“Helps me manage my business like a pro”
Pros
What stands out most to me about Dessert POS is how it has made all the processes in my restaurant more efficient from taking orders to processing payments. Also it has given me better control over my sales thanks to the detailed reports it generates and the best part is I can access them in real-time from any device. I have no regrets about choosing it. It has made me feel like a pro at running my business. The system and its hardware are super easy to use. My employees got the hang of it in less than a week and they are obviously happy because it makes their work a lot easier.
Cons
To be honest I am really happy but if I had to change one thing, it would be to improve the system's speed a little bit.

Pros
It is really user friendly, the transition from my old POS was smooth and the support is great. Plus they are always improving by listening to customer feedback! I have been using it for the last two years and it's honestly been the best decision I made.
Cons
At times customer service takes a while to fix my problem but they do get it done in the end.
