“Helpful easy scheduling!”
Pros
I like few things about this product, for example the payment integration and the ability to add appointments to the calendar. The entire process is streamlined.
Cons
I genuinely can't think of anything I would like change! I've enjoyed using it so much for scheduling my own appointments that I am excited to implement it in my own business, especially over other competitors.

Pros
When it functioned properly, it fulfilled its intended purpose.
Cons
The poor of customer service causes a lot of frustration. Also I am currently facing a blockage on the booking platform and I can't get the help needed to resolve it.
