So valuable

Pros

Has been well worth the cost for our team! We can jump into internal meetings or connect with clients at the same time without any disruption to our service. It's very simple to use, scheduling through the calendar is easy and it syncs well with other tools like Google. We've been using it since 2021 and haven't felt the need to switch!

Cons

One limitation is that I can't host multiple meetings at the same time from the same account across different devices.

I highly recommend!

Pros

Gives a lot of flexibility when it comes to customizing meetings and I really appreciate the added security of using passcodes. It's simple to work with, very effective for team collaboration and the customer support has been excellent! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting good value for the cost or hoping to boost productivity in their business.

Cons

Something I don't like is that it doesn't switch to gallery mode automatically once more than two people join the meeting.

Easy to use

Pros

This has been our go to for team communication and collaboration mainly because it's very user friendly. Getting started doesn't require any training at all which makes adoption quick for everyone. Features such as screen sharing and recording work consistently well and the audio and video quality is excellent :)

Cons

There have been a few small glitches after certain updates but nothing major. Aside from that everything works really well and I don't have any real complaints.

holds meetings across any distance

Pros

It has been simple, helpful and very user friendly to use. The meeting scheduler has honestly been a lifesaver whether I'm planning meetings in advance and sending out links or using the built in self scheduling option. I've taken video calls with people in the same city and with others on different continents and the experience has been equally effective either way. The ability to connect transcription apps is useful too. I only started using it as the host and meeting coordinator in the past month but I've been using it for years to join other people's meetings.

Cons

They keep pushing AI and that gets so annoying. The more basic, non generative AI features like scheduling, automation and transcription work well but the summaries, notes and the "AI companion" feel more like a nuisance than anything helpful.

top pick for webinars

Pros

When it comes to online meetings, this has been the most reliable option I've used! It's still my top pick for webinars. Once or twice a month something breaks in my current setup and we switch over to this platform right away because it rarely runs into problems.

Cons

My main conferencing tool is a self hosted Jitsi setup and Google Meet is usually my backup since I'm already paying for Google Workspace. I also pay for Notion which covers scheduling and for transcription I rely on the free Voice Memos app along with a self-hosted Whisper setup. With all of that already in place, paying for this option no longer feels efficient.

accessible layout

Pros

Right away it felt very easy to use because the buttons are clear and the features are placed where you'd expect them to be. I also really enjoy how quickly I can reach teammates for a quick chat just by checking their status to see whether they're in a meeting, busy or available. On the few occasions I've needed customer support, they've responded very quickly and made sure the issue was fully taken care of.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much to complain about with it. Once in a while a few odd bugs pop up but support is usually so quick that we're back on video calls almost immediately. Sometimes the issue gets resolved so fast that we barely even notice there was a problem until it's already been fixed.

Great platform!

Pros

A dependable tool for virtual meetings, team collaboration and communication across different groups! The video and audio quality is usually excellent and the platform is easy for both employees and outside participants to figure out even if they are not especially comfortable with technology. I really appreciate how quickly meetings can be scheduled along with useful features like screen sharing, breakout rooms and integrations with calendars and other workplace apps. One of its biggest strengths is the flexibility it offers for remote and hybrid work setups. It has made communication feel much more smooth and efficient especially when coordinating teams or working with clients in different locations.

Cons

One drawback is that some of the newer features can come across as a bit cluttered or overwhelming compared to the simpler experience it was originally known for. There are also occasional connectivity or lag problems depending on internet stability and some of the more advanced tools are only available on the higher tier pricing plans.

quick access

Pros

Jumping into meetings through a shared link has been the part I've appreciated most. I once needed to join a webinar and just clicked the link a friend sent over. It briefly took me to download it, then redirected me straight back into the meeting almost immediately. Also bugs and technical issues seem to get fixed in real time.

Cons

During active sessions especially when using the chat, loading can get a bit slow when a lot of participants are sending feedback at the same time.

top-notch calls

Pros

It is a reliable option for video meetings! The audio and video quality are excellent and screen sharing which I use quite often, works really well. I haven't run into any problems with it.

Cons

The only problem I've come across with it is that on a few calls, the other person I was speaking with had connection issues. Other than that I have no drawbacks to mention.

helpful remote control

Pros

One of the simplest and most dependable tools I've used for online meetings! It's fast to join calls, the video quality is usually solid and features like screen sharing and recordings make communication much more convenient. The app is user friendly even for people who aren't very tech savvy. One feature I especially love is remote control since it lets one participant take over another person's mouse and keyboard during screen sharing which can be a real lifesaver.

Cons

Issue is that the free version comes with meeting time limits and once in a while the app gets a bit glitchy with audio or connection problems. Cloud recording storage also fills up pretty fast on the lower-tier plans.

calendar sync that saves hours

Pros

Running webinars, group coaching and training sessions every week is a lot easier because the Scheduler and calendar integrations work so well. I can send one link, people book their time, it lands on my calendar automatically and the link is already included without me having to manage any of it. That alone cuts out double bookings and all the back and forth "what time was this again?" emails. It genuinely saves me hours every single week. Other than that the video quality has been very reliable. I almost never hear complaints about lag or strange audio issues and when you're teaching live, that really matters.

