Pros

Being able to share my screen with team members is the best part of using the platform. It really helps during policy-making and group discussions because everyone can see the same thing clearly and stay aligned.

Cons

Some of our team members are based in rural parts of India and when the internet bandwidth is weak, the audio starts breaking up and the video gets disrupted as well.

Pros

From the start, the support and service have been outstanding and the pricing has been very attractive. Having access to their database is a big added bonus, it really feels like getting the keys to the car. The intent-based leads also help us concentrate our efforts where the best opportunities actually are.

Cons

One area that could be improved is expanding the number of keywords they monitor. Also, if you're selling into very niche markets, the results may vary depending on your audience.
