Mike was pleasant during the sales process, but there was not much else that stood out to me.
Cons
Once the sale was completed, he became confrontational and refused to assist in finding solutions for our in-house sales process. He lacks knowledge about his own software and insisted that it would not work with third-party scanners or printing labels.
