“so dependable!”
Pros
Its so easy to use and the video call quality stayed reliable throughout. It made communication and collaboration feel simple whether I was joining meetings, chatting with others or working remotely with a team.
Cons
Drawback is that some of the more advanced features are not always accessible to find or use and the platform can take up a noticeable amount of system resources during bigger meetings or long sessions.

“costly but widely compatible”
Pros
Since it became one of the first conference tools built for workplace use, this has basically turned into the standard. I mainly keep it because other people schedule meetings with it and it helps that I can connect and work easily with other users.
Cons
The pricing feels ridiculously high and the free plan offers very little. Other than that getting everything set up is pretty difficult especially on desktop where the configuration is overly complicated.

“helpful video calls features”
Pros
Video calling has become incredibly valuable in today's job market. A couple of other things I really appreciate are the background blur option and being able to choose whether my camera and microphone are on before I enter a meeting.
Cons
To me it doesn't feel very accessible. I have a hard time scheduling meetings with other people on the platform and keeping my meetings organized. However when I'm joining as a guest I don't really run into any issues.

“Clear admin tools”
Pros
Working with it is very easy especially when it comes to user management and administration in the web interface. Custom settings can also be adjusted very quickly without much effort.
Cons
The value for money starts to feel less convincing once you need a larger number of licenses or more advanced features. Since it's a US based solution, aligning it with data privacy requirements is not always simple.

“Good for academic meetings”
Pros
It has become a key tool for our academic department! It lets me attend virtual research seminars and share my screen when presenting data findings to my supervisor so I do not have to be physically on campus.
Cons
umm it uses a lot of mobile data. When I am out doing field research and away from the university wifi, longer meetings eat through my data plan very fast. I also think the background noise suppression could work better in louder environments.

“better video tools for classes”
Pros
Running my Breathwork classes has been much better with the way this software has improved its video features. I'm able to step away from the class when needed and still play music at the same time which is really helpful for how I teach.
Cons
I faced some difficulty using it at first and the audio controls were somewhat difficult to figure out. Once I got used to how it works though, it performed well.

“fitting for big teams”
Pros
Something that really works well is how simple it is for all of our agents to get into the morning briefing. I work with Pitch Perfect and we manage five campaigns with more than 600 sales agents yet everyone joins through one link each morning before we start calling. It makes connecting all at once very easy and the audio and video usually stay clear even with a group that large. We also depend on it for training sessions and emergency meetings since it's reliable and fast to launch.
Cons
At times when all five campaigns join the same morning meeting with more than 600 sales agents, the platform can lag or freeze a bit. With that many people using one link, the audio will occasionally cut out which makes some of the updates harder to hear clearly. It's not something that happens every day but when it does, it slows the briefing down before the workday begins.

“perfect tool for remote teams”
Pros
Remote work has been much easier to manage! Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms and meeting recordings really help with collaboration. Calls are usually stable and the video and audio quality stay clear. It also does a solid job handling large meetings especially compared with many other platforms.
Cons
The only real issue is how much it relies on a strong internet connection. If the wifi is poor, calls can freeze, audio may cut in and out or the meeting can drop although that's not really the platforms fault.

“All in one!”
Pros
There's a lot you can do during a meeting and one of the best parts is having full control as the host over every aspect of the session.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It consistently works the way it's supposed to and I really appreciate having everything together in one place.

“Crisp video and audio quality”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes this a solid collaboration platform. Setting it up and rolling it out was easy and it has really helped everyone stay involved in our media production work. The video and audio quality are both excellent and consistently clear.
Cons
There is nothing negative I can recall about the platform.

“team collaboration that clicks”
Pros
Comes with several features that make working with teammates much more manageable. Screen sharing is useful, the on screen annotation tools help a lot and together they make collaboration feel more effective during meetings. It's also fairly easy to use since many of the buttons are clearly labeled so it's usually obvious what to click. Overall it makes video calls feel simple and practical.
Cons
A setback is that some features offered in the app don't seem to be available in the browser version. Another frustration is that customer support can sometimes take too long to respond. I've also had occasions where the app suddenly closes on its own which ends the call without warning.

“practical for remote training”
Pros
It is the second video conferencing tool I've used and it's been very practical. It's simple to join sessions and follow training courses with instructors who are teaching remotely.
Cons
From time to time I run into audio issues like brief cutouts or poor sound quality although it doesn't happen very often.

“useful tools”
Pros
Is a very practical video conferencing app for remote meetings, online classes and group calls. It stands out for how simple it is to use and for its generally dependable audio and video quality even with an average internet connection. Features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms and meeting recording are especially valuable Overall it is an efficient and accessible tool for staying connected remotely.
Cons
Despite how popular it is the software has a few drawbacks. To begin with the free plan is fairly limited with group meetings automatically ending after 40 minutes which can be frustrating. The app can also use a lot of system resources, slowing down some computers especially older ones. Security concerns were also raised in the past which may worry certain users. Lastly the overall quality depends heavily on the internet connection so when the network is unstable, both video and audio can quickly deteriorate.

“works well!”
Pros
A really helpful tool for telehealth visits in my line of work! It's very simple to use, works well with a variety of web links and is easy for customers, patients and team members to figure out without much trouble.
Cons
I've noticed that there always seems to be some kind of software glitch now and then. However I know a lot of technology in healthcare runs into the same issue because systems are constantly being updated to keep up with the demands of a growing field and remain compatible.

“consistently good”
Pros
Joining a meeting is really easy since it usually only takes clicking a link. The audio and video quality stays reliably good even when there are a lot of people on the call. Screen sharing and recording have also been very helpful for team meetings, presentations and training sessions.
Cons
The 40 minute cap on group meetings in the free plan can be pretty disruptive when a discussion is still going. At times the app also seems to consume quite a bit of system resources. Also the chat and collaboration side feels less refined than dedicated platforms like Slack.

“My opinion”
Pros
Using this has been a really solid experience especially since it's simple to figure out even without much technical knowledge. The audio and video stay clear and dependable and it's rare for meetings to freeze, lag or disconnect. Scheduling a meeting is quick and joining one through a link takes almost no effort. Tools like screen sharing, in meeting chat and recording also help a lot with teamwork making collaboration feel efficient and well organized for remote teams.
Cons
Problem is that the app can be pretty demanding on system resources which may affect performance on lower end computers or devices. Some settings especially around audio and permissions, can also feel a bit confusing when you're new to the platform. Also the free plan includes time limits which can be frustrating when a meeting needs to run longer.

“excellent video sharing”
Pros
Very simple to use and being able to choose exactly which window to share is a big plus. On client calls I'm not scrambling to find the right screen like I am with some other tools. The video quality is also excellent which makes meetings look and feel much better.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is a better built in way to take meeting notes directly inside it. A sidebar for typing notes during calls would be really useful especially if it could connect with our project management system afterward.

“quick meetings”
Pros
Getting into meetings with it is simple even for people who are not very technical. The platform is user friendly and the video and audio quality are both solid. Screen sharing works well and features like chat, whiteboard and polls make collaboration much more useful during calls.
Cons
Even though the platform is widely used, it does come with a few drawbacks. There can be connection problems at times such as lag, audio issues or dropped calls especially when the internet connection is weak. The free version is also somewhat limited with meeting time caps and several advanced tools are only included in the paid plans.
