“affordable meetings”
Pros
Using the platform has been very easy. It's affordable and it has made a real difference for the business. Features like instant messaging, audio and video calls, conferences, webinars, video recording, screen sharing, file sharing and host controls are all really valuable. It also integrates smoothly with Google Calendar which helps me stay on top of my schedule.
Cons
I've been using this application without any issues and at this point I don't see any areas that need improvement.

“reliable audio and video quality”
Pros
One of the best things about the platform is how well-supported and well-structured the platform feels especially when it comes to video and audio quality. It's also free to use and not having limits on creating meetings makes it even more useful.
Cons
The only improvement I'd suggest is adding a better way to categorize meetings by duration, such as marking them as shorter or longer.

“great for virtual classes”
Pros
I'm not very tech-savvy but after just a short introduction, it felt very accessible and user friendly. Being able to see all of my students at once makes it the closest thing to teaching in person. It's also simple to schedule meetings and send out links and I really value the option to share my screen using a document camera or alongside another teacher.
Cons
There's very little I dislike about the platform. The biggest problem I've run into isn't really caused by the platform itself but by internet connectivity. Every now and then a student's screen will freeze and they get disconnected from class but that has more to do with the student's internet provider than the platform.

“Accessible platform”
Pros
Since everything is web-based, there's nothing to install which makes it even more convenient. The interface is highly accessible, it's consistently available when needed and over the past few years it has really been a game changer.
Cons
Honestly I can't point to any real problems. It has consistently worked well whenever I've used it and the whole platform has remained very simple to figure out. It genuinely feels like one of the best options available.

“helpful features for online classes”
Pros
The platform includes a lot of practical features that are really helpful for both students and teachers. During the pandemic, it has been a huge help for everyone using it. They also provide most of their services for free for the first 40 minutes which is a big plus. Out of all the useful tools available, the screen sharing and screen recording features are the ones I appreciated the most.
Cons
The latest update no longer lets users change their profile pictures.

“excellent video and screen sharing”
Pros
Compared with other video conferencing tools, the platform offers a much stronger set of features. The video quality is noticeably better than platforms like Google Meet. Screen sharing is especially valuable when collaborating on tasks or walking remote team members through a process. The polls feature is also a nice addition for training sessions and meetings, even though we do not use it very often. Chat is reliable too and helps keep communication moving throughout the call.
Cons
An area that could be improved is the layout customization for the chat box, participant list, video feed and screen sharing view. When I am hosting and sharing my screen, not being able to see everyone on the call is less than ideal. It would also help to make better use of the empty space in the interface and allow the chat box to stay fixed in one place rather than opening as a separate pop-up.

“love using the platform”
Pros
Ever since I started using the platform, I've really enjoyed it. All of the features work well and overall it's been a product I genuinely love using.
Cons
Problem is that the free plan only allows 40 minutes per meeting. It would be better if that could be extended to up to 1 hour.

“features that make things convenient”
Pros
Screen sharing has been really convenient for my remote work especially in post-production where I need to show my screen to team leads several times throughout the day. I appreciate that I can either share my entire screen or only a specific tab and I can also include the audio from the episode I'm working on. The meeting recording option is also very useful because it means I don't have to write everything down during calls. I can just record the meeting and go back to it later when needed.
Cons
There are times when some people in the meeting get cut off. It could be related to internet issues on their side but from what I've seen, it can still happen even when the connection is good. I think the platform's connectivity still needs some improvement.

Pros
Keeping in touch with coworkers feels as simple as it can be with the platform. They've even paid attention to the little touches, like fun filters that brighten the experience and make us happy.
Cons

“professional and user friendly meetings”
Pros
It includes all the essential features and they're easy to use. The platform comes across as professional and it doesn't take long to become comfortable with it.

“packed with tools”
Pros
The platform comes with a wide range of features that make it useful in a lot of different situations. Screen sharing works well for collaboration, live chat and breakout rooms are helpful for brainstorming and handling questions, host permissions make large conference calls easier to manage and reactions offer a quick way to keep people engaged.
Cons
Setting up a meeting feels a bit outdated. To generate a link, the meeting has to be created in the platform first and then it gets moved over to the user's email platform where the invitation setup still has to be finished. That process can be inconvenient especially when multiple users have access to the same account.

