“so stable!”
Pros
Kicking off meetings is easy especially with the Slack integrations. The platform feels dependable and stable and screen sharing helps make meetings much more productive.
Cons
Using this software across multiple monitors can be a bit confusing because it forces two windows to stay open, even when nobody is sharing a screen so it is not always obvious where to focus. Managing participants from outside my organization and admitting them can also be tricky at times. On top of that, it is not always clear when I am muted and I wish that indicator stood out more.

“key for daily communication!”
Pros
Working with a team spread across different parts of the world, the software has become a key part of our day-to-day communication. We rely on it for weekly meetings, presentations, project collaboration and staying connected consistently which is really important for keeping work moving and getting things done efficiently.
Cons
An area that still needs improvement is the toolbar behavior during full-screen presentations. I've run into situations where the tools disappear while I'm presenting in full-screen mode, right when I need to use them. It creates awkward pauses and interrupts the flow of the presentation.

“has a lot of features”
Pros
It works really well for remote virtual meetings and comes packed with useful features. The platform supports a large number of users, offers real-time communication and includes practical tools that make it effective for both learning and work. Screen sharing and the other built-in functions also make collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
There are only a few downsides because it mainly delivers what students and professionals need. The part I don't like is the pricing since meeting time and participant capacity stay limited unless you upgrade to the paid version.

“secure meetings”
Pros
Using this product has been very easy and it works really well. You can send a meeting link only to the people you want to invite so no one is able to join unless they have that invitation link.
Cons
At the moment, I haven't run into anything negative.

“virtual classes made better”
Pros
Creating meetings in the platform and hosting virtual sessions with hundreds of participants is easily the strongest part. It's a really convenient way to run team meetings or online classes and the platform is simple enough that people can start using it without much trouble. That usability is a big reason it became so widely adopted in education. During the pandemic, the software especially stood out by giving schools and teachers a reliable way to continue virtual learning through its platform.
Cons
The licensed version is priced a bit high for the average person. Unless an organization purchases a commercial license and gives access to you, it can be hard for students in particular to afford on their own.

“user friendly”
Pros
Back in 2019, we picked up the software to keep workplace communication going when Covid19 disrupted our usual routines and it turned out to be a very effective way to handle remote collaboration. The platform is user friendly so people can join virtual meetings and workshops without needing much computer knowledge, as long as they have an internet-connected device. Compared with other tools, scheduling or joining a meeting only takes a few clicks. Even the free version allows meetings of up to 40 minutes with fewer than 100 participants. On top of that features like the chat box, breakout rooms for focused group discussions, screen sharing and the ability to take or grant screen control with permission make virtual communication feel much closer to an in-person interactive meeting.
Cons
Issue is that like many commercial products, it requires a fairly substantial monthly or annual subscription if you want access to more advanced functions and higher limits such as hosting meetings for more than 100 participants, extending the meeting duration and unlocking additional benefits.

“excellent audio and screen tools”
Pros
Covers most of what I need for meetings and collaboration. Features like on-screen annotation and being able to take control of another person's screen are really useful during work sessions. The background effects are also very good and the biggest advantage for me is the strong audio and video quality which matters most in business meetings. Another thing I appreciate is how simple the software is. There are no overly complicated settings to figure out so even someone without much technical knowledge can use it without trouble. Overall, it has been a very positive experience for working and collaborating.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about with this platform but one thing that bothers me is that it pushes you to download the app before joining a video call. I really think it should also offer a proper web-based option especially for situations where someone is away from their own laptop, using another device or just needs to jump into a quick business meeting without installing anything. It would also help if joining fast meetings didn't require a forced download and making sign-in optional could make the process much more convenient.

“great meetings and webinars”
Pros
the platform is one of the top video and web conferencing tools available right now. The interface is very simple to use and the free plan gives you around 40 to 45 minutes which is really useful. It works very well for video calls, web conferences, webinars and more. Having chat and screen sharing available during meetings is also a big plus.
Cons
At times, calls drop during web conferences and that can be a real issue even within a 30-minute session. It would also be better if the free meeting limit was extended to 1 hour.

