Start by logging into Kareo’s Practice Login page using your email and password. New users can register by selecting ‘Sign up today’ and providing their practice details

On the top-left corner, you’ll find Kareo’s main navigation bar. The bar contains five key modules:

- Hover over the ‘Clock’ icon to access a list of recently viewed patients, making it easier to switch between records without re-entering search details
- The ‘Envelope’ icon on the dashboard allows you to access internal messages. A number next to the icon indicates unread messages
- Click on the ‘Envelope’ icon to open, view, and respond to messages without leaving your current screen
Note: For HIPAA-compliant communication, use the Patient Portal within a patient’s facesheet to send secure messages.
- The ‘Calendar’ feature offers a quick view of the day’s scheduled appointments
- To print a copy of the day’s agenda, select the ‘Print’ option for a detailed schedule overview