“reliable team video meetings”
Pros
Whether I'm on my phone or using my laptop, the platform makes team video calls quick and convenient. The video quality is solid and they keep rolling out new features on a regular basis which is nice to see.
Cons
At times, the video and audio quality drops even when the internet connection is strong. Audio in particular should be more consistent.

“Easy setup”
Pros
Most people were able to use the platform without needing much help. The interface feels accessible for the majority of users, the call quality is usually very good and the software was simple enough to self-install.
Cons
Issue was the Outlook integration which eventually stopped working and created enough problems that I had to uninstall it. There are also times when getting into meetings fails and that has caused some major disruptions. A few of the settings are pretty obscure and difficult for users to understand and the remote control feature is not very easy to locate or use. People also still get confused between their personal and business accounts. Since we record every meeting, managing those recordings is a trouble and having bulk download and bulk delete options would be extremely helpful.

“great features for meetings”
Pros
Getting started with the platform is very easy and it comes with really impressive features. Screen and file sharing work well and being able to change the background is a nice touch.

“helps to stay connected”
Pros
The platform has really transformed the way we communicate and hold meetings and that became especially important during the Covid-19 pandemic. It also helped us find ways to cut meeting costs, stay connected, bring people closer and create a feeling that is very similar to being together in a real meeting while working.
Cons
Managing audio with several people in the same meeting can be a bit difficult at times. You can mute participants but then you have to unmute them each time they want to talk and when a lot of people are participating, that takes both time and patience. On top of that, background noise and echo are not always fully under control.

“join from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to join a meeting from practically anywhere is a huge plus. I can give presentations in my pajamas and that alone takes a lot of pressure out of work and meetings. It's also really convenient when something comes up at the last minute since scheduling and logging in on short notice is no problem. The host controls are impressive and screen sharing from any device makes it even better. Honestly, it's one of the best tools out there.
Cons
The only part I'm not a fan of is the chat section. It feels too limited and could definitely use more improvement. Aside from that, it works really well.

“decent free meetings, outdated setup”
Pros
One of the platform's better points is how much you get on the free plan: up to 100 participants for 40 minutes which works well for smaller presentations as long as they don't run long with Q&A. For one-on-one calls, the free tier is especially useful since there's no time limit. It also connects nicely with WordPress through various plugins, as well as scheduling tools like Book Like a Boss, CalendarHero and others. Audio quality is usually solid and video is generally reliable too. Another plus is that, during the pandemic, the platform became much more widely known so a lot more people already understand the basics of using it.
Cons
Something that still bothers me is that the software really wants you to install the app. There is a browser version but in my experience it tends to be less dependable. It also takes time to learn and if a co-host doesn't already know the platform, it can turn into an awkward situation when you're trying to teach them during a live presentation. I've also joined plenty of meetings as a participant where the hosts were clearly struggling with the settings or trying to figure out how things worked. Some of them don't even know how to mute attendees which quickly becomes distracting. On top of that, the platform can be glitchy whether it blames the internet connection or something else and that's frustrating because my internet is very fast and doesn't cause issues with other tools. Parts of the interface still don't feel accessible and despite what I assume has been a lot of user feedback, those issues haven't really been improved over time. Since it depends heavily on installed software, people using Windows 10 S can't use it normally so you end up having to explain how to click "Join from browser." That may be manageable in a one-on-one meeting but once you have several participants all dealing with their own access issues, it becomes a real headache.

“Outstanding option!”
Pros
The platform has been outstanding for me overall especially when it comes to screen sharing. The feature I rely on most is the ability to pause sharing. It matters a lot in my work because I often need to get other materials ready on my screen while still talking through what participants are viewing on the paused shared screen. That might sound like a small detail but it is exactly why I choose the platform over competitors like Microsoft Teams. As a trainer, I need full control over what people can see at every moment and the platform lets me do that without needing a second monitor or having to stop sharing altogether.
Cons
The chat has definitely been getting better, including support for file attachments but it still feels less engaging and clearly more like a secondary feature. It would be much more useful with additions like rich text formatting.

“My choice!”
Pros
With so many virtual meeting platforms online now, it can be tough to decide which one to go with. I'm just a regular the platform user and not involved with its security or technical side but I use it almost every day for work and for teaching young kids and it's one of the simplest platforms out there for video calls and live meetings. Whether it's grandparents chatting with family across the country someone in the military staying connected with loved ones back home or a person presenting to a class or a team of coworkers, the platform makes all of that really easy and does even more beyond that.
Cons
It works so well and is so simple to use that I honestly don't have any complaints about it.
