms since they can be a bit difficult to manage at times. The microphone quality also feels somewhat average especially when you compare it to how strong the video quality is. On top of that, the free version automatically ends the session after 40 minutes which can be limiting.

“smart features”
Pros
Right from the start of the pandemic, the software became a really helpful way to stay connected and communicate. The security updates they've rolled out over the past year have been especially important in preventing "meeting disruptions" which made meetings feel much safer. I've also gotten a lot of use out of features like annotation, far more than I expected when joining meetings. The webinar functions are excellent for running large events and the newer live transcription update has been a big plus for accessibility while being impressively accurate for an automated tool.
Cons
The mobile and ipad versions honestly fall short and make the overall experience a lot less enjoyable. One frustrating issue is that you still can't view everyone on screen, no matter how much you try to adjust it. You're basically stuck choosing between full-screen presentation, full-screen speaker or a 4-person attendee grid. I get that phone displays are limited but on an iPad I should absolutely be able to see all participants at once especially when there are only six people in the meeting.

“decent software”
Pros
It became part of everyday life very quickly during the pandemic by making a lot of smart early moves. It established itself well across schools, businesses and even personal use.
Cons
Joining a video meeting from Apple Calendar takes way too many clicks. It really should feel smooth but the software still hasn't made that happen. Because of that, it's surprisingly common to end up late to a call just from having to click through too many steps. Also concerns around overseas servers in China, a slower reaction when it came to collaboration features and stronger competition from Meet and Slack (while borrowing plenty of the tool's best ideas) eventually led us to move away from it to cut costs.

“easy to use”
Pros
Using this software has been easy across different devices and operating systems and the audio quality works well. Scheduling a meeting is simple, video conferencing is convenient and the platform scales nicely as needs grow.
Cons
At times some meeting participants get dropped from the session for no clear reason. That said, the problem may be related to individual infrastructure rather than the software itself.

“Perfect for WFH”
Pros
Being able to work from home without needing to travel into the office is what I value most about the platform. We sometimes use it at work to present the monthly balance sheets and it works really well because meetings can continue without time limits and without interruptions. There's also a 45 minute free version which is incredibly helpful for people who can't afford a paid plan. The platform is simple to use and the overall quality makes it the best tool for online meetings.
Cons
I'm not sure whether it's actually an issue on their side but the microphone sometimes turns on by itself. Other than that there are no issues.

“simple meetings setup”
Pros
Setting up meetings was incredibly easy. Even creating recurring ones by just adding a start date made me think, niceee! The options screen was also simple to use when I needed to make things secure, like adding a waiting room and once everything was set, I could just hit save. It even gives you a quick save option with a copyable invite link that's ready to paste into an email to the team, already fully formatted with all the details needed.
Cons
I really don't have any downsides to mention about this product.

“great for staying connected”
Pros
Being able to join a video call with clients, family or friends no matter where they are in the country or even abroad is great. The features are really enjoyable to use. Sharing your screen for a PowerPoint presentation is simple, you can chat in the box while someone else is talking and I also like the emojis that let you react and show how you feel about the conversation.
Cons
The screen will occasionally freeze for one or two participants and there's also a limit on how many people can be on the call at the same time.

“convenient calls”
Pros
During lockdown, the platform really helped me stay connected with people. It makes video calls and collaboration very convenient whether I'm meeting with my students, coworkers or even my graduate school professor. It's been a practical way for us to exchange ideas, talk through new topics and come up with better plans and decisions together. The platform is also very user friendly and simple to manage.
Cons
Time limit on meetings is a drawback although paying a small amount gives you longer access. It also tends to freeze when the internet connection is slow.

“so useful for collaboration”
Pros
One feature that sets it apart from platforms like Microsoft Teams is annotation during meetings which has been incredibly useful for collaboration. It's also very simple to use and supports very large audiences which is especially important for an organization our size. Another big plus is that guests need a password to join, helping keep random or unauthorized people out. The video and audio quality are excellent as well. I've also gotten a lot of value from breakout rooms for group discussions and activities especially during trainings and workshops. On top of that features like screen sharing, screen recording, private chat, polls for voting, emoticons such as the raise hand option and host controls make the platform even better.
Cons
The only real drawback with the platform is that there isn't much control over comments when you're hosting large groups.

Pros
It's made it incredibly convenient for our management team to meet several times a week while working from different locations. We've also started using it to train new staff members and it has worked really well for that too.

“reliable platform”
Pros
Being able to communicate with several people at once and share learning content is extremely valuable. The video and audio quality stay consistently high and the platform runs without service interruptions which is a big part of why this product works so well.
Cons
Something that could be improved is the way the screen layout works during classes. When multiple students are connected, speaker view only lets you see a few people at a time. It would be much better to have a layout that keeps the speaker visible while also showing everyone's face on screen.

“simple communication that works”
Pros
As an IT manager, the software has been one of the simplest tools I've used. It gives me a easy way to stay in touch with both customers and my team and pretty much anyone can start using it without needing prior experience or technical knowledge.
Cons
At times, the video and audio quality drops quite a bit which causes interruptions. The free version also ends meetings after 40 minutes so you have to start the meeting again. I honestly think offering 1 hour for free would be much better.

“keeping business moving”
Pros
Over the last year, when travel and in person meetings haven't been possible, the software has helped us keep our business going without much interruption.

“top pick for business meetings”
Pros
When it comes to video conferencing and business meetings, the software is the obvious choice especially with its advanced background features. The built-in collaboration tools make sharing files and exchanging ideas really convenient. It performs better than other meeting platforms I've used including Skype for Business, GoToMeeting and Google Hangouts Meetings. It's no surprise that millions of people (myself included) rely on the platform to run business meetings that feel more engaging and productive than ever.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues using this software for business meetings. It feels like a complete solution and the fact that it works on both mobile and desktop makes it even better.

“packed with features”
Pros
The features that really stand out are recording, collaboration tools, discussion forums, screen sharing and plenty more. During the pandemic, when the whole world became heavily reliant on virtual communication, the software felt like a real blessing. It includes everything needed to make meetings more interactive, engaging and even enjoyable. Meetings can be scheduled in advance with timely notifications and you can assign a selected participant as the host. It also allows secondary access for attendees so they can share their screen and speak when needed. The room chat option is useful and the hand gesture features help keep the audience involved, active and entertained.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't feel that the platform has any problems seeing that they also improved over time.

“Fitting for online teaching”
Pros
Getting students into class couldn't be much simpler, even for very young kids. They just click a link from a single email and join right away which saves a lot of time and removes a lot of trouble. One feature I especially appreciated was the Whiteboard because it helped me explain math concepts in a way that felt very close to teaching in a real classroom. The annotation tools were also very useful since writing, erasing and pointing things out on the screen was quick and easy which made lessons much more effective.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have many negative things to say about the platform. The only problem I ran into was occasional freezing with audio and video when the internet connection was weak and that feels more like a connectivity issue than a software problem. Aside from that, I do wish the free plan allowed meetings longer than 40 minutes when more than two people are participating.

“frequent user review”
Pros
The software comes with screen sharing, video calls, voice calls, large group meetings, live chat and plenty of other useful features. The audio and video quality is excellent. I use this software very frequently and during the pandemic it was widely used by schools, colleges and universities for online classes. It truly felt like a lifesaver during that time.
Cons
I wish the software would improve the remote access system. The account login setup also needs work. I originally created my account through Gmail login and now I always have to sign in that way. I'm not able to log in using just my email and password so that part of the account system could definitely be better.
