“Awful support and constant crashes”
Pros
ONLY when it is functioning properly it becomes simple to use. The interface has improved a bit and most major problems seem to have some kind of workaround.
Cons
I don't even know where to begin.Their customer support is possibly the worst I've dealt with in the tech industry. Ever since Covid began I have called their support line countless times and not once has anyone answered. I keep running into problems in different parts of the app and they won't even bother getting back to me. To make it worse, the help button with the question mark has been showing "Something went wrong" for the past 5 months. I've even received replies from their team saying things like, "You are not a big enough account for us to help," and when I asked about negative reviews, I got, "Haters gonna Hate." We've been using Bindo for more than 5 years and it has done a terrible job tracking our inventory. Counts are completely inconsistent-items sold 4 years ago still appear in stock while products received this week show up as negative quantities. Credit card processing is another major problem. Lately, at least once a day, the software crashes during a card transaction, charges the customer anyway and then shows the payment as unpaid in the POS app. I also constantly deal with transactions being marked as partial payments for absolutely no reason. The app crashes over the smallest things too, whether I'm deleting a number while entering a card manually, changing our menu setup or simply swiping a card. Bindo crashes all the time. At least they finally updated the system to save open tabs because before that change we would lose 15 to 30 tabs every single time it went down.

“handy dashboard access”
Pros
Getting around the system is pretty simple and the dashboard is a nice touch since I can sign in anytime from whatever device I'm using.
Cons
One part is frustrating though-if you need to back out of an order, the system won't let you do it unless a manager approves it first.
