I absolutely loved the convenience and the synchronization with Google Calendar, which helps me manage my Google meetings through the Acuity scheduling application. Additionally, I can easily book appointments and send customized reminders to my colleagues and clients. The most valuable feature for me is the payment acceptance capability, which allows me to accept payments through Stripe and PayPal, especially for clients who tend to be late in paying.

Cons

To customize the appearance of the arrangements, I have to learn CSS which can be time-consuming. Additionally, searching for past arrangements is cumbersome and takes up a lot of time.

I use Acuity Scheduling to reserve our meeting room space. Acuity has automated our booking and payment process as it allows clients to easily book online without human intervention. Payments are seamlessly processed through Stripe, and funds are directly deposited into our business bank account within days. Acuity offers reminder emails and SMS notifications to minimize no-shows. Moreover, it integrates smoothly with Google Calendar, enabling quick access to upcoming meetings on my phone.

Cons

It would be great if we didn't have to log in to Stripe to issue refunds when meetings are canceled. Having a front-end experience within Acuity would be more convenient. Additionally, there are limitations with add-ons. For example, we sell pots of coffee as an add-on, but customers can't select the quantity they want to purchase. Add-ons are limited to checkboxes without the option for specifying quantities.