“priceless visibility during presentations”
Pros
Being able to watch my own camera, see everyone else's reactions and keep an eye on the presentation at the same time is absolutely priceless. That kind of visibility during a meeting makes a huge difference and honestly, what more is there to say?
Cons
Login process is a bit more complicated than it should be. The software automatically assumes the primary email address, even when the meeting invite was sent to a secondary one which ends up forcing you to manually enter the meeting code.

“flexible meetings across devices”
Pros
Setting it up doesn't take much effort! It works on both computers and mobile devices which makes it convenient to use anywhere. Each user gets a default meeting ID so there's no need to keep creating a new one every time a meeting is needed. The screen-sharing options are well designed too, you can share just one window or your entire screen with a single click. It also supports multiple users sharing their screens which is really useful during collaborative meetings. Also the meeting host has complete control over participants microphones including muting and unmuting them when needed!
Cons
Downside is that it uses a lot of system resources especially when video recording is enabled. Battery consumption goes up very quickly and on my iPhone it usually can't last much more than an hour while using it.

“widely used and accessible”
Pros
One of the best things about using this software is how widely recognized and commonly used it is which makes it much simpler to connect with more people and organizations in an accessible way.
Cons
A frustrating part is not always being fully sure that both screens are actually being captured in the recording. When the other person isn't familiar with the app, it can be hard for them to make sure every screen is being recorded properly.

“Amazing tool!”
Pros
Connecting with my team through the software has been incredibly easy since they only need to click the meeting links I send. The video calls are consistently clear, with no buffering or visual distortion during meetings.
Cons
A few features available in the desktop version are missing from the mobile app and it would be even better if it integrated with Dropbox or similar services so a full data backup could be maintained.

“Quick team meetings on the platform”
Pros
Keeping a large team connected across the country is where the software really shines. Thanks to the Slack integration, we can launch a meeting automatically and jump into talking or video calls within seconds.
Cons
Issue is that the experience relies heavily on each person's internet connection so some users may run into connection issues even though that isn't really caused by the software itself.

“calls with crisp quality”
Pros
Calls feel quick and reliable, with excellent video and audio quality. It supports both on-prem and cloud recording and the auto-subtitles are a really useful addition. Integration with Slack, Box and other apps is convenient and being able to start a video meeting from Slack with a single command saves time. The mobile app also performs really well.
Cons
It does use quite a bit of memory and bandwidth so on lower-powered systems the OS can slow down and other apps may start lagging. If one person has a weak internet connection, everyone feels the impact because the video and audio quality can drop. On the plus side, joining by phone line with one click is available when needed.

“simple to schedule meetings”
Pros
Scheduling a meeting is easy and it's just as simple for other people to join. During the pandemic, pretty much everyone learned how to connect to a video meeting which made it even more convenient to use.
Cons

“clean admin”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this platform is how clean and easy the admin side is. Even someone without an IT background could realistically manage it for a small organization. Another big plus is that the software keeps improving the product and regularly adds new features. I can simply send a meeting invite by email, clients click the link and they're instantly able to join the meeting. From there, I can share my screen and walk them through all the benefits our platform has to offer.
Cons
The software struggles with video quality when the internet connection is weak. It would help if the video resolution options could be lowered further to better support countries with limited internet access. The pricing should also be reduced. On top of that, the chat window needs more advanced features especially for organized chats or group conversations.

“strong controls for large meetings”
Pros
Handling a large group works really well. The raised hand feature is effective for managing comments and having full control over muting and unmuting participants when needed is very helpful.
Cons
Managing mute and unmute for individual people in a large meeting can still be challenging. The video thumbnails and participant list positions keep shifting around which makes it harder to stay organized. It would be a big administrative improvement to have a way to focus only on participants who have raised their hands so they can be muted, unmuted and have their hands lowered manually much more efficiently.

“lifesaver during the pandemic”
Pros
Has a lot going for it but the standout for me is the interface. It's simple to figure out, easy to use and the virtual background feature is really useful. I also appreciate the stable connectivity, dependable uptime and overall video conferencing quality. During COVID-19, it truly felt like a lifesaver.
Cons
There are a few drawbacks though. the platform uses quite a bit of internet bandwidth which makes it difficult for people with slower or limited connections. On top of that, the Android app isn't as user friendly as it should be.
