- The Payment History Tab: Employees can access their pay stubs on Netchex by scrolling to their employee self-service portal and viewing all the essential details, including their payment history
- They can also scroll down on their employee dashboard and navigate to the widget that says, 'View Payment History'
It shows the latest paycheck number, pay period, and the date an employee is paid. It also shows the next pay stub so users can anticipate when they will receive their next paycheck.
- The Pay Details: If you wish to see your most recent pay stub, you can click on the following icon, and it will open the page showing your pay stub. The pay stub displays a comprehensive summary of your payment, including gross salary, taxes paid, any deductions you have had in the past, etc.
The pay stub also shows from where your direct deposit was sent or if it was a paper check. Furthermore, if you go back to the payment history tab and click on the history, you get a detailed view of all your paychecks and all the relevant payment details. You can even learn your check date and check number, take-home pay, and pay period.
