Compared with a lot of other tools out there right now, the platform has a simple, clean interface and that has easily been the most noticeable benefit for me. The video and audio quality are much better as well and the fact that calls can keep running even on slower internet connections has been a real bonus.

Cons

I'd really like to see some mid-tier pricing plans added for teams and individuals that need something more budget-friendly.

Pros

Joining meetings is quick and the audio and video quality feels much better than with other tools I've used. It's also really useful that I can mute myself and switch off my camera before entering a meeting. The file-sharing feature is another plus since it lets me send spreadsheets, Word documents, notes and other files without any trouble.

Cons

Screenshot feature could be better. It doesn't offer a short delay before capturing which is inconvenient when I need to click something on screen first. Because of that, I usually rely on another program that gives delay options from 1 to 5 seconds.

These days, the platform is the go-to video conferencing platform and it's easy to see why. The interface is very user friendly and easy so it doesn't take much effort to understand how everything works. Scheduling meetings is effortless and syncing them with your calendar is really convenient. You can invite as many people from your team as needed and the features available during calls are genuinely impressive. Screen sharing is simple to use and the whiteboard makes meetings much more interactive. It's also helpful that you can place participants into breakout rooms for smaller discussions and team collaboration. On top of that, managing audio settings is very convenient especially when switching between multiple headsets, speakers or microphones.

Cons

One thing I haven't really liked about the platform is the time limit on free accounts. Because of that, it may not be the best choice for non-business users who need video calls or webinars but have a limited budget.

Pros

Handling meetings became much simpler with this software, from scheduling and hosting to keeping everything organized. It also gave my team the ability to add or remove employees when needed as a security measure which made performance reviews much more manageable and a lot less stressful. Sharing information was very convenient too whether through the chat or by using screen sharing. I especially appreciated the direct in-chat messaging option for sending private notes to staff without interrupting the meeting or putting anyone on the spot.

Cons

A reliable internet connection is necessary for everyone to stay live and fully caught up during calls. That is not really an issue caused by the platform itself but if you are hosting video meetings with more than five people, you really need a network with at least 150 Mbps to keep the session running without issues.

Pros

Running several the platform sessions a day for e-commerce training, this is still the platform I prefer over the rest. Compared with tools like Skype and WhatsApp, the platform gives me better clarity and a much more user friendly experience which makes a big difference when I'm meeting with people constantly.

There really isn't much for me to complain about with the platform. If I had to point out anything, I'd say it would be nice to have more built-in background options although it already lets you create your own so that helps. Overall, it's a very impressive platform especially considering how many meeting tools I've worked with.

Back in 2020, when lockdown started in my state, I began using the platform for online classes and I've continued with it ever since. It has consistently worked well for what I need. These days, I mostly use it for meetings with clients and I'm satisfied with how it performs. The calendar integration makes scheduling the platform very convenient. Screen sharing is also very useful because it helps me clearly present my proposals to clients. Another feature I really appreciate is breakout rooms since they let people split into smaller groups and have private conversations when needed.

My only real issue with the platform is the 40-minute meeting limit. There are times when my partner and I are in the middle of discussing a project with a client and the meeting suddenly cuts off. That part is really frustrating and I hope they improve it.

Everything about the platform feels thoughtfully built around what users actually need. The HD audio and video make conversations much clearer and it really improves communication during meetings. I also appreciate that meetings are secure and can be recorded whenever I need to refer back to them later. Having both group chats and private chats in the same platform is another big plus. One of the best parts is the one-click join feature which makes getting into meetings effortless.

Being able to have multiple participants share their screens at the same time has been incredibly useful for us. It lets us instantly show patient scan results to staff in other units as they come in, without having to move files between devices or upload them to shared folders first. I've also really come to appreciate the live chat and the automatic call transcripts since they save a lot of time and help our meetings move along much more efficiently.

Data security concerns are always in the back of my mind. Because we handle and share fairly sensitive files during the platform, the possibility of a security issue or data breach is something that causes me a fair amount of worry.

Having so many features is definitely a plus but it can also feel a bit overwhelming at times. I still get the sense that I'm not making the most of everything it offers though I plan to learn more so I can take full advantage of it.

Being able to save the chat and choose exactly who receives a message is very useful and the breakout rooms do an excellent job of keeping meetings organized.

It would be even better with stronger integration with Google or Microsoft particularly for saving whiteboards and chats directly to the location you want. I'd also love an option to track how long each participant spoke during a meeting, with a list showing the users who were present.

Getting a meeting started on the platform is very easy and inviting other people to join doesn't take much effort. As long as everyone has a stable internet connection along with a working microphone and camera, all participants can talk and see each other clearly on this virtual meeting platform.

My biggest issue with the platform is that it still doesn't offer better control over sound quality when recording a musical instrument like a guitar together with vocals. It would also be nice if the platform included reverb controls to adjust how the microphone picks up the vocals.

Because of the platform, I've been able to keep up with my studies without much trouble. Screen sharing works really well and usually has little to no delay. Sending files through the chat is also very convenient and simple to do. Breakout rooms are especially useful for schoolwork since they let you work only with your team and if you need help, you can quickly call the teacher and they can join your room shortly after, depending on the teacher.

The reaction options feel a bit limited and it would be nice to have more emojis for quick responses when your camera is off. Screen sharing is excellent for documents and presentations but when sharing videos, there can sometimes be a slight delay between the audio and video although it's still acceptable.

Since COVID, nearly all of our work meetings have moved online and the platform has been the platform we use most often. It's easy to use and because it's so widely known, most people already have the app installed on their computer or phone.

Issue is that the free plan only allows meetings with more than two people to run for 40 minutes.

The platform has been a dependable, high-quality web conferencing and unified communications platform for us. The audio and video quality stays excellent, even when someone joins with a weak internet connection. The built-in team chat is also a useful addition especially for companies that are not using Teams or Slack.

Since remote work became the norm, the platform has made it much simpler to meet with colleagues virtually without feeling too disconnected from not seeing them in person. One feature I really appreciate is the ability for users to present and share their screen during meetings. When Covid pushed everyone to adjust to working from different locations, this option also made virtual training very effective. You can learn in real time and trainers can share visuals and their screens with participants whenever needed which is incredibly useful. Overall it has been an excellent software for both collaboration and training.

Problem is that it needs a strong internet connection, otherwise buffering and disconnections can happen. Other than that, it is a very good software.

Getting non-technical participants into a meeting is really easy which is a big plus. Invitations go out right away by email and include a direct meeting link along with a mobile dial-in number that already has all the prompts built in so people can join immediately without any trouble.

One drawback is the waiting room feature. When it's enabled, people can't enter the meeting until someone lets them in but it seems like anyone already in the meeting can admit participants. That doesn't appear to be restricted to the meeting host which feels like a lack of control for the meeting manager.

The platform was not designed to be complicated which makes it accessible for just about anyone. Even without any technical background, you can simply follow the steps and join a conference call in no time.

At times, the platform can feel a little slow though I am not sure if that happens when too many people are on at once. It is not a frequent issue but every now and then there is a slight delay that causes people to talk over each other or miss the timing of the conversation.
