provides a good experience

Pros

HoneyBook helps me manage the flow of information from my clients in a more organized manner. I have better control and monitoring of each client, allowing me to be more efficient in the processes I carry out with them. Also it allows me to provide better attention and speed in delivering documents, invoices, contracts and digital signatures. I can multitask with a problem, which improves my performance in my job.

Cons

The system has never let me down. I feel satisfied with every tool I use and I firmly believe it's one of the best platform for my work tasks.

HONEYBOOK IS A DREAM!

Pros

I absolutely love how confidently I can navigate the various features of HoneyBook. I am not the most tech-savvy person, but HoneyBook makes it feel easy to me!

Cons

I initially had some trouble getting used to emailing within the platform, but now I've adjusted and know how easy it can be! Occasionally, emails land in clients' spam, but it's only a rare occurrence!

I don't want to be with out it

Pros

HoneyBook keeps me organized, which improves my reputation as a service provider. I also like that I can do everything and there is even a mobile app that offers most of the desktop features.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike about it. It meets all the criteria I was looking for in a CRM.

improved task management

Pros

It's an innovative tool where each function is unique and contributes to improved work organization. Task management is easy, allowing for efficient distribution and reuniting of work within the team. The data security is highly reliable and when I use electronic signatures, I feel confident that there's no risk involved.

Cons

All the processes are useful and I haven't encountered any inconsistencies in their use. From my perspective, everything has been satisfactory.

Great for basic client tracking and proposals. Slowest for payment deposits.

Pros

I primarily purchased HoneyBook to centralize my client details and have the ability to send professional proposals and invoices without needing to hire a professional. This aspect is user-friendly and doesn't require any technical expertise.

Cons

To use all the CRM features, you need to hire a professional which can cost you at least $2k. Additionally, the payment deposits are the slowest in the market as it takes days! If you use Square or other CRMs, you receive the deposit the next day. For example, if you receive a payment on a Wednesday, you won't get that deposit until at least Monday.

Near Perfect Helper

Pros

I like the fact that I have all my client's information in one place. The integration with email and the ability to create documents are also features I like.

Cons

I would prefer to have more creative ability within the documents. Also, I dislike how certain documents, including invoices, interact. It's hard to explain. It's both easy and complicated at the same time.

All in one service, solid but needs more templates

Pros

With pre-made templates, I can invoice, bill, estimate, and collect payments from customers all in one place.

Cons

The templates are basic. Specifically for our business, we had to essentially create a template, but that was the only negative aspect.

HoneyBook is the best.

Pros

I absolutely love this program. It's fantastic for photographers and event planners, and it could likely be beneficial for other businesses as well. As an event planner, this program aids me to handle inquiries, guide clients through the booking process, invoice clients, send contracts, process payments and manage tasks and automations all in one place. It offers so many features and integrates with QuickBooks, which is a huge bonus for me.

Cons

There really isn't much about the program that I dislike. I am not a fan of the fact that the automations now have two types of files (legacy and templates). They're essentially the same, and it doesn't make sense to me why they exist separately. However, it doesn't hinder my use of the software. Additionally, the reporting is good, but it's not as functional as I would prefer. I can't view a report within the program. I have to download it every time. Despite these limitations, I make the most of what's available.

Don't Waste a TON of TIme if You Like Your Clients

Pros

It's affordable, and the backend has a nice appearance which is definitely a positive aspect.

Cons

The client experience is poor. The integrations are awful. The layout, design and appearance are atrocious, and the check-out process for clients involves multiple steps. Who does that anymore? We dedicated a week to setting it up and making it work properly, but there was no way it was going to. If we have to constantly guide it and manually handle numerous tasks, why bother? There are many other options available and we have switched to a different one.

If you would like to be charged for a questionable product use HoneyBook

Pros

If there were any pros, I would mention them. Unfortunately, if you are looking to be overcharged and never refunded, use this software.

Cons

There is no customer service. When they charge incorrectly, you can't reach them to get it corrected. The product was not impressive to begin with, and having to deal with this billing issue only adds to the frustration.