Cons

The mobile app is only okay. It does the job but it still feels much less polished than the desktop version. When I need to manage a session while I'm out or quickly check something between meetings, it can get frustrating fast and most of the time I'd rather wait until I'm back on my laptop. I'd really love to see more attention given to the mobile experience because for someone who isn't always sitting at a desk, that would make a big difference.

offers virtual backgrounds

Pros

These days I'm rarely in the office and usually joining from client pitch meetings and it has worked out really well. The virtual backgrounds are genuinely impressive and don't require a green screen to look good. Last month, two clients wanted to revisit campaign proposals later and the recording feature ended up being really useful. I also have a team of six and we can jump into a brainstorming session right away without dealing with the whole scheduling process.

Cons

A 40 minute cap on free accounts is pretty limiting especially when you're in the middle of a client conversation. I've also had screen sharing randomly stop three different times during presentations. When I contacted support, all they suggested was rebooting my computer which wasn't exactly helpful.

positive experience

Pros

Using this platform has been a really positive experience because it's very easy to use and runs reliably during meetings. The video and audio quality stay consistently solid and joining or scheduling calls through a single link is very convenient. I've also appreciated the screen sharing and collaboration features since they make it much easier to explain ideas, work with a team and present information without any trouble. It also feels like good value for the price because of the broad set of features it includes especially for meetings, team communication and collaboration.

Cons

Something I don't like is that it can sometimes use a lot of system resources particularly on slower devices or weaker internet connections. Every now and then there are minor connectivity problems or slight audio delays. Also some of the more advanced features may feel a little overwhelming for new users when they're just getting started.

good fit for classes

Pros

It gives you the thrill of watching your class turn into a real virtual courtroom. You can quietly drop into the breakout rooms and listen as the students passionately debate a law article, defending their ideas with the same energy and conviction as real lawyers.

Cons

The hardest part is ending up speaking to a row of black screens and switched off cameras. In that silence without being able to meet the students eyes or catch their natural reactions, the magic of the debate fades and it starts to feel like a lonely monologue in the middle of nowhere. Luckily this can be solved pretty easily by asking students to keep their cameras on.

excellent collaboration

Pros

I picked this option mainly for its strong webinar tools and they've made hosting and managing events really easy which is something I use a lot. On top of that the platform is very simple to work with overall! The interface feels clean, modern and accessible so it doesn't take much time to get comfortable with it and it's genuinely pleasant to use. I also appreciate how fast and responsive the customer support team is because that really matters when something comes up. Overall it delivers a very user friendly experience with a polished interface that works well for cross team meetings and collaboration and it's a platform I really enjoy using.

Cons

A drawback is that when you're in a large meeting, it can be hard to see all participants clearly especially on a laptop screen. That makes it a little tougher to stay engaged with everyone although the gallery view and the arrows for moving through participants do help. Another issue is the added cost since some useful features are locked behind paid add ons which can make the overall price higher than you might expect.

Reliable conferencing for teamwork

Pros

At our institution, this has become the go to platform for video and web conferencing. It gives the team a practical way to collaborate and exchange information, ideas and knowledge through chat, calls and WhatsApp. The interface is user friendly and it definitely helps boost overall team productivity.

Cons

Issue is that the platform heavily depends on a strong internet connection. Whenever the connection is weak or slow, we run into frequent call drops and disconnections.

flexible video customization

handy breakout rooms

Pros

Getting started with it is really easy and it works without causing any trouble. The video quality is very good and even with a weak connection it still stays acceptable. The breakout rooms are especially useful.

Cons

Every now and then it freezes or there are audio issues. Storage space for recordings is very limited on the free plan. It can also start lagging sometimes especially during larger meetings.

Clear video quality

Pros

Has been one of the most dependable tools for virtual meetings, training sessions and remote teamwork. The audio and video quality stays consistently strong, screen sharing is easy and joining a meeting is simple even for people who are not very technical. Scheduling and hosting sessions is clear and manageable and the platform works well whether it is a small team check-in or a large presentation or webinar.

Cons

A few of the more advanced tools and larger meeting options are locked behind higher tier plans and handling settings across multiple users can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. Even so the platform's stability and overall usability make those drawbacks easier to live with.

best place!

Pros

When it comes to getting real value for the money, THIS has been an excellent choice. It's very user friendly, the customer support is outstanding and the video calling features are top notch! I haven't run into any bugs or issues and it delivers exactly the kind of productivity I needed. Team collaboration has been great as well :)

Cons

I don't have any complaints about it. I've been using it for around 6-8 months and everything has worked out really well the entire time.
